Ramada Encore by Wyndham Bareilly Civil Lines

Clean rooms , staff is very courteous, most of our requests were fulfilled amicably, Room service and housekeeping was very good and everything was done timely.Didn't order much food just order one dish which had good portion and taste. Breakfast buffet was good not exceptional, a few more items could be added to the buffet , taste of most of the dishes was good. WIFI was not upto the mark , too slow for such a big hotel , not a secure wifi as well. Could not stream movies etc. Booking was done through Wyndham app , booking experience was smooth , there was a discrepancy with the checkout time , the booking showed 12 pm as checkout time but in the hotel they insisted it was 11 am so that was a bit of an issue. In terms of price , it is bit overvalued, a little less price than what we paid would have made it value for money. I have stayed at a few hotels in Bareilly, and this was overall a good experience , much better than other hotels.

Ramada in crore has great facility. It has been a good time here. I am enjoying with my friends and family. I got everything in minutes and I had a good food. Kamal, from housekeeping doing good job. Hotel is very good. However, the main restaurant on the 1st floor, There are so many choices for vegetarians, the restaurant has very courteous and efficient staff. Customers are attended promptly and properly. As far as the rooms are concerned, they are well furnished and clean. Mr Rahul, Avinash & vanshika from housekeeping doing a great job .Room service is prompt. This is the only good hotel in Bareilly and I rate it as the best hotel in Bareilly.
