The hotel was neat and clean, and not too far from the subway station – a straight walk, maybe 5-10 minutes. The staff was super nice! I arrived in Beijing on an early morning flight and got to the hotel around 7 AM. Since it wasn't check-in time yet and my reserved room type was full, the staff upgraded us for free so we could get some good rest! That was really amazing 🥹!!

Went with my family! It's a really great hotel, the front desk staff are super nice, and it's quite clean. The price is good too, I'll definitely come again, haha! Plus, it's very close to the subway, which goes directly to Tiananmen. Although we took a taxi every day, it was still convenient.

The staff were incredibly friendly, from delivering food to the room upon arrival, to the fruit and milk bread delivered in the evening, to the friendly greetings and small gifts in the morning. The service was exceptional. I booked a king-size room with a patio. The room was spacious, comfortable, and filled with sunlight. The overall experience was truly excellent. It's truly a great hotel.

Facilities: The facilities are comprehensive, including a hairdryer, clothes hangers, drying racks, and a refrigerator. They even provide toothbrushes and wooden combs, and there's a robot that can deliver items, which is very convenient. The shower, lights, and other facilities are all in good working order. Cleanliness: Cleaning was prompt, there were no strange odors in the room, and the bed linen and duvet covers were neat and clean. The only minor drawback is that the pillows are a bit high, which might not be ideal for those with neck issues. Environment: There are plenty of dining options just across the street, which is very convenient. Many shared bikes are available nearby for easy use, and there's a bus stop right opposite. The subway station is just one stop away. Service: The staff were very friendly and responsive to requests. It's about a kilometer to Chaoyang Hospital, which is very convenient.

I didn't want to take care of it late at night, and I was fired and woke up helpless. The guy didn't leave, knocked on the door everywhere, and opened the door and told me to call the boss. The next night, I lived next door to young men and women. At about 11 o'clock in the middle of the night, the bed made a squeak and made a noise. On the third day, I was fortunate to be quiet, but the stairs jingled and the corridors were very noisy. On the fourth night, I changed a pair of young *** men and women, around 10:30 **, the movement was too big, *****. At about four o'clock in the middle of the night, I was awakened directly in the middle of the night, and I kept talking loudly. The soundproofing of the room was too poor. I knocked on the other party's door and the warning was invalid. I knocked on the door and warned that it finally stopped. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transport links and easy access to dining and shopping. The room was spotlessly clean, with good natural light and ventilation, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were quick. Overall, a fantastic experience, highly recommended!

It's incredibly convenient with bus and subway stations on both sides. Plus, there's a free 24-hour parking lot right outside the entrance. The rooms are well-equipped, and my overall impression was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Beijing. Highly recommended, 5 out of 5 stars!
