It would have been helpful if they explained where the facilities were, like the gym, pool and free bike hire. They also have a coin laundry but no coin exchange machine, and the reception would not change coins for us even though they clearly had some. Overall it felt like we had to chase up services that should have been made easily available."

She helped us find places of interest in the area and get reservations at restaurants in Bari. Her dining recommendations were exquisite, and Bari had some of the best food we had on our tour of Italy. The rooms and common areas were clean and had a homey feel to it that made us very comfortable and we loved using the pool area for a moment of peaceful relaxation after a day at the beach. Located outside the hustle and bustle of Bari's city center but just 15 minutes from Pane e Pomodoro beach. Plenty of food and drink options within walking distance as well. For the price it cannot be beat!"
