VOYAGE INTERNATIONAL HOTEL (Capital Airport New National Exhibition Store) ★★★★
"Facilities: Comprehensive Hygiene: Good Environment: Very quiet Service: Exceptionally attentive When I booked on Ctrip, I thought the price was quite cheap, so I expected the service might be compromised. However, when I arrived at the hotel late at night, the front desk staff warmly checked me in. They even offered me a late check-out because I was worried about oversleeping. In the morning, as soon as I stepped out of the elevator, a front desk staff member came over to greet me and patiently asked if I was going to the airport or elsewhere. They also gave me a farewell gift upon check-out. Overall, the service at this price point far exceeded my expectations."

"The location is decent. I originally booked this place hoping to see Tiananmen Square from their open-air terrace, but it turned out to be closed. Also, the front desk is on the 8th floor, so you have to go up there to check in. Sometimes there's no one at the ground floor to assist. And doing laundry means going all the way down to B1, which is quite a trek when you're staying on the 5th floor. 🥹"
