Anonymous UserThis was my partner and my first time vacationing in Miyun, and also our first stay at the Hylla Hotel. The entire trip far exceeded our expectations; it was truly wonderful!
I have to specially commend our dedicated concierge, Golden Key Ethan. Before we even arrived, he proactively added us on WeChat to connect, showing incredible thoughtfulness and attention to detail. Knowing we wanted to relax and recuperate, he took the initiative to pre-book Ayurvedic treatments and singing bowl sessions for us at the wellness center. He also thoroughly explained all of the hotel's unique offerings, such as the hillside hot springs, the gymnasium, and the mountain hiking trails, clearly outlining the duration of each activity and any booking注意事项 (important notes). We didn't have to worry about a thing.
Throughout our stay, he was incredibly responsive, answering any small questions we had almost instantly. He's reliable, patient, and warm. I later learned he's a professional 'Golden Key' concierge, and his professionalism was evident—it’s rare to find such a dedicated and caring service person.
The hotel itself is also outstanding. Tucked away on the hillside, the air is fresh and quiet, with negative oxygen ions reaching 9000! The 12 forest hot springs create an amazing ambiance, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast spread is incredibly rich, far surpassing the quality of a five-star hotel in the city. There’s also a huge kids’ play area, with facilities that cater to both adult relaxation and children's fun.
This time it was just my partner and me enjoying a relaxing getaway, and we are completely smitten. We'll definitely bring our daughter and the whole family next time, and we'll certainly ask concierge Ethan to arrange our itinerary again! I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a short, relaxing getaway in the Beijing suburbs or a family trip. Whether it's the facilities or the thoughtful service, it's absolutely worth making a special trip!

Guest UserMy stay at the Waldorf Astoria Beijing was absolutely perfect, earning a full five-star review! I experienced both the main building and the traditional courtyard rooms. The location is superb, right next to Wangfujing and within walking distance to the Forbidden City, making getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel's design is truly unique and thoughtful. The rooms are spacious and elegant, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the amenities are high-quality and smell wonderful – every detail shows great care. Our butler, Willow, provided attentive and thoughtful service; she was warm, polite, and perfectly balanced, never being intrusive. The breakfast spread was extensive, featuring both authentic Beijing specialties and delicious Western options. The afternoon tea was beautiful and tasted just as good as it looked. This is definitely the top luxury hotel to stay at when visiting Beijing. Highly recommended!

I stayed here in July, and the hotel grounds were truly stunning. Lush greenery was everywhere, making a stroll through the area incredibly atmospheric. I particularly enjoyed the traditional cultural experiences arranged by the hotel; they were relaxing and truly rejuvenating. In the mornings, I could wander freely through the grounds, immersing myself in nature, and in the afternoons, I found peace in transcribing Buddhist scriptures and participating in interesting intangible cultural heritage craft workshops. There were also explanations of ancient architecture, and I learned a lot about traditional Chinese buildings.
The room conditions were good, and having a bathtub was a real plus – a soak after exploring was incredibly stress-relieving. The room was well-equipped with a coffee machine and various teas. The front desk staff were very efficient, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. However, a minor drawback was that some of the in-room fixtures showed signs of aging and could use regular maintenance and repair.
Overall, this place is a wonderful retreat from the hustle and bustle, balancing beautiful natural scenery with rich cultural experiences. It’s an excellent spot for a relaxing getaway or a short break. If they regularly upgrade the room hardware in the future, the overall experience would be even more perfect. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet vacation and a taste of traditional culture.

This stay was incredibly comfortable, and I have to give a special shout-out to Shirley, the duty manager! She communicated with me carefully about my needs before check-in and provided attentive care throughout my stay. She was always prompt in responding to any issues, and her attitude was gentle and patient. Her service was detailed and thoughtful, making me feel genuinely valued. The hotel's overall environment was clean and comfortable, and Shirley's warm and considerate service truly melted away a lot of my travel fatigue. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip, highly recommended!

Overall, it exceeded my expectations. I really like the style. The service from the greeters, front desk, and restaurant staff was far superior to two luxury hotels I recently stayed at. The room facilities were also well-maintained.
The 'do not disturb' button at the door was a bit hard to press. The blackout and sheer curtains in the room seemed to be on the same switch, and I'm not sure if I just couldn't figure it out, but it felt a bit impractical.

The service truly exceeded my expectations, and I have to give a big thumbs up and thank you! 👍🏻 My child left an Apple Pencil in the hotel room, but we didn't realize it was missing until long after we got home. I called the hotel to inquire, but the room had already been cleaned and new guests had checked in, and the pencil wasn't found. However, the hotel staff went above and beyond, communicating with various departments, re-entering the room, and meticulously searching. They finally found it tucked between the nightstand and the bed! They called me immediately to confirm and shipped it back to me. My child was thrilled to get it back! I'm so grateful for the hotel staff's diligent and thoughtful service, which saved us from a financial loss.
While the hotel isn't brand new, the interior decor is clearly well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged. It's clean, well-equipped, and the staff are incredibly welcoming. We requested buckwheat pillows and mineral water, and they were promptly delivered to our room after we left a voicemail.
Overall, our stay was a fantastic experience!

