Guest UserWhat an amazing stay! The hotel feels really cozy, and there's a subtle, pleasant scent in the lobby. They've got a coffee machine and a self-service laundry room, plus robots that deliver takeout – super cool! The front desk staff were very polite, and the room was so comfortable, with brand new bedding.

Despite being quite economical in price, it's quite a decent hotel. It's big and architecturally pleasing. The room has good amenities and they have international sockets at the wall. It's around 17 minutes on foot from Beijing East Station, which is a stop of the airport express bus. It's right next to a historical site and has a shopping centre inside. I also liked that they have 4 bottles of water even for the single room.

Guest UserThe room environment is excellent, and the service is meticulous, thoughtful, and genuinely warm. Every time I stay at the Inner Mongolia Hotel, I feel a sense of familiarity, like coming home. In the past, whenever I went to Beijing, I would always stay here with my mother. Two years ago, my mother passed away. Last year, when I stayed here alone again, I was overcome with emotion, and my eyes welled up. Unexpectedly, the hotel thoughtfully upgraded my room for free, and also gifted me a red commemorative T-shirt with the hotel's logo, as well as a beautiful fruit platter. This warmth was incredibly touching and made me feel especially comforted.

Guest UserI brought my mom to Beijing for a trip, and we chose the Beijing International Hotel primarily because it's an older hotel that's been renovated. I wanted to experience the convenience of smart voice control, and also because its location isn't far from major attractions. It's easy to get a taxi, and the Beijing Railway Station subway stop is just a five-minute walk away.
The service was absolutely top-notch. From the moment we got out of the car at the main entrance, with the staff opening the door and helping with luggage, to the front desk communication, and even how they handled an issue with room service – everything was impeccable. The only thing that could have been better is if, during check-in, the front desk could remind guests about breakfast location (I had to ask separately for this) and any complimentary activities, such as the in-room mini-bar or craft beer redemption. After all, some people book their rooms quite early and might forget what perks are included. 😂
Regarding the facilities, the smart control system is very convenient. However, I kept calling 'Xiao Du' for a long time without a response, only to find out later that in my room, I needed to call 'Xiao Yi Butler.' 😂 Perhaps they could mention this during check-in, or place a small card in the room explaining the wake-up commands and functions, to save guests time figuring things out.
In terms of cleanliness, since it's newly renovated, there weren't any major issues; it was clean and bright! Just a minor note about some dust on the headboard and stickiness on the 'Do Not Disturb' hanger.
Overall, I'm very satisfied and would recommend it to my friends. 👍

The room was generally clean and the bedding was comfortable. The heating was a bit too warm for us, coming from the south, which took some getting used to. Breakfast was plentiful and replenished quickly. The location is fantastic, close to many attractions, and the subway is just a few minutes away. The best part was being able to run to Tiananmen Square early in the morning to watch the flag-raising ceremony! We stayed for 6 days and had a great experience. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

Guest UserThis was my first stay at this hotel. I was traveling with friends and our kids, and we picked this place because it's close to Beijing Railway Station and a subway stop, plus it offers great value for money. The location is absolutely fantastic – just a few minutes' walk to attractions and the subway! The room was clean and spacious, perfect for us with the kids, and the bedding was soft. The bathroom was spotless and odor-free. The view from the window was also beautiful. The staff proactively shared local travel tips, which was really thoughtful and helpful. Staying here made our trip completely hassle-free. I'll definitely recommend it to my friends.

Guest UserVery cheap, 20 minutes bus from Beijing Station, convenient to buy things nearby, quiet outside the community.
The bed I lived in was relatively clean and tidy, the curtains were shaded, the aisles and toilets were generally hygienic. The room is basically not soundproof, and the normal volume of the next door and corridor can be heard very clearly. There is no toilet paper and water (the first time I lived in the Youth Hostel, I don’t know if it’s all the same, there is no star deduction).
Overall, the price of this location is very grateful, but the conditions are also proportional, not much cost-effective, choose according to demand.

The staff and the location (is very close to the Beijing railway station) is very nice. I felt the room a little bit cold, even if with AC turned on, and too small for two adults. I would stay again if I were alone.

The room was cleaner and more hygienic than expected, and the facilities inside were very complete. It had an independent shower and toilet, with toiletries and slippers provided, and you could grab more if needed. The front desk lady was also really nice and very helpful to out-of-town tourists. It’s very close to Beijing Railway Station. At the time, I didn't know the exact location, and taxis were quite expensive – mostly unlicensed cabs. Regular taxis wouldn't take us because some thought it was too close, and others were afraid to stop on the street. The courtyard hotel is quite close to Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and museums, which is very convenient for sightseeing.
