"The location of the hotel was very convenient, about 10 mins walk from the train station and walking distance to a lot of restaurants. The staffs were all so friendly and helpful! There’s a day I was back to hotel from Mont Saint Michel and it was late and all the restaurants were closed. I was hungry and cold and ask for foods from hotel, though kitchen was closed they still managed to whip up with ham ,cheese and baguettes. It makes me feel like home! Also, do try the dinner at the restaurant it was good! I just want to thank all the staffs for the hospitality and wish you guys Merry Christmas!"

"We stayed here for 5 nights and enjoyed our stay. Valerie is a gracious hostess and good cook. Breakfast was nice with fresh baked goods, homemade jams and yogurt, and fresh fruit. The Inn is quiet and comfortable and located near to the sights and restaurants in Bayeux."

"After much research, we decided to stay at the Hotel Particulier-Le Clos de la Croix while in Bayeux. Both Michael and Gilles were amazing hosts! We felt welcome from the moment that they opened the door to the their amazing and historic B & B. We were given a tour of the grounds and the various rooms and enjoyed a very comfortable room and amenities. They also served a lovely breakfast each morning accommodating our early morning tours. Michael even assisted us with making a dinner reservation. This B & B is within easy walking distance to town and endless restaurants."

"Gregory and Selma were superb hosts. Nothing was a problem. We were very impressed at the relaxed style and boutique accommodation. We had a room overlooking the street, with plenty of windows. Although it is a very busy street, the double glazing kept all noise out. The room is serviced each day, which was a surprise to us. Breakfast was a delight. Gregory is a very good cook! If you arrive at the address, you will find it is just a wooden door, which is locked. Pop into the cafe to get access. There is nothing that tells you that, so we hope this bit on info helps. The location cuild not be better, right in the heart of Bayeux and 1 minutes walk from the tour pickup location, which is for all booked tours. An interesting aspect to the room is no TV, which we loved. There is also no AC but there is a fan which was adequate for us. Highly tecommended."
