The environment is beautiful, although the swimming pool is a bit small. But it wasn't crowded, which was nice. The room was also very new, and the kids loved it. The bed was large, a 2.2m bed, and very comfortable to sleep in. It rained at night so we didn't go out and instead had the seafood buffet. We even got to scoop our own seafood, which the kids found fun and unique. For the seafood buffet, my child even said that the chocolate and ice cream cake, which came out last around 8 PM, were the best things they ate. The concierge was very thoughtful, helping to receive a delivery, even unpacking it and bringing it up, and also helping with luggage. Getting a taxi to Wangfujing took only 15 minutes, which was very convenient.

The location is convenient, right opposite Parkview Green, and there are many great restaurants behind it in Junping World. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly. I recommend cleaning the carpets in the public hallways, but everything else in the bathroom was very good.

This hotel offers pretty good value for money, with an excellent location and affordable prices. While the facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained. However, the customer service and the female front desk staff were quite subpar. They were unwilling to offer room upgrades or late check-outs, which was disappointing. I hope they improve, as it would be a shame to waste such a great location and the efforts of most of the other staff members.

The room was clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. All the amenities were spotless. I had a very comfortable stay. Most importantly, it offered great value for money!

1. The location is super convenient! It's right near Exit C of Guomao Station; you don't even need to cross the street. Just walk straight ahead, and you'll see it. 2. The hotel is very new. I arrived around 2:30 PM and got a free upgrade to a business twin room. From the window, you can see the bustling city and watch the sunrise and sunset. 3. The robot delivery service was very efficient. 4. Room 8825 was very comfortable. I was a bit worried before checking in, but it turned out to be excellent overall. Very satisfied! ☘️

The room was very quiet, clean, and tidy, and the price was incredibly affordable. The front desk staff was very friendly; I asked for a small stool, and she actually found one for me. Downstairs, there's a small courtyard where you can hang laundry. I even ran into two foreigners staying there. The best part is that shopping, daily necessities, and breakfast options are all very convenient, and the subway station is just a few hundred meters away.

It's been a few years since I last stayed at Atour, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the bedding is even more comfortable now. The mattress is just right, not too soft and not too hard, providing perfect support for the entire body. The bath towels and face towels in the bathroom come in sealed packaging after being cleaned and disinfected, which gives you extra peace of mind. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and the lobby decor is cozy yet grand. Among other chain hotels in the same category, Atour is definitely my top choice.

The hotel has a good location. The room I checked into had some blocked sunlight, so I went to the front desk to change rooms. I ran into Sister Zhang there, and she helped me get a much better room. The receptionist was very kind, and the new room was bright, clean, and perfect for my child and me. There was also a laundry room, which was convenient.

Five-star review! The executive lounge experience at the Ritz-Carlton Huamao was impeccable. The environment is quiet and upscale, and the five daily meals offer a rich variety. Afternoon tea and evening happy hour have a complete selection of drinks, with free-flow red wine, spirits, and cocktails. The biggest bonus is the service: Ivy, Sita, Irene, and Coco are professional and gentle, paying attention to every detail. They are diligent with restocking, making the executive benefits incredibly value-for-money. Highly recommended!

We chose Beijing for our high school graduation trip, and stayed at this hotel for five nights out of our six-day journey. Since it was before the peak summer season, the price was quite reasonable, and the overall experience was very smooth! The hotel's hygiene and cleanliness were excellent. I didn't experience any skin discomfort during our five-night stay (though this can vary for different people). The robot delivery for takeout was prompt and convenient; no need to go downstairs. The hotel breakfast offered a good variety of both Chinese and Western options. It wasn't just generic pre-made food; the dishes were fresh. We stayed in a twin room. The room had good natural light, and the window size was appropriate. Some rooms seemed to face office buildings, while others faced the road, but overall it was quiet. The air conditioning made a slight noise, but it didn't significantly affect our sleep. The laundry room on the second floor was well-equipped with washing, drying, and steam ironing facilities. You could do it yourself or leave your laundry card for staff to assist. Also, we requested room cleaning every day after we left. Coming back in the evening to a tidy room was a pleasant feeling, and they never moved our luggage around. Issues were resolved promptly. One evening, our key card wouldn't open the door, and someone came upstairs to fix it very quickly. Additionally, opposite the front desk on the first floor, there's a coffee machine, ice dispenser, small fridge, and lemon water, all with disposable cups provided – very convenient. There are many shopping malls near the hotel. Across the street is a 24-hour Lawson convenience store. A bit further is a mall called 'Saite +' (赛特+), which isn't huge but has everything you need, making it quite practical for daily life. If you don't want to go too far but want to eat at a restaurant, you can check the food establishments on the map in advance. The subway is about 600 meters away, I think? There's a shared bike parking spot right downstairs, so you can cycle if you don't want to walk. Plus, the subway is Line 1, which makes it easy to get anywhere. There's also a Mixue Bingcheng (蜜雪冰城) nearby~ For taxis, the pick-up point is directly at the hotel entrance, so it's easy to find.
