"Goed verzorgd zeer schoon appartement dat van alle gemakken voorzien is. Wel wat erg zakelijk 'hufterproof' ingericht. Mogelijk door slechte ervaringen, want ook: grote lijst met wat niet mag op de deur en groot papier op tafel of je wilt schoonmaken, terwijl je daar vooraf extra voor betaald hebt.
Appartement dichtbij het station voor regionele treinen en 20 minuten lopen van het busstation. Aangename niet-toeristische buurt dichtbij haven en strand en met leuke eet/drink/tapastentjes, bijvoorbeeld pal naast het appartementencomplex en 'Estacion'. Chinatown wordt afgeraden, want probeerden te beduvelen met gerecht, at zelden zo vies en ook nog onbeschofte bediening."
