She helped us find places of interest in the area and get reservations at restaurants in Bari. Her dining recommendations were exquisite, and Bari had some of the best food we had on our tour of Italy. The rooms and common areas were clean and had a homey feel to it that made us very comfortable and we loved using the pool area for a moment of peaceful relaxation after a day at the beach. Located outside the hustle and bustle of Bari's city center but just 15 minutes from Pane e Pomodoro beach. Plenty of food and drink options within walking distance as well. For the price it cannot be beat!"

There are actually plenty of staff on site, but everything seems uncoordinated. In my opinion, there is a clear lack of good management here."

"A very unpleasant experience. I checked in during the evening and found the mirror covered in smudges, including a man's handprint right in the middle. There were splatters of some liquid and dried food on the walls. There was no bottled water in the room, even though I had been told at check-in that it would be provided. There was no hot water in the shower that evening; it didn't come back on until the afternoon of the following day. On the evening of my arrival, I asked the front desk to have the cleaning staff come as early as possible, but they didn't seem to care and prioritized other rooms instead. I had to go back a second time in the morning, at which point a disgruntled receptionist finally sent a cleaner to the room. There is a hotel under construction right outside the window, causing noise all day long. It is also very far from the city center."
