Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à l’hôtel. Le personnel est très accueillant, la chambre était propre et spacieuse.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le rooftop en haut de l’hôtel.
Concernant la localisation il est légèrement éloigné du centre ville mais possibilité de s’y rendre à pied.
Le rapport qualité/ prix est excellent.
Si nous sommes de passage à nouveau dans la ville nous reprendrons une réservation dans cet hôtel.

Guest UserHello, we were very disappointed with our room upon arrival.
The room had no television, not a chair, no table, no coat rack, no towel rack, no low lighting, just a large fluorescent tube.
So we had to put everything on the floor, and the smell of Marseille soap was overwhelming.
We were very disappointed to have booked this room.
The room was clean, and fortunately, we received a very warm welcome and understanding from the receptionist that weekend.
We do not recommend this hotel and will not return.
It is better to book a studio with a TV or stay at the Birgit.
A little more, we would have changed hotels.
Good luck to the entire team.

The stay experience was superb, the hotel was in a great location, very close to the business district/scenic area/subway station, and it was super worry-free on foot. The room is spacious, the lighting and ventilation are very good, the hygiene is particularly in place, the corners are spotless, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the quality of toiletries is online. The staff is attentive and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out speed is fast, the demand response is timely, the hotel's breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good. The overall experience is full, I highly recommend it to everyone!

PleromaaThis is the second time I come here, and everything works perfectly, quiet rooms, very good littery, spacious bathroom with a good flow of water, pleasant calm of the reception.
The service to be able to leave his luggage a few hours more after checkout is very useful, as well as the toilets next to the reception when you don't have the room anymore.
The location is really top, we are also in the sidelines, and I recommend a Chinese fresh pasta restaurant Li Mian, next to the courtyard.
Quality-price ratio and quality customer, with very good staff, it is ideal

Dariaars119Проживали две ночи, неплохой старенький отель. Лифта нет, плохо, но с большими чемоданами в Этретат часто и не приезжают. Номер староват и чистота на 3 из 5. Но вполне комфортно проживать и ночевать, мы в основном гуляли. Самое главное местоположение-5 минут ходьбы до пляжа, все места популярные оттуда пешком влево или вправо. По английски не говорят (как в общем то в информации об отеле и написано) только одна женщина нас более менее понимала и говорила. Персонал дружелюбный. Шумоизоляция плохая, но нас это не сильно беспокоило. В ванне мыло, гель душа дают, есть полотенцасушитель. В номере есть телевизор, кровать мягкая, вешалки имеются. Холодильника, фена нет. Тесновато, но вдвоем вполне комфортно. Немного хлипкие розетки из которых выскальзывает все воткнутое туда при резких движениях. Нормальный отель для недолгого проживания и для исследования всех достопримечательностей!

Guest UserThe main building of the property is beautiful but has a tight parking space, which… needs to be booked ahead.. and we didn’t know . Anyway, also be aware that there are 3 buildings within the property, 1min walk to each other, and in winter at the dark of the evening, it is not really convenient to go from one place to another one.
Anyway. Fact is that the 2 buildings we were presented are beautiful, fully renovated, warm and nicely decorated. Well done.
Breakfast was also very good; I just think that the breakfast timing mngt of the various bedrooms run off… as people were queuing up, waiting for tables. My advice: wake up early, go breakfast early! ;-)
Again very nice mansion and service.

Далековато от центра, и рядом такая глушь ) прибыла в Рождество, и спасибо сотрудникам или гостям, которые помогли получить код для электронного замка. Номер хороший, тихий. Большая кровать, проблем с водой тоже не было. До станции жд 40 минут пешком. В минутах 20 есть торговый центр с Ашаном. Не хватает чайника в номере, это было бы прям плюсом его добавить. А так бюджетный хороший вариант.

Anonymous UserPros: The staff is very nice and welcoming. We had a room on the first floor, which was very convenient since the hotel does not have an elevator. However, if you are traveling only with backpacks, this should not be a problem. Although the hotel is relatively inexpensive, it is very cozy and comfortable. We stayed in a room with three beds: one large bed and two smaller beds, as well as a spacious bathroom. Just be aware that the hotel does not provide slippers, but you can ask for water bottle.
Cons: The towels could be cleaned better, as they already look quite gray and worn. And on the second day, the housekeeping staff only brought fresh towels and did not make the beds.
