Beach Hotels in Hersonissos

Advantages:1. The personnel all were very friendly from the lobby till the cleaning lady trying to solve all your problems 2. Minimalistic architecture give the space to breath very beautiful decorations Disadvantages: 1. Please don’t go to the restaurants of this hotel overpriced and the food sucks for two person 200 euros for a food that cost less than 20. 2. Rooms we’re comfortable but overpriced for the things that offered.

A stunning and family-friendly hotel with all you could ask for on the grounds. From a beautiful gym, swimming pools galore to an incredible water park on site for not just the little ones but the big kids too… it has it all! The food courts had so much variety too with different settings for different nights. The entertainment kicked in just as I was leaving and the bar side singing was just beautiful, a great touch to the space ito give it that adult-exclusivity feel away from the other areas of the hotel which catered for the whole family.

It’s ok. Sone things are good. Like dinner is a fair price for the smorgasbord style. Breakfast is ok. Not great. But enough. Sufficient. AC does the job in the room. Slow. ButAC in common areas is at 25. For many cultures 25 is warm and puts ion a sheen or sweat still. Not fun to sweat indoors while eating. Prices are high for juices. Smoothies and such. Too bad. And some rules are weird. saying I can’t have my own food or drinks. Etc. sorry. Your a three star hotel. You don’t get to tell me what to do. We are paying for shelter annd accommodations. And we will live as we wish when it comes to basics. Food for thought. Wifi is useless in rooms. Or our room. Travellers need wifi in the modern eta. Simply unacceptable. Staff is ok. Not charming. But willing to try and help. Also: The pool - can’t be used after 6 pm, that’s insane. Travelled all over the world. I have never seen that before. It’s asinine. You leave for the day. Come back. And can’t swim after 6 pm, ridiculous. .

We spent 5 days in this beautiful hotel. In this hotel we met the most kind, friendly and responsive people of Greece - the hostess of the hotel and her family. We were met very hospitality with a wide smile and it was a great start to a good rest in Crete. Given that we have just left Santorini, the next strike of ferrymen began and we were very excited by the whole situation and confusion. Great thanks to the hotel owner for her daily joy, good mood and positive. The hotel is very good, located on one of the noisy streets of the city, but a little bit away from the noise itself, i.e. sleep was comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are quite good, for them separate thanks. There are parking spaces nearby (behind the building opposite the hotel exit). The rooms are comfortable, there is everything necessary. The beds are comfortable. The sea is near, 15 minutes walk. No regrets have chosen this hotel for a holiday in Crete.

The room was spacious and the hotel was nice. Cleaning could have been a bit better. There were a few minor issues in the room - nothing big. So close to the beach and there are all kind of shops around.

The hotel was very good, but it was not the room as advertised. I was more dated and was in the middle of the busy while I had asked for a quiet room. The air-conditioning has not been cleaned for centuries, full of dust, yellow of sweetness and is very noisy. It was very nice. The dinner is very good and a lot of choice at both dinner and breakfast buffet. lunch was too late for check-in so I can't raise. Many swimming pools, beautiful beach. The spa is very nice, I booked the scrub massage and the sticks wax. Personnel very friendly, nothing is too stupid. I want to thank George in special for the fine night and good service. Bus stop 24 for car rental company, counted on your left hand from the entrance. Every 20 minutes a bus to Heraklion, or other places. The centre of resonising is 10 minutes walking distance.

The resort is a bit outdated and you can see that. The air conditioning in our room also had some quirks and made a loud noise. Because we arrived late, they couldn't fix it right away. The next day we got an upgrade from our double room to a family room with a private pool! Top service! The food was fine but not super fantastic. The staff are very friendly. A real point for improvement: the music is sometimes very loud at the pool, not very relaxing if you come for your rest. All in all, we certainly had a nice stay! Don't expect super deluxe, but the price is also according to that.

Great location, friendly stuff.  Nice pools.  So so for the breakfast and dinner, coffee is not tasty- but that’s almost all over Crete :) the cold water are a bit salty.  Room was not enough clean when we entered, some remains in toilet and shower.  They clean the room only once in 2 days, and the cleaners don’t care enough for making it enough clean.  We really liked the room next to the back pool, but before that we got room next to central pool which was very uncomfortable, old bathroom and very noisy (we heard everybody walking up and down the stairs starting 6:30am.  The stuff is quit friendly usually, but over-busy.

Good day. For the money that we paid for a hotel-hotel worthy! Good, solid repair. Everything is working. Clean toilet. There is everything you need in the kitchen. True frying pan scratched into the board. But this is also a question for tourists! Why are you spoiling hotel property !? After you still come guests !! Well, a hotel, we could already change this stuff to a new pan. Also, called the hotel, be so kind as to comply with the rules. The number of towels is not normal. Only 2 per person And the first 5 days, these were beach brown towels, then they brought white ones. Also, there is no quenched paper. The cleaning lady said that it wasn’t allowed and buy paper yourself at the hotel’s store! This also violates the norms of the hotel business! There are also no toiletries. Even elemental soap. Otherwise, everything is tolerable! Clean well, clean everywhere. The question now is different: to Trip through which we booked this hotel. In the voucher from the company indicated meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) Upon check-in at the hotel, we were denied meals! They stated that they do not have free food. And the fact that we were deceived by the company in which we paid for the tour! As a result, no one fed us! Voucher from the company. Food trip and hotel voucher without food in my arms. I will file complaints with the relevant authorities!
