I brought my daughter to Beijing to play with her friends and needed a hotel for five nights and four days. My requirements were proximity to my friend's home, good parking, and a quiet environment. After filtering by these conditions, there were very few hotels left that were reasonably priced and had a good atmosphere. So, on the first night, I decided to try Tang House. To my surprise, the front desk staff upgraded me to a family room with one double bed and one single bed. However, I found the room a bit damp, and the air conditioner blew directly onto the single bed, which was a little uncomfortable. On the plus side, the room was well soundproofed, and there was a huge parking lot directly opposite the hotel entrance. You just needed a parking slip from the front desk each day. The hotel's location was very quiet, with no traffic noise, and Liangma River Park was right downstairs, perfect for daily strolls. So, I decided to switch to a twin room. After changing rooms, it immediately felt brighter and less damp. The air conditioner was also aimed at the desk and chairs, perfectly avoiding the beds. The room was much more comfortable, so I decisively booked it for the remaining days. I must particularly mention the hotel's decor. It has a medieval simplicity yet retains Chinese elements. Every painting is a delight to the eye and perfectly complements the room's style. The wooden floors feel very comfortable underfoot, and the bedding is just the right firmness, so I didn't wake up feeling sore the next day. I highly recommend this hotel for business travelers. It's quiet, convenient for parking, has a public laundry room, offers free coffee, and you can even try on Manchu princess costumes. The service is attentive and thoughtful! 👍

I highly recommend the Orange Hotel Crystal Beijing Sanlitun Taikoo Li! It's right next to the subway, making shopping and getting around super convenient. The rooms are spotless and the bedding is comfortable. The front desk service is professional and warm, paying attention to every detail and promptly handling any requests. The hotel environment is quiet, and it offers excellent value for money in the Sanlitun business district. The service is incredibly thoughtful, and my stay far exceeded my expectations. It's definitely worth recommending.

The room was incredibly clean, exceeding our expectations. Seriously, the cleanliness was impeccable! As soon as we walked in, it was spotless and well-organized. The floors and surfaces were dust-free, and the bedding was neat, soft, and odorless. The bathroom, including the vanity, toilet, and shower, was thoroughly cleaned, and the toiletries were neatly arranged. There wasn't a speck of dust even in the corners and crevices. Everything felt clean and hygienic, making our stay very comfortable and reassuring. Full marks for cleanliness and attention to detail, highly recommend!

I stayed at this hotel for four consecutive days, and my entire experience was incredibly comfortable, with almost nothing to fault. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and approachable. Whether I was asking for directions, requesting extra toiletries, or even making a small, last-minute request to adjust the room's lighting, they always responded patiently and were happy to help, never once being dismissive or evasive. The housekeepers who cleaned my room daily were also wonderfully thoughtful and meticulous. Each time they tidied up, not only did they ensure everything was spotless, but they also subtly paid attention to how I arranged my belongings, discreetly organizing any items scattered on the desk. Over the four days, I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the hotel's service.

The room was quite small overall, with the corridor only wide enough for one person to pass. Also, the room type seemed to be misrepresented. I booked based on photos of what I thought was the same room type (which actually appeared to be pictures of larger, deluxe rooms in the main building), so I was a bit disappointed upon arrival. My room was on a low floor (second floor of the East Tower) and there was no elevator, only a very long ramp, which isn't convenient for people with mobility issues. On the plus side, there's a laundry room and dryer on the first floor. The surrounding residential area has good amenities (snack shops, food delivery options). There's a KFC about 50m away where you can get breakfast, and the hotel also has a specialty restaurant that serves breakfast. It's quite convenient for getting around, with a Line 1 elevated subway station within 400m. The cleanliness was acceptable, though the bathroom felt a bit basic, and the glass door was poorly designed, making it easy to bump into the toilet. The service was pretty good; the front desk allowed check-in with either a passport or ID. The cleaning staff were very enthusiastic and even offered fruit, hoping for a good review (though being repeatedly asked for a review did detract from the experience a bit).

Very helpful and friendly staff. I arrived in the morning hoping to leave my luggage there and they allowed me to check in right away. They also helped me place my first ******* order late at night. The nearby subway station will take you anywhere you need to go. This is the best room you'll find in Beijing for that price.

I felt very comfortable and secure during my stay. The hotel has a great atmosphere, offering a quiet retreat despite being in a bustling area. The room was meticulously cleaned. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation, and they provide a humidifier and a fresh air system. Disposable towels, slippers, and earplugs were all provided. The free gym and self-service laundry room were very practical, and the robot delivering food was a fun touch. It's close to the subway station, with many shopping malls nearby, making it super convenient to visit Sanlitun.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The room was very clean, free of any odd smells, and the bed was soft and comfortable. The bathroom facilities worked perfectly. Front desk staff, especially employee number 6, was efficient during check-in, polite, and attentive, promptly responding to any requests. The location is great, convenient for dining and getting around. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, suitable for both leisure and business travelers. I highly recommend it.
