Anonymous UserHad a great stay here! The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the Guomao business district, making it super convenient for getting around. The decor is stylish, the room was spotless, and the soundproofing was excellent – I wasn't disturbed at all. The front desk even upgraded my room for free and allowed a late check-out, and the staff were very responsive. The overall environment is quiet and elegant, and for such a prime location, it's definitely great value for money.

Guest UserThe hotel is very close to the bus station, making it convenient for getting around. The interior is clean and tidy, and there's a laundry room with washing and drying services available at all times. The staff are enthusiastic and provide excellent service. Overall, it was a great experience and definitely worth choosing.

Guest UserThe location is great, though the facilities are a bit old, which also somewhat matches the hotel's style. This was my second visit, and the bellhops, public areas, and restaurant staff were all incredibly warm and proactive. However, there are two minor points I'd like to mention.
First, during check-in, I was staying for two nights and wanted a higher floor. The front desk told me that my room type was only available on the 4th and 5th floors, and the 5th floor wasn't ready yet. To get a higher floor, I'd have to pay extra. Last time I stayed, they proactively upgraded me, and since the hotel didn't seem busy this time, I was a little disappointed not to get an upgrade (though this is purely my personal feeling; they aren't obligated to give me a free upgrade).
Second, after checking in, the bellhop was very proactive, pushing my luggage to the elevator. However, as we approached the elevator, the bellhop saw two or three people waiting and gestured for me to wait. We waited for a minute or two until they got into an elevator and the doors closed before he guided me to press the elevator button. This made me quite uncomfortable. Based on the situation, I felt like the previous group might have been high-ranking hotel staff, and it was the first time I've ever been held back as a guest to let higher-ups go first.

NatsumerThis hotel is located within the contemporary MOMC complex, surrounded by many interesting cafes and restaurants. The environment is beautiful and very quiet, making for an excellent stay. A short walk downstairs leads to Liangma River and Blue Harbor, which are lovely to explore this time of year.
The hotel room was very spacious and clean, and I had a very comfortable stay. Usually, when I travel for business, I have trouble sleeping in a new bed, but the bed and pillows here were so soft and comfortable. The hotel also has a free gym on the 20th floor with a fantastic view and a great selection of equipment, and it wasn't crowded, so the workout experience was excellent. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

I was very satisfied with the room I booked this time. As soon as I entered, I saw a unicorn plush toy quietly placed on the desk to welcome me, and complimentary fruits and snacks were already prepared. The room was clean, bright, and stylish, and the bedding was very comfortable. The room included a buffet dinner and the option of breakfast delivered to the room, plus all-day complimentary soft drinks and coffee, which was excellent. The hotel service was great; the staff were always smiling and happy to assist with any request. Very impressed! I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The main draw of this hotel is its unbeatable location and rich historical background. However, for a four-star establishment, the facilities are outdated, soundproofing is poor, and there's a musty smell. The service attitude is good, making it feel like you're paying for the location and getting the stay thrown in. It's suitable for travelers who prioritize proximity to the Forbidden City and are willing to compromise on accommodation quality. It's definitely not for those seeking modern comfort or who are sensitive to noise and odors.

Neostar2014We were on a family trip to Beijing with our 3-year-old and 1-year-old, plus my in-laws, before catching an afternoon flight to the US the next day. We stayed at the Artyzen Habitat Beijing Dongzhimen. It’s hard to find a family-friendly hotel in Beijing that offers a prime location (only 25 minutes to Capital Airport by car, 5 minutes to Sanlitun, yet very quiet and safe at night for a good night's sleep), while also providing ample space, comfort, and excellent service. This hotel completely exceeded our expectations!
Spacious and Well-Equipped: In such a prime downtown area, the rooms here are incredibly large. The design is modern and stylish, the beds are very comfortable, and there’s a small kitchenette with a microwave and kettle. We booked connecting rooms, and the soundproofing between them was the best we've ever experienced in any hotel. Previously, we’ve stayed at the JW in Dawang Road or the Conrad in Sanlitun, but those hotels feel quite outdated, as if they haven't been renovated in a long time. The Artyzen, however, feels exceptionally well-maintained, as if it just opened recently.
Prime Location, Quiet Retreat: We had an afternoon flight to the US the next day and needed to be at the airport for check-in by 8:20 AM. We left the hotel at 8:00 AM and arrived at Capital Airport in just 24 minutes – the location is truly super convenient. The night before, we drove to Sanlitun for a family dinner, and it only took five minutes. The hotel itself is situated in a very quiet neighborhood, allowing us to get plenty of rest before our 13-hour long-haul flight.
Thoughtful and Detailed Service: The front desk staff and all service personnel were extremely warm and polite. Check-in and check-out were efficient and smooth. The housekeeping staff, noticing we had children, even specially folded cute little animals out of towels, which delighted the kids!
Highly recommended for all families traveling to Beijing with elderly parents and children, whether for vacation or a layover!

The hotel is spectacular and in the absolute BEST location. You are close to several metro stations and main streets. The staff is VERY polite, VERY helpful, and truly treats you like honoured guests. Clean, professional, and absolutely gorgeous. We also got a complimentary upgrade, which was quite nice. If you are considering this hotel - BOOK IT WITH NO HESITATION :-) you will be happy.

Guest UserThis Zen-inspired hotel tucked away in Dongcheng District was such a pleasant surprise! It's a tranquil oasis built right next to Xizhao Temple, offering a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle, with a charming, ancient courtyard. The room was spacious, clean, and even had a bathtub – perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day of exploring. It's within walking distance to the subway, making it super convenient to get to the Forbidden City and Temple of Heaven. The service was attentive, and it's excellent value for money. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Beijing!

Guest UserI had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Beijing. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided warm, professional, and attentive service that made me feel truly welcome. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with comfortable bedding and stunning views of the city.
The hotel’s facilities were outstanding, especially the breakfast selection, which offered a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore Beijing’s major attractions while still enjoying a peaceful and luxurious environment.
What impressed me the most was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality shown by every member of the team. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing for business or leisure. It truly delivers a five-star experience in every aspect, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.