Guest UserHaving stayed at many five-star hotels in Beijing, this one currently reigns supreme. First off, the views are unbeatable; you get a panoramic sweep of iconic skyscrapers like the CCTV Headquarters and Fortune Plaza. The night lights are spectacular, truly embodying the city's vibrant spirit. On the day I checked in, there was a minor issue that was quickly resolved by upgrading my room. The 64th-floor lounge offers 24-hour free-flow drinks. While the variety isn't extensive, it generally meets most executive lounge expectations. The coffee, however, is quite good. The happy hour on the 80th floor had decent pastries. Hot dishes were replenished quickly, and the service was excellent. The breakfast buffet is absolutely top-notch, combining à la carte and buffet options. The à la carte seafood millet porridge, with generous portions of scallops, sea cucumber, and shrimp, was incredibly comforting – I had two bowls. The egg tarts, fresh from the oven, were also outstanding; flaky crust, not too sweet, simply delicious. I recommend going before 9:30 AM for breakfast to snag a window seat and enjoy it at leisure. The room had many thoughtful details. For instance, the Nespresso machine already had water in it, and the instructions were incredibly simple – just pop in a capsule. In most hotels of the same caliber, I'd usually have to add water and plug it in myself. The large bathtub came with a headrest, and bath towels were conveniently placed within reach above. Even under the sink, there was an anti-slip towel mat, making every corner of the room feel meticulously arranged for comfort. The pool on the 78th floor is open until 11 PM. There are also two steam rooms and a massage pool, perfect for relaxing. I'm already planning to try a room with a view next time.

Anonymous UserThe hotel itself is great, I can't really fault it. The design is artistic, and both the facilities and service attitude are excellent. It offers good value for money in Beijing. There's a mall downstairs, making it convenient for dining or ordering takeout.
However, the quality of some hotel guests is just bizarre. The couple next door were absolute animals, treating the hotel like their own personal movie set.
I had just had a cosmetic procedure and my face was throbbing. I was hoping for a quiet night's rest. Instead, I was driven to my wit's end by the incessant noise from these two all night long.
The first 'show' started at 7 PM. The screaming was like someone being butchered, so loud I honestly thought there was a ghost. There was even a sound like glass breaking, and I almost put on a Buddhist chant. On closer listening, it turned out to be the woman yelling 'hubby' and 'don't want to'. It ended abruptly after five minutes, at least they had some shred of dignity left.
Then at 2:30 AM, it started again, waking both my boyfriend and me. For over half an hour, it was non-stop 'ah ah ah, oh oh oh, ho ho ho,' 'so hard,' 'so deep,' and the guy was constantly dirty talking. The noise was so loud it sounded like they'd moved their bed right outside my window. This isn't a *******, and there are children staying here. Can't you two have some common decency? No one is interested in your late-night adult film live stream. If you're going to be so 'talented,' at least cover your mouths and shut the door completely. Don't make your neighbors your unwilling audience. I'm just an innocent guest who just had surgery.
And after all that, they still wouldn't quiet down, continuing to talk loudly and cackle like ****** until 5 AM. It was as if they were the only two people in the entire building, with no sound from any other room. I only went to sleep when they finally stopped talking, and the next day my eyes looked like a 'sad frog'.
The moment I thought about calling the front desk, they'd go silent, and the moment I tried to sleep, they'd start up again. What exactly was the point of all that?

Guest UserHad a wonderful stay at Park Hyatt Beijing. The hotel's ambiance is elegant, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning city views. A special thank you to our butler, Zhang Yuxin, for her efficient and patient service. Communication was smooth when we had questions, and she provided a lot of thoughtful assistance. Both the facilities and service were excellent. It was a great stay, highly recommended! 👍

A butler was waiting for us while we parked, showing exceptional service. Upon checking in at the lobby, we were offered complimentary snacks and drinks. To my delight, they upgraded our room for free, allowing for a better view of Yanqi Lake. The room table had fruit and wine, and the butler had even prepared aromatherapy. Surprisingly, the bathroom floor was also thoughtfully equipped with a non-slip mat. The butler also brought our luggage to our room, and to my surprise, given the slightly chilly temperature, they even brought down a warm coat from the car – incredibly considerate! We had initially mentioned needing to get our luggage, but only remembered when they went to retrieve it, and then they thoughtfully brought us the warm coat! We also participated in an afternoon cultural tour, which provided a deeper understanding of the hotel's design style and philosophy. The food was excellent, and the hotel facilities, cleanliness, and environment were superb! Not to mention the butler's service – it was exceptional! I highly recommend this hotel to families visiting Yanqi Lake. If we go again in the future, we will definitely choose Yanbai Mountain Villa again!
