Arrived in the late evening and got a upgraded to a family room to our surprise! Excellent service, staff go out of their way to help you here despite language barrier. 5 minute walk to the Cable car and the car lift is directly opposite the hotel to the Mutianyu great wall. Breakfast was a delight! Very comfortable stay

Great location nearest to the ticket area. But you can get tickets directly from hotel reception and use your passport to enter the gantry as well as ride the cable car. Decent food at the restaurant. Nice playground for kids including 3 slides, 2 small trampolines and many swings. Rooms are clean and spacious enough. Hot water is nice. Enjoyed the night scenery at the great wall.

The best hotel! Convenient with easy access to great wall and helpful staff who kindly brought hot water for us in the cold weather! Upgraded us too. Room was nice, comfortable and clean! There is nothing for us to fuss about! Worth the stay and I would go back again if I going mutianyu great wall again! I enjoyed myself very much and wish to stay longer! The cats are cute too!

Great and convenient place to stay in mutianyu. Very nice staff and clean rooms. The hotel is extremely close to the main entrance of the Great Wall.

This hotel is absolutely amazing if you want to spend longer than a few hours at The Wall. It’s nestled just at the bottom of the cable car area. Despite not speaking English the staff went out of their way to help us and service was great. We had two young kids with us and the hotel is super family friendly. The playground is awesome! Food in restaurant was wonderful and we would recommend this place to anyone. The only issue we had was that our didi (taxi) refused to take us any further up the mountain and left us 1.5 miles away due to road closures for CNY - so we had to get an unexpected shuttle bus which was a faff - it would have been great to know about this prior.

Excellent service staff at reception, restaurant, and coffee shop. Location is excellent for visiting the Great Wall as the ticket office is just opposite the hotel. The rooms were very clean and the beds very comfortable and warm. Floor heating was excellent and we had an overall great stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Would be nice if staff could communicate in English ;)
Breakfast was horrible, sorry, not prepared for visitors from other countries. Would have been nice to at least have a buffet with options…
Location and quietness was great.
Very convenient to be right in front of the lifts to access the walls.

Great location. Nearest to cable car. Staff were friendly and helpful in checkin and other inquiries. Room was well appointed, with very comfortable bedding.

This is great hotel and convenient if you want to see the Mutianyu side of great wall of China.
Cable care and ropeway are good. You also do get hotel discount of 20 RMB.
In 120 RMB you can be on top of wall and can go towards South to see the beautiful beast in lenght.
Hotel staff is very helpful. Hotel is Child friendly as well.
Please check for the correct room to have better experience.

The room is right at the foot of the Great Wall, which is so convenient! The children's facilities are also very good. After staying for one night, we got up the next day to climb the Great Wall without any pressure for the elderly and children! We were upgraded to a parent-child room for free, which made the sleep more comfortable. We have recommended it to many relatives and friends.
