Excellent atmosphere & hospitality getting from here. Promt service and polite behaviour of all staff will be definitely appreciable.

Though this hotel is outside the city but it's beside the highway and very easy to reach and if you check in there you feel cosy and comfortable. Excellent services with a very neat and clean room with all facilities available. Taste, quality and quantity of the food was awesome.

A comfortable stay recommended for 1-3 ni stay. Can adewuately spacious rooms nice layout with prompt room service. All facilitues listed were available and functional. We stayed overnight. Parking available and location in heart of town opp a mall.

It was a good stay. Overall take care was done nicely, but they charge extra for mineral water, i was like 1000 ruppees and they want 50 more for what, water? otherwise it was fine.

I used to stay in hotel is-pat during my to tours in 2007 to 2010 because of their hospitality and food. I came here after 14 years feeling proud to say that still their hospitality and quality of food is best in asansol. Moreover the involvement of cm d mr mukherjee is really commendable. Meeting with mr himadri mukherjee was a lifetime experience. I recommend and wish is-pat international to grow further to achieve another milestone. Congratulations mr mukherjee for keeping your commitment towards highest level of hospitality.

Located at prime location with easy availability of public and private transport the staff are very polite and very friendly and helpful the room amenities were good and clean but the bath towel provided was not clean recommended for budget and comfortable stay

The property is a little far from the main city and there are very few options to come back to the city. Rapid o and uber rides were also not available and the cleaning of the hotel room was also not done properly and the ac was also not cooling properly.
