Find 2-Star Hotels in Beijing

This place was nice and cosy. It was the perfect size for our family of 5 (2 adults + 3 children 8,4,2) huge bathroom upstairs and a washing machine downstairs in the other washroom. Was clean and tidy upon arrival :) We chose this place to be within the 5th ring for our private transfer to the Great Wall. It has a little convenient store just outside the building. It is also within walking distance to shops/restaurants and a plaza too. Communication with host was all done through WeChat and the instructions given were easy to follow. Even when I was unsure of something, I was able to contact the host easily and they were able to answer my questions and queries in a timely manner. Only con I had was the smell of smoke throughout the building but that did not effect our stay too much! Also couldn’t quite understand how to use the tv/projector, but didn’t bother us too much either as we were out most of the day, and was just wanting it in the evenings to unwind :)

6 person stayed at this DONGSI hotel and very convenient to wangfujing street and the reception manager Mr GU was very helpful and kind toward the hotel guests and we will surely come back to stay at this hotel whenever Visting Beijing

The hotel is excellent. The room is clean and quiet, located in a great area close to the metro, shopping spots, and restaurants. On the first floor of the hotel, there's a coffee shop, a 24-hour convenience store, a noodle shop, and a workspace available for guests. The staff are very lovely, provide excellent service, are friendly, and try their best to help. Housekeeping cleans the room, replaces towels, and provides drinking water every day. Overall, it's very good. We really liked the hotel! Nice girl at the reception, spoke English and was very nice to us) the location is great - the metro station is nearby, there are also a lot of cafes) cleaning every day! The room itself was like in the photo) we recommend it!

Really nice place with really friendly staff!! I even extended my stay there. The location is great, you have the bus and the underground closeby. You have a famous Lamaist pagoda next door and really cute street with cute cafés, restaurants that us really nice in the evening. The rooms are clean, with sockets right above your own bed and provide slippers for the shower. They provide ear plugs, toiletry items and a washing machine. There is a roof top and common areas to eat your delivery food (they have a system where you can order your food and deliver at the place). I really enjoyed my stay there!

Small budget hotel. Location is a walk from the nearest mrt (8min or so for brisk walking). Nothing much to see in the area. Need to travel out for all activities. But clean room generally. Hotel was doing renovations during my stay so it was a bit messy and noisy. Sound proofing isn't good. but no complain otherwise. Cute pets in the common area

Small single story hotel located in a quirky traditional old paved street.  Don't be put off by the rather bland reception area, once you walk through the security doors you enter a charming hotel with unusual tree based character.  We had a room with a large double and large single, perfect for our family of 3.  Room was very clean, bed sheets were clean with plenty of pillows.  Bathroom is cleverly integrated, clean and functional.  It would have been nicer if a bit more space had been allocated to the sink/wash basin area. Location is great.  Walking distance of Qian'man subway, which itself is adjacent Tiannanmen Square.  Also just 5 mins walk from some great food streets. Definitely recommend it.  Just one note: cars aren't allowed in the hotel's street so taxis will need to drop you at the end of the street.  Not a problem it's only a few minutes walk past quaint boutique coffee shops, art & antique style shops.  Enjoy the stroll....we did.

This hotel has a good environment, very clean, complete facilities, good service attitude, suitable for bringing children to live, very close to the subway station, super cost-effective, windows, very breathable, cleaning is also disinfected

The overall cleanliness was amazing, however, the front desk wasn't quite friendly. They seem as if they didn't really have the energy nor the intention to reply to any questions and all responses were extremely vague. The housekeepers on the other hand were really kind, unlike the receptionists. My stay also had slight inconveniences as the place was under construction at the time (not sure about now). To sum up, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
