Great location, right by the sea. Breakfast with a view of the waves. The rooms are small but clean. The pool is excellent. Breakfast wasn't very varied, but that might be due to the low occupancy during my stay. Overall, it was very good.

The towels, however, are quite worn out and could use replacing. - 🏊 **Pool:** There is a pool, but it looked a bit gloomy, so we didn't use it. - 👥 **Staff:** The owners are polite and friendly. No deposit is required. There's a front desk, but it's not open 24/7, which is something to keep in mind if you're checking in late. 📌 **Bottom Line:** A simple yet tidy hotel with an excellent location. It's suitable for those looking for affordable accommodation by the sea without extravagant expectations. We were happy with our stay.

The location is great - there are 2 beaches with clean water nearby. Across the hotel is a place where they feed hornbills in the evening. We didn't like the breakfasts - they were meager and not tasty. The pool, although small, is clean.

There are 2 selections, The ' premier'in' front of its name is a newly renovated room (the time this comment is written), and else with the budget price is the old one. breakfast is nice, got plenty to choose from, just typical like other hotels. got pool. front desk is friendly. there's a water dispenser in floor 1 and 3.. so no worry if you bring your own tumbler. at the side of the lobby there's a duty free shop and groceries store.. outside in front of the hotel there's a multiple stall selling malay food.. the pasir Bogak beach is just a walking distance.

This is the so often mentioned Home far away from home! Super nice Hosts! With great service and even better food! Awesome! A fantastic garden with flowers, animals like the famous horn bill and many others! Close to the beach. And with a Motorbike u can discover the whole Island! Really a stay worth it! We as Family loved it and would come for sure again!

This hotel must be good many years ago. Now its out of date. Small rooms, and the time can see on the room. Otherside the swimming pool is ok, and have a beach.

Location of hotel near to beach. The room very suitable with the price. Just aircond got some issue, but they very helpfull with extra fan. Just appreciate their afford. Hope they use the picture of their own facilities, like a big pool that shown are not belong of them.

Strategic location. Walking distance to beach. Walking distance to food stall & restaurant. Walking distance to water sports. I booked 2 rooms for 7 of us. Staff all friendly. Just the toilet got leaking a bit. My first room was smelly. I requested to change room. Overall, worth of money.
