Guest UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location. While it's certainly an older establishment, you can tell the room's fixtures were originally high-quality. The showerhead and faucets, in particular, deserve extra praise. The service is also top-notch; any requests are met promptly and with enthusiasm. Although the 10th-floor terrace was closed recently, the hotel offered guests access to a viewing area on the 9th floor, which compensated for not being able to visit the terrace.
You can take a bus one stop or a shared bike to Donghuamen, saving a lot of walking. Wangfujing is just a five-minute walk away. Such a prime location is incredibly important for middle-aged travelers with family in tow. The hotel's breakfast is also quite interesting, offering authentic Old Beijing Douzhi (fermented soy milk) right on-site. The collection of artifacts is also impressive. It's clear this long-standing hotel is still run with great care and dedication.

Anonymous UserOur overall stay was perfect, we were thoroughly satisfied with everything. The hotel's location is excellent, close to a shopping district and the subway, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding food. The front desk staff were gentle and professional, and even proactively offered tips for local sightseeing. Room hygiene was impeccable, the entire room was spotless, and the bathroom with its separate wet and dry areas was clean and odor-free. The toiletries were comprehensive and of good quality. The mattress was just right in terms of firmness, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. Public areas were clean and tidy, and the self-service laundry and other facilities were well-maintained and easy to use. The service throughout was thoughtful and unobtrusive. It offers incredible value for money, making it suitable for both business trips and leisure travel. I wholeheartedly recommend it, and it will be our first choice next time we visit!

Guest UserTraveling to Beijing with kids, I was overwhelmed by the hotel choices because rooms in Beijing are generally quite small. Finding this hotel was truly a gem!
**Amenities:** We booked a 50-square-meter room. The bathroom was incredibly spacious, and there was a bar area complete with kitchenware, an induction cooktop, microwave, and tableware – a really pleasant surprise for us. There was also a small living area. The only minor drawback was that the two beds were a bit small; it would be perfect if they were larger.
**Cleanliness:** It was very clean, with virtually no hygiene blind spots.
**Environment:** The hotel is located opposite Wanguo Community, so it was extremely quiet at night, and the soundproofing was excellent. Our trip to Beijing was quite tiring, so having a quiet environment at night was crucial for good rest and sleep.
**Service:** The service was proactive and enthusiastic; they were always available when called upon. We were out most of the day and only returned to the hotel at night, but the robot delivery for takeout and such was always prompt.
Furthermore, the hotel is very close to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient to get around. When visiting Beijing, choosing a hotel near the subway is definitely the way to go. Overall, I highly recommend it – a great stay!

The hotel upgraded us to apartments in a condominium nearby. The apartments are very spacious, well equipped, secured, and clean. The location is a distance away to the city centre, but with private transport, there's no issue. Nearby the hotel there're some shops, and a row of eateries with local food and local prices. The reception desk staff especially Sunny, Tina and Rebecca are warm, helpful, and responsive. Compliments to their excellent service. The only negative point is the breakfast which is outsourced to an adjacent cafe - the variety should be improved. We took the breakfast only once, and make our own in the apartments for the rest of the stay.

The location is excellent, and the room is spacious, making it very comfortable for a family of three. The environment is clean and tidy. All requests made during our stay were promptly attended to, which made our Chinese New Year holiday very enjoyable. All the staff were warm and attentive, especially the curly-haired young man at the front desk. Getting around from here is very convenient, and there are plenty of options for food and entertainment nearby. We didn't want to leave! We'll definitely stay here again on our next trip to Beijing.

Guest UserTraveling to Beijing for a business trip, I needed a hotel close to Tiananmen Square and 1949 The Hidden City (Quanjude). As an InterContinental Platinum member, I used to stay at the Regent, but now I've switched to the Legendale. The location is excellent, it offers great value for money, and I was pleasantly surprised with a suite upgrade.
The amenities in the room are high quality, no expense spared, giving off a vibe of upward mobility. The breakfast fruit was delicious, and the room itself was very well-maintained.
My only minor complaint is that the hairdryer isn't a newer model; I hope they can update it soon.

Guest UserHere I am again, after less than a month! This time I even braved a heavy downpour to get here. My flight circled over Beijing for an hour before landing, so I didn't get to the hotel until after midnight. It was another one of those check-in and check-out on the same day trips.
I was already feeling pretty groggy, but thankfully, Bella at the front desk was incredibly warm and enthusiastic. She handled everything super quickly and thoughtfully, getting me checked in no time. Once I got to the room, I even bothered the staff to open and close the window for me. They made two trips late at night – I'm really grateful, though I regret not catching their names.
This time, my room had an even better view! When I woke up in the morning, the sun was even out, and my mood instantly brightened, just like the weather.
I got back late from lunch, but luckily, they extended my check-out time. By the way, I once again ran into the ever-elegant Ms. Rose Xiao. She checked out my room card for me at the very last minute.
This trip was truly a whirlwind. As expected, after the storm, there's always sunshine!
(I hope I got both employees' names right; I always worry about misspelling them.)
