Red Lion Hotel
"Was very nice clean n quite never had the breakfast pleasant stay."
Audleys Wood Hotel, Basingstoke
The White Hart, Overton
"Very good hotel, solemnly recommend to everyone: 1. The hotel has a long history, 600 years old, classical British style, and the interior of the room is 600 years ago. Feeling the good place in the English countryside. 2. Great location, Overton city center, very convenient to St Mary’ Church. This year is the 250th anniversary of the birth of famous author Jane Austin. The British government has specially produced two hiking road maps related to Overton and Jane Austen. The hotel and church can be taken for free, which is very meaningful. Overton is also beautifully located in the countryside. One of the routes is to Steveton, Jane's birthplace. 3. Hotel service is good, free drinks, in addition to the tea bar in the room, many English tea and coffee, as well as fresh milk, soy milk, oat milk, almond milk, free daily. Guests can also ask the hotel for toiletries such as toothbrushes. Drinking water can be free. There are speakers in the room, watching TV and movies is good. 5. The bed is particularly comfortable. The bathroom is also very clean and convenient. Bathing supplies are natural flower fragrance ingredients. 6. There are often discounts in house prices, and the price is about 500 when it is cheap, and the price is very high."
Travelodge Hotel - Basingstoke
"We (9 classic car enthousiasts) stayed here three nights for our visit to the Beaulieu Spring Jumble. The hotel is well maintained, the staff is very friendly and helpful (thank you Sharon!). An extra bonus feature is the pub next to the hotel!"
Wheatsheaf by Chef & Brewer Collection
"Good location close to M3/A303. Friendly and polite reception staff. Room was very clean with all expected amenities. BUT, I would not stay here again as the rooms are very close together so I was plagued by noise all night, even after midnight. Doors banging, a baby crying in the room next door. These noises were probably unavoidable, but my room backed into the pub courtyard and there were people talking at the tables outside, again, this was after midnight - why?? I wouldn’t have expected any pub noise at all after 11. I was travelling for work and had an early start so this was a poor stay for me."
Village Hotel Basingstoke
"Good location near Festival Shopping Centre, very clean, nice room. Big T.V in room and comftable clean bed."
Premier Inn Basingstoke Town Centre
"Lovely place, good value for money.. great selection for breakfast. great customer service especially bobby who could not do enough for us! Would definitely visit again"
Holiday Inn BASINGSTOKE by IHG
"The receptionists were welcoming and helpful when our keys were sensitive to being near items in my handbag. Appreciated the free car parking, moderately-spacious clean room and location of the hotel, ~15min walk to the centre if preferred. The carpet was a bit worn."
Hampshire Court Hotel & Spa
"The hotel itself was fairly nice. Large rooms with colourful walls and a TV. Clean and tidy. Even with the heating off, the room was very warm and the aircon didn’t work. Food and drinks were very expensive, not worth the price. If the price was reduced, I could think about staying here under duress. Save your money and go elsewhere."
