Public parking 100 m. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "baveno" 1.1 km, railway station "Baveno" 1 km, grass beach 1.5 km. Golf course (9 hole) 13 km, mountain railway 4 km. Nearby attractions: Villa Fedore 1.5 km, Villa Henfrey Branca 14 km, Isole Borromee, SS. Gervaso e Protaso, Museo Granum. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mergozzo. Hiking paths: Mottarone. Please note: car recommended. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied. The keysâ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Verbania, 13 km. 4-room house 140 m2 on 3 levels. Large living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and satellite TV. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). "We enjoyed the beach and the bathing very much. In the house we felt very well. We would book again. The location is quiet and you feel indigenous there. The view from the window - I loved him!"
