Sukii LeongAt first because of low occupancy but they try to do buffet breakfast for us and the sauna above a year never open but finally they on for us to use and it functions well. Beside sauna have jacuzzi seem dirt on it n long time not been used.

Guest UserWe stayed in this hotel many times. It is in a good location and beautiful looking.
However, during this visit we first checked into the Executive Room and it was not satisfactory. There was a smell in the room and aircon wasn't working well. Air con was dirty and lacking gas air, the maintenance had to clean and pump gas. Shower was rain shower type, we were not comfortable to use that. Design of the room was old fashioned too.
Staff of the hotel were very friendly, polite and helpful. They helped us shift to Superior Room where we had stayed before. It was much better. We can see that some of the furniture especially the chairs and sofa was a bit worn out. The liquid bath soap in the bathroom had finished, and I had to use my own liquid.
We strongly feel that hotel should ensure regular and proper maintenance, and if possible invest in some newer furniture. Overall we were happy with the environment, the staff, car park facilities and had good fun at the Sailor's Drink Shop.

Anonymous UserThis hotel located near the beach and it has stairs to the beach. The beach might not be suitable for swimming, but there's a nearby beach with cafes and restaurants. A chinese restaurant is a few km on the way to PD. Breakfast is ok. If you require a sea view room, you may need to top up some extra Rm60.

I really appreciate how helpful and kind the staff are. The food was delicious too. Lurve!
Love the kids' pool coz it’s safe and shallow, so the kids can enjoy the slide and swim on their own without parents having to carry them all the time.
The only thing is the rooms and furniture could use a bit of an upgrade as they feel a bit dated.
But overall, I loved my stay here. The staff really made the experience special❤️

Guest UserI had a pleasant stay at Hotel Seri Malaysia Port Dickson. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of food stalls and restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the check-in process smooth. The room was comfortable, and the hotel offered good value for money. Overall, it was a relaxing stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Port Dickson.

When we first arrived we were suprised the parking lot now had a pole security systems on all entrances. Went to Block A, Block B there was no receptionist. Luckily a security guard told me the hotel now under new management, they only have the 10th floor room which are the 4 bedrooms suite. I booked a 2 bedrooms suite but was given 4 bedrooms suite & they locked the other 2 doors. The cleaner now act as front office & will manage your bookings & deposit needed to be paid to her too with official receipt. All Indonesians & no locals.So we went to our room & it was average but the sea view was superb. My wife was bit worried about the locked rooms so we asked them to unlock it for the rest of the stay. Main bedroom aircond was broken, noisy sounds all night & i could not get a good sleep until i turned it off. Really dissapointed with that. Luckily i only stayed for 1 day.

The room same as the pic, the toilet a little bit dirty but still ok
The hanger just have 2, bit less
The air conditioning very cold but didn't have the control to adjust, but still ok
The quilt bit thin
