設施：1、不給配瓶裝水（關鍵也不提前説一聲，而且理直氣壯“我們現在房間都不配水”），2.沒有服務（找老闆純粹靠走，靠吼，房間問題真的多，不知道走了多少趟，就老闆和老闆娘兩個人，那麼多房間客人根本照顧不過來，電話接不通説是在忙）3.基礎設施壞破舊（換了三個房間，第一個空調壞的，第二個電視壞的，第三個才是都能用的，房間的地板破壞嚴重，都是坑，就簡單用破腳墊子墊一下）。
4.洗髮露沐浴露都是過期的，最奇葩是老闆不承認，非要你把東西給他拿過來看了才承認，解決也很敷衍，就是三個字沒辦法，衹答覆他們自己都是用這個，其他客人也是用這個）
5、房間衞生堪憂（廁所裏小蒼蠅密密麻麻的牆面都是，沐浴露那些就亂七八糟的擺在那，瓶蓋都是打開的，也不知道是不是用過的）

服務能積極迴應，硬件能看得出昔日的繁華，房間就像你出差多日風塵僕僕的回家，房間也風塵僕僕在等你，提供的餐食基本能過得去，價格可以和四星級賓館媲美。

這家酒店大家千萬不要入住，温馨提示一晚上找老闆打電話解決問題根本沒有解決房間沒有電熱毯819房間大家可以去看空調根本無法使用我定的是有早餐的根本沒人理我們
