Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel insgesamt genossen. Die Lage ist sehr gut – zentral und praktisch gelegen. Die Zimmer waren sauber, modern eingerichtet und sehr bequem. Leider waren die Kissen für meinen Geschmack zu groß und hart, und die Decken etwas schmal – hier gibt es noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Das Bett selbst war jedoch sehr gut.
Das Frühstück war vielfältig und insgesamt völlig in Ordnung. Es gab eine große Auswahl an Wurst, Käse, Müsli und Obst – allerdings kaum Gemüse. Ich persönlich hätte mir eine kleine Salatbar mit Salatgurken, frischem Blattsalat und etwas mehr Auswahl an Gemüse gewünscht. Das hätte das Frühstück für mich deutlich aufgewertet.
Der Service war höflich, aber recht unpersönlich und distanziert. Hier wäre ein bisschen mehr Herzlichkeit im Umgang mit den Gästen wünschenswert.
Der Spa- und Wellnessbereich hat mir gut gefallen. Die Sauna ist wunderschön und auch der Pool ist angenehm. Der Umkleidebereich ist funktional, aber es fehlt an Ablagemöglichkeiten und Sitzgelegenheiten .
Trotz kleiner Schwächen ist es ein schönes Hotel, das ich weiterempfehlen kann.

The location of the hotel really captures the ocean and atmosphere of a small beach town.
I went in the winter time so not many travelers and it felt like i was in a book.
The breakfast could be much better but otherwise cant complain about much else.
The bed is super comfortable as well.

GGuest UserI travel very much, I am around the world about 150 days in hotels. From a 5 star hotel I had expected more . Positive: the location right on the beach, breakfast perfect, staff 1a. I didn't like the equipment of the rooms : facilities ok , electrical facilities outdated ( stood as 20 years ago ) bathroom ok but for 5 stars nothing special, bed .... Well .... You can feel the fences . Kiss and ceiling already habitually needed, chair defect ..... ,. , all in all I would say : 3 stars + but no more . There was no error to book this hotel ( at beautiful weather 😉)

CChrisKhoMy 4th trip to Binz, decided to stay here this time. Excellent location. 10-15mins walk from Binz HBF. 5-8mins walk to the beach. Very clean hotel. Towels were changed daily unless requested otherwise. Bedsheet will not be changed as standard of Europe.
Very friendly staff. This area they work on minimal staff but they do not compromise or affect standards. Buffet breakfast was good too. Only minor feedback, as it was summer it was rather warm at the breakfast area and I would probably like to have the cold cut selection placed in a cold base instead of just leaving at the counter.
