Our trip to Beijing started at another hotel, but we moved to this Orange Crystal as the previous one near Sanlitun was just awful. As a mid-range chain hotel, the bare minimum I expect is cleanliness, tidiness, and a quiet environment. This Orange Crystal, however, far exceeded my expectations. We checked in around midnight, and the front desk staff were all incredibly warm, enthusiastic about their work, and very friendly to our child. They even gave our little one snacks and a toy, which was such a thoughtful gesture given how late we were checking in – it really warmed our hearts. The hotel and rooms felt very clean and hygienic, with no strange odors, and it was generally quiet and comfortable. We slept wonderfully during our four-night stay. The restaurant also seemed very clean and well-organized, and the location is good. I've stayed in a few hotels in Beijing, and if you're looking for a chain, this one is definitely worth recommending.

This hotel is located on Chang'an Avenue, very upscale. The room is spacious, and the decor has a strong Beijing feel, with views of the Forbidden City. It's within walking distance to Tiananmen Square, the National Museum of China, and Wangfujing, making getting around super convenient. There's plenty of complimentary water and drinks, and ordering takeout is also easy. The front desk staff were all very helpful and proactive. I was very satisfied with my 3-night stay.

When I first arrived at the hotel, the receptionist was busy on a phone call and just said 'I have something to do,' then left me waiting at the front desk. After waiting for a while, I felt really unhappy and dissatisfied! I was tired from traveling and really didn't want to wait any longer, so I moved to another reception area next door. I'm so grateful for the service from the male receptionist there – he was very patient and meticulous. Seeing that my child, though a minor, was quite tall, he specifically helped me find a suitable room and added extra bedding, which was very touching... So, I decided to extend my stay for another night that same day. I also want to commend the male greeter at the entrance! He was so helpful, setting up my navigation and carrying my luggage. He was very dedicated and professional. Kudos to them both, they made us feel warm and at home 😊😉 I highly recommend this hotel to everyone, it's fantastic! At the same time, I want to say that two different service attitudes at one establishment really depend on each individual's work ethic!

We arrived at the hotel quite late, but we were still greeted very warmly. A special shout-out to the staff member who checked us in; they were incredibly nice and upgraded our room. The hotel's location and facilities are excellent, and we had a great night's sleep.

The hotel upgraded us to apartments in a condominium nearby. The apartments are very spacious, well equipped, secured, and clean. The location is a distance away to the city centre, but with private transport, there's no issue. Nearby the hotel there're some shops, and a row of eateries with local food and local prices. The reception desk staff especially Sunny, Tina and Rebecca are warm, helpful, and responsive. Compliments to their excellent service. The only negative point is the breakfast which is outsourced to an adjacent cafe - the variety should be improved. We took the breakfast only once, and make our own in the apartments for the rest of the stay.

The location is excellent, and the room is spacious, making it very comfortable for a family of three. The environment is clean and tidy. All requests made during our stay were promptly attended to, which made our Chinese New Year holiday very enjoyable. All the staff were warm and attentive, especially the curly-haired young man at the front desk. Getting around from here is very convenient, and there are plenty of options for food and entertainment nearby. We didn't want to leave! We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Beijing.

This hotel is located in the heart of Jinbao Street in Dongcheng, just a 10-minute walk from Wangfujing and a short bike ride to the East Gate of the Forbidden City. It's surrounded by luxury boutiques and traditional hutongs, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and sightseeing. The European architectural style is very photogenic and creates a fantastic atmosphere. The hotel boasts a rare French Baroque palace design, featuring a soaring atrium, gilded corridors, gigantic crystal chandeliers, a vintage spiral staircase, and antique fireplaces everywhere you look. It's filled with European antique furniture and oil paintings, creating an incredibly atmospheric and Instagrammable setting. Many international guests stay here, and the overall experience is excellent. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Beijing.

During the Dragon Boat Festival, my relatives brought their kids to Beijing, and I still recommended this hotel. The hotel's location is excellent, close to all the attractions, and transportation is convenient, making shopping easy. I'll definitely recommend this place again next time.

Here I am again, after less than a month! This time I even braved a heavy downpour to get here. My flight circled over Beijing for an hour before landing, so I didn't get to the hotel until after midnight. It was another one of those check-in and check-out on the same day trips. I was already feeling pretty groggy, but thankfully, Bella at the front desk was incredibly warm and enthusiastic. She handled everything super quickly and thoughtfully, getting me checked in no time. Once I got to the room, I even bothered the staff to open and close the window for me. They made two trips late at night – I'm really grateful, though I regret not catching their names. This time, my room had an even better view! When I woke up in the morning, the sun was even out, and my mood instantly brightened, just like the weather. I got back late from lunch, but luckily, they extended my check-out time. By the way, I once again ran into the ever-elegant Ms. Rose Xiao. She checked out my room card for me at the very last minute. This trip was truly a whirlwind. As expected, after the storm, there's always sunshine! (I hope I got both employees' names right; I always worry about misspelling them.)
