"I stayed with a friend from September 26th to 29th. The hotel is nice and tidy. The staff, starting with the manager, Roberto, is truly helpful and friendly. It's almost completely accessible for those with mobility issues like me, but the staff is responsive to my needs and makes my stay pleasant. The room/apartment is truly fully accessible, with well-organized spaces and a large bathroom with easy access, including the shower. The only improvement I'd recommend is adding grab bars to hold onto, both in the shower and near the fixtures. I'd like to thank, in addition to the manager, Costanza for her sensitivity and discreet yet effective attention, as well as the other receptionist (whose name I don't remember), and the equally friendly breakfast room staff. I recommend it as a base for trips in the surrounding area, and also for its convenient location."

"We spent two nights at the BR and had an excellent stay. The hotel is close to the center and a short walk to the point where boats depart to the islands. Staff at the reception and in the restaurant is very friendly (a pleasure to interact with them all!). The room is spacious, comfortable, very clean and well furnished with a perfect en-suite bathroom. It has a small balcony with a view over the lake; beautiful! Restaurant is good. The food is simple yet tasty. Breakfast is varied, plenty and excellent! There are lots of restaurants nearby, which is also convenient. Good WiFi. Secure free car park is provided; again a great plus. Overall, EXCELLENT. We will definitely be back!"
