First check in, no hot water at all even when they say “24 hour hot water” for bathroom, called the reception and tech service come and there’s hot water. Next morning, hot water available only at the sink and not the showering area. Towel smells. But overall everything is fine.

Ms. Maya, Guest Relations Officer, contacted my wife via WhatsApp before arrival to ensure a seamless stay. She even arranged a surprise birthday decoration in our room on the second day - kudos to her!

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, polite, and welcoming.

Celebrated 11th year wedding anniversary here and it’s great to be back in Batam after many years. Love the service provided by the staffs here. Definitely will be back here in the near future

Good location but very average hotel. A bit overpriced for the standard of the hotel. Strong cigarette smoking smell within the entire hotel and towels are not as clean as what were expected.
