Everything was great from the first second! The staff is polite and friendly: we had a lot of questions and they helped us all the time, what is really good for foreigners. The room was not so big, but it's nice: clean bright, comfortable and really calm. So, if you have some problems with sleeping, don't worry: you will sleep like a baby. By the way: the hotel has a good location, which is important if you don't have enough time (one day or some hours). So, if you are looking a good place to stay, you have found it. I think we'll come back here next time

We usually stay at the Ji Hotel when we travel, but for this trip to Beijing, we wanted to try the Orange Hotel Crystal. We were quite satisfied, and the kids absolutely loved the family room.

I stayed at this hotel for four consecutive days, and my entire experience was incredibly comfortable, with almost nothing to fault. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and approachable. Whether I was asking for directions, requesting extra toiletries, or even making a small, last-minute request to adjust the room's lighting, they always responded patiently and were happy to help, never once being dismissive or evasive. The housekeepers who cleaned my room daily were also wonderfully thoughtful and meticulous. Each time they tidied up, not only did they ensure everything was spotless, but they also subtly paid attention to how I arranged my belongings, discreetly organizing any items scattered on the desk. Over the four days, I was completely satisfied with every aspect of the hotel's service.

Five-star review! I stayed at the Sofitel Beijing Central for four consecutive days, and my overall experience was extremely satisfying. The location is excellent, close to Jianguomen subway station, making it very convenient to get to Wangfujing, Tiananmen Square, and the National Museum. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I rested very well. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and their service was prompt and responsive; communication was smooth whenever I had a request. The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, and the facilities are well-maintained. Traveling with children, staying here made getting around and sightseeing worry-free and convenient. It's a great choice for exploring urban Beijing, especially since the young lady at the Chance hotel front desk upgraded our room for free and gave us a breakfast voucher for one adult and two children for one day, considering our late arrival. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Beijing – it truly exceeded my expectations!

On this trip to Beijing with my bestie, we decisively chose this hidden gem of a hotel in Sanlitun Taikoo Li, and the experience was absolutely perfect! The location is truly unbeatable – just a few minutes' walk to Taikoo Li, making shopping, dining, and entertainment a breeze. Coming back to the hotel at night also felt super safe. The room design is very stylish, minimalist yet perfect for photos, and the bedding is incredibly soft and skin-friendly; after a long day, you just won't want to get out of bed. The front desk lady was super gentle and also kindly helped us with directions to nearby good eats. Next time I come to Beijing, I'm definitely staying here again. Highly recommend it to all my shopping-loving sisters!

We stayed in August 2026. Great location, close to the metro, and there's a 24-hour convenience store in the building. Great views from the window. The apartment has everything you need.

The room is a compact, drive-in style with a well-thought-out layout. The dry area of the bathroom is a bit cramped, barely okay for a single person. The lounge chair is a bit awkward as you can only sit upright in it. The desk, however, is large enough, making it suitable for business trips. The location is excellent, with views of CCTV and close proximity to China World Mall, which is great for shopping and dining. Line 1 isn't too far either, making it convenient for exploring Chang'an Avenue. The breakfast offers a decent variety, though nothing particularly memorable. The juicer is a nice touch, allowing you to choose fruits for your own custom juice blend.

The decor is simple and practical, without any unnecessary frills, and it's equipped with all the essentials, offering excellent value for money. The desk, wardrobe, and bathroom were spotlessly clean, with no stains or mold. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were polite and friendly. It's a superb choice for a short stopover.
