XxmOrangeThe hotel environment is first-class and the sea view room price is very favorable. It is recommended to stay. The only unpleasant thing is that when checking in, the receptionist insists that you send him a confirmation email for the reservation. This is very strange. No hotel has such a requirement, and giving him a screenshot of the reservation is not enough.

GGuest UserThe staff in the restaurant were lovely and provided an excellent service. The food was tasty with a wide variety of choices, the room cleaning was also great. The only downside for me was the limited opening times of the indoor pool and gym facilities.

MMOHAMED RAMIThe hotel personnel is outstanding. I loved their professionalism and dedication. Special note for the desk personnel who welcomed us with professionalism and kindness, and listened to our claims with a smile and reactively acted in consequence. The customer service manager (Haifa) is also great.
The rooms are very clean but the furniture are quite old for a 5 stars hotel(some broken wooden stuff...)
Biggest weakness:
1- The lunch/dinner menu was exactly the same and we had to rise a claim for that. The next day was satisfying tho.
2- We had to pass by an open door area to go to the indoor swimming pool during a cold time which was very uncomfortable (got a cold after that)
3- Booked an all inclusive and still need to pay for the gym? why?

Room was barely acceptable, clearly not cleaned below the beds, no glasses, no towels, soap and shampoo containers almost if not empty upon arrival and were not filled at all during our stay.
Towels were a nightmare to get: sometimes just enough, sometimes missing one, sometimes missing two.
Getting an iron was a battle and forget about laundry service.
Requests were not always met with a nice answer, they painted a room next to ours taking no precautions, getting the smell far into ours.
Lunch was excruciatingly expensive for the area, forget about it.
Included breakfast and dinner were OK.
Location was very nice, although the surroundings are a bit dead..

WWEIPerhaps due to the off-season, the hotel is very cost-effective, including three meals. The quality of the meals far exceeded expectations. The facilities are a bit old, and although the staff is not enthusiastic, they are very efficient.

AAnonymous UserGreat hotel, right next to the beach. But the area doesnt really have anything to do have to take a taxi if you want to explore hammamet more but taxis are pretty cheap. But if you want a hotel with just relaxing/entertainment and beach then this is the one.
