"The room was not bad and it is true that everything was quite clean. The problem was that the host did not send me as usual two days before, no link to check in. Only days before he sent me a link to enter my and my girlfriend's data but nothing more. We arrived on December 1 (festivale) and had not sent us anything, so we assumed that he would open us the door in the apartment. Not that, we were in front of the door calling it without stop, because we had no codes to access the housing (which we had already paid) and we received no answer until at least 40 minutes later. Once I managed to talk to him, he opened us the doors remotely and sent me the check-in link and the pay-in link, so we did not get the keys for at least 20 minutes to go quietly. Very bad service, I don't recommend it"

"Расположение апартаментов хорошее, до базилики Николая Чудотворца мин. 10-15 пешком вдоль набережной. До пляжа Pane e Pomodoro тоже не так далеко, приятно прогуляться вдоль набережной, а она красивая в Бари. Старый город рядом и все магазины. Заселение было интересным. В начале надо было зарегистрироваться онлайн, тебе приходит код, на стене у дверей весит сейф набираешь код и забираешь ключи, заходишь в общий коридор у квартиры еще один сеф там тоже лежит ключ непосредственно уже от твоей квартиры. Номер был чистый, не сказать что очень уютный, но мы туда приходили только ночевать. Завтраков не было. А так все понравилось Спасибо."

"Trip.com booking did not highlight nor state clearly that check in process is unusual. It was complicated and not timely and clearly alerted to Instructions on how to check in. We were very inconvenienced by the lack of timely clear instruction. We arrived earlier because there was only one (overnight) ferry crossing to Bari per day. So we had to look for the hotel to leave luggage at the least. But the hotel entrance (or gate?) is closed or we just couldn't find it. So in desperation in the raining cold that morning, we asked a passerby for help. FINALLY, after a long long conversation under the rain, contacting the host, we could finally be allowed to check in. These frustrations could have been avoided if instructions were given earlier or guests warned earlier of unusual way of checking in. We didn't receive instructions till we managed to contact the host thru a kind Italian soul who was able to speak English to help us. A few passers-by we approached couldn't speak English or ignore us because it was raining heavily."

It is also close to the main road of Bari and there are many good restaurants nearby. The room facilities are relatively new and the cleaning is very clean.
