IIrinaE22жила в 41 номере на последнем этаже. отель без лифта. номер из 2х комнат. в одной спальня, в которой есть балкон, кондиционер, небольшой шкаф, трюмо. во второй комнате кухня (можно взять плитку) с посудой (кастрюли, сковородки, тарелки, приборы, доска разделочная) и чайником, диван, телевизор, холодильник (не отключается, морозит хорошо, вода на верхней полке на дверце замерзала), но нет кондиционера, есть вентилятор и огромная терраса. Аскетично, ни тебе картиночек на стенах, ни обоев. Заглядывала в соседний номер, там кухонный уголок в небольшой нише в коридоре и телик в спальне. Поуютнее. Душ в туалете за занавеской. Убирали хорошо, каждый раз мыли полы и меняли полотенца. Включенный завтрак один и тот же: отварные яйца, 2 вида сыра, колбаса, оливки и маслины, огурцы и помидоры нарезанные, растворимый кофе (заварной за деньги) и чай. Ну еще мед, варенье и булка. За допплату могут приготовить что-то другое. Отличное расположение, пляж в 3 мин ходьбы, у меня окна были во двор, было тихо. Хозяин очень добродушный, впрочем как и весь персонал. Есть бассейн небольшой, с лежаками. Хороший бюджетный вариант для отдыха

В зале только диван, стола и стульев нет, видимо нужно использовать стол и стулья на балконе.
Мой балкон выходил во двор на бассейн.
В спальне у меня были 2 раздельные кровати, маленькие. Душ с туалетом небольшой, шампуня и геля нет, кабина душа огорожена занавесками.
Локация мин 10 до центральной площади молодежи и набережной, старый город тоже рядом. Сам отель расположен на тихой улочке.
До автовокзала минут 20, с него можно уехать в города в окрестностях(Ичмелер, Датча и проч).
В целом нормально, но стол и стулья в зале были бы не лишними.

Есть шведский стол на завтрак, предлагают стандартный набор продуктов, наесться можно.
Спокойное место недалеко от моря и магазинов.

NNurİf you don't book during holiday season (i booked in November) the restaurant is closed so they won't serve any breakfast even if you have paid for it (i read that the breakfast is very meager even if they'd serve it).. so my recommendation is not to book any breakfast.

We arrived at 15:00 at the hotel and were even able to take sun loungers by the pool, which was nice, the beach is literally a 3-5 minute walk away, the center is 20-30 minutes.
The downside is the lack of parking, but this is a problem for all of Marmaris
Alcohol is normal, local Turkish, the food is also delicious
I'm staying here: price/quality 10/10

The hotel's cleanliness and variety of activities offer opportunities for people of all ages. I can say it's the best holiday I've had in years, especially the beach area and the various recreational cafe-style facilities. The cleanliness and spaciousness of the pool area and the attentiveness of the staff were excellent. This is why we recommend this beautiful hotel. We extend our sincere thanks to the managers and staff.

GGuest UserЭтот отель мне нравится , когда посещаю Мармарис, то часто там останавливаюсь, цена, качество, завтрак,местонахождение, всё сошлось, и мне там комфортно находиться. Спасибо работникам отеля, в Мармарисе есть проблема с чистотой и качеством в отелях. В этом отеле всегда отличный сервис. Рекомендую 👍 однозначно всем

Our room is a bit smaller but worth the price...

The staffs are friendly and accommodating specially the receptionist..
The food is okay and generously served ,traditional turkish breakfast,but what i love is the unlimited coffee ...
the scenery is perfect,,the beach,,the view,,the people...
