Travelodge Hotel - Basingstoke

Travelodge Hotel - Basingstoke ★★★

📍 Winchester Road Stag & Hounds, Basingstoke

"We found the staff to be excellent, very helpful and accommodating. We travelled from Norfolk and stopped halfway in Basingstoke for a wedding in Cornwall the following day. Due to the weather being so hot I had the wedding cake to keep cool and the staff called Chris helped us keep the cake cool. He provided an extra fan which did the trick!"

📍 Winchester Rd, Basingstoke

"Good location close to M3/A303. Friendly and polite reception staff. Room was very clean with all expected amenities. BUT, I would not stay here again as the rooms are very close together so I was plagued by noise all night, even after midnight. Doors banging, a baby crying in the room next door. These noises were probably unavoidable, but my room backed into the pub courtyard and there were people talking at the tables outside, again, this was after midnight - why?? I wouldn’t have expected any pub noise at all after 11. I was travelling for work and had an early start so this was a poor stay for me."

Arlan House, Central Basingstoke Hotel
8.7 (16 reviews)

Arlan House, Central Basingstoke Hotel ★★★

📍 14 Chequers Rd, Basingstoke

"My family and I, 4 of us, shared the Junior Suite overnight before moving on to Southampton to catch a cruise ship. The location is ideal (about 30 miles away) and has secure parking just outside. The suite is, effectively, two rooms, with a bed and pull out sofa. We thought it was good for our needs and provided everything we could require. However, it would be wrong of me not to say that the rooms could do with a little TLC and further state that the room with the kitchen was particularly grimey and would benefit from a good scrub. In short, the suite fulfilled our needs but it was disappointing that it wasn't as clean as it should have been."

Hampshire Court Hotel & Spa
8.1 (116 reviews)

Hampshire Court Hotel & Spa ★★★★

📍 Centre Dr, Chineham, Basingstoke

"I had an awesome stay at the Hampshire Court Hotel & Spa the pool was so beautiful and hot in the children's pool area. The only negative comment I would make is that the adults cannot use the steam room and sauna due to having children with you they are not allowed in the adult pool area. Apart from that a lovely hotel, rooms are spacious and breakfast is tasty and the staff are very accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel to any one."

The White Hart, Overton
8.8 (68 reviews)

The White Hart, Overton ★★★★

📍 White Hart Hotel, London Rd, Overton, Basingstoke

"Very good hotel, solemnly recommend to everyone: 1. The hotel has a long history, 600 years old, classical British style, and the interior of the room is 600 years ago. Feeling the good place in the English countryside. 2. Great location, Overton city center, very convenient to St Mary’ Church. This year is the 250th anniversary of the birth of famous author Jane Austin. The British government has specially produced two hiking road maps related to Overton and Jane Austen. The hotel and church can be taken for free, which is very meaningful. Overton is also beautifully located in the countryside. One of the routes is to Steveton, Jane's birthplace. 3. Hotel service is good, free drinks, in addition to the tea bar in the room, many English tea and coffee, as well as fresh milk, soy milk, oat milk, almond milk, free daily. Guests can also ask the hotel for toiletries such as toothbrushes. Drinking water can be free. There are speakers in the room, watching TV and movies is good. 5. The bed is particularly comfortable. The bathroom is also very clean and convenient. Bathing supplies are natural flower fragrance ingredients. 6. There are often discounts in house prices, and the price is about 500 when it is cheap, and the price is very high."

Premier Inn Basingstoke Town Centre

Premier Inn Basingstoke Town Centre ★★★

"The hotel parking lot has very few spaces; if you arrive late at night, there are no parking spaces available. The hotel facilities are old, and the internet signal is poor."
