shenjqq_2000The newly opened hotel has very new facilities, a bright and spacious lobby, nicely decorated rooms, and comfortable bedding. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The only downside is the noise from heavy trucks on the road.

Absolutely thrilled with the room! The bathroom had a fantastic wet/dry separation, and the floor-to-ceiling windows were a lovely touch. There was even a mini-fridge that kept my fruits and drinks perfectly chilled. The staff's service was outstanding; they were incredibly helpful and met all my basic needs. During a rainy day in Beijing, they even proactively asked if I needed an umbrella or raincoat – that was truly thoughtful and heartwarming. The mattress and pillows were super comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. For a Ctrip 3-diamond hotel, it genuinely felt like a 4-diamond experience in terms of facilities and ambiance. The public areas were spacious, offering a co-working space, a lounge, a laundry room, and a gym – all fully equipped. Highly recommend it! I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I bring my family to Beijing next time.

The location is great, very close to the subway, especially Line 8, which is super convenient for watching the flag-raising ceremony and exploring Qianmen Street for food and shopping. The decor is a bit dated, and there's no mini-fridge, but the wide bedside table is very practical, and the bay window is perfect for families. The service was good; they even upgraded us to a room with a view of Zhengyangmen Gate, which was fantastic. Breakfast wasn't very convenient though.

This hotel was perfect for my layover before catching a train! It's only 400 meters from Beijing West Railway Station, so it was just a few minutes' walk to the station, which was incredibly easy with luggage.
The amenities were really practical. The hotel offers breakfast, so I didn't have to scramble to find a restaurant in the morning. They also have a self-service laundry room, which was great for catching up on laundry accumulated during my travels. Plus, the room supported robot delivery for food, which was super convenient. It really met all the essential needs for a traveler.
The room was spotless, very clean and tidy when I walked in, making for a really comfortable stay. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and very efficient, making interactions easy and pleasant.
It's ideal for a transit stay between trains, and offers great value for money. I'll definitely book here again next time I pass through!

The hotel's location is excellent, just south of Qianmen Street and close to Zhushikou subway station, making it super convenient for dining, shopping, and getting around. The hotel decor is quite luxurious with a vintage, stylish feel. The front desk staff were very attentive, and the room was spotlessly clean. I would definitely recommend it to friends. Very satisfied!

Mei Yee ChiaLOCATION : Apartment is facing Hutong life (historic alleyways and traditional courtyard homes (siheyuan).
10mins walk to Dongsi Train Station (Exit E, Line 5 & 6), McDonalds and supermarket (next to Dongsi Train Station Exit B).
3 - 5mins walk to main road & minimart, a lot of local brand shops and restaurants along the main road.
Infront of the apartment is Longfusi (Longfu) area. A lot of local stalls, nice place to chill. Most are local brand shops and well known brands will be 7-11 convenient store, Arabica (% Arabica) coffee shop, Miniso (variety store) and Muji (fashion store).
30mins walk/ 15mins drive to Wangfujing Street (Beijing’s most iconic and bustling pedestrian shopping avenues).
30mins car ride to Niujie St (Muslim area).
15mins car ride to Tiananmen Square & Forbidden City.
1.5hr drive to Great Wall of China (note : The Great Wall has multiple entrances depending on which section you visit. For the highly-rated, restored Mutianyu section (73 km from Beijing), you will arrive at the main Visitor Center and proceed to either the North Entrance (for the cable car) or the South Entrance (for the chairlift and toboggan). Cable car and chairlift, no age limit. Toboggan, 60yrs old and above not allowed to ride)).
CLEANLINESS : Room is clean and not carpet flooring, so cleaner and no stain. Queen bed and Queen sofa bed are a bit hard, but OK. Toilet clean, but have mold stubborn stains between the tiles.
SERVICE : 24hrs helpdesk. Excellent and very helpful front desk. 1) We wanted to send parcel to a friend in Shenzhen, front desk helped us to book the pick up service using their own phone (we Wechat pay to the front desk staff). 2) We wanted to buy something urgently, and none of the stores sell, but we found the item online and ask front desk to help us buy, cause we don't have local no. and don't know how to navigate the app (no English translation). Front desk bought for us online and we pay them via WeChat again. 1 hour later, the item arrived!
3) Inside the room, there is no phone to contact the front desk. But they do provide us their Wechat QR code, so we can contact them, 24/7! Their reply is so fast, even I texted them at 1am! Less than 15 seconds, they replied! So efficient! Over all, China is so efficient and convenient.
FACILITIES : Small gym and pool table available at Level B1. Wheelchair/pram friendly. TV channels, not many selection, mostly all local channels. No English news channels available. No iron board, must request from front desk. Washing machine is clean, come with dryer function (note : need 3hrs to dry the clothes. We wash the clothes at 11pm. Once washing is done after 1 hour, we set to drying mode. Next day morning, the clothes still hot inside the machine. Nice!). Level 1 lobby, they have a room to keep parcels. If you have friends who want to deliver parcel to you or you order online, can send to the apartment directly, but you need to collect the parcel from the parcel room yourself.
FOOD : A few halal restaurants near the apartment, but mostly serve beef. If you are not a beef person, you try 紫光园 Ziguangyuan Halal Restaurant (inside Longfu/Longsi area) they serve nice Beijing Roast Duck! They have a lot of outlets, one is near Wangfujing St and another one at Niujie St.

Nice tea set and tea leaves provided.
Location good. Nearby is a heated pool to soak your tired feet after all the walking.
Breakfast included was good. One can sit in an outdoor section (2 tables only) and enjoy the view.
It's jointly managed by the hotel opposite and breakfast was served there.
Cats like to hang around the door entrance.
Only down-side was there's nowhere to hang one's clothes or towel. There are pegs beside the bathroom basin but it was also adjacent to the toilet bowl and there's a risk the clothes or towel may drop and land beside the toilet bowl.

XiaoyuyuAurel1a_This hotel is an absolute mess. I'd like to ask the hotel manager what they would do if their own daughter was harassed by a male front desk employee while staying at a hotel. What you all did is truly appalling. As a woman, I was contacted privately on WeChat by one of your male staff members, and all you did was give me a perfunctory and evasive response. I'm honestly so upset and speechless, I cried today. But what can I, as an ordinary person, really do? I just won't stay here again, and I seriously advise everyone else not to either 😂. The room facilities have safety hazards, and staff members are harassing guests privately. These two issues alone clearly show the massive loopholes in the hotel's management. The hotel's handling of the situation was superficial and evasive, with no compensation whatsoever. All I wanted was for the hotel to show a serious attitude towards resolving the issue, but unfortunately, that never happened from start to finish.

PopviberMy mom and I were on a business trip and quickly booked a room at this hotel, which looked pretty unassuming, as it was the only one left. There's a Walmart nearby, and it's a short walk to the subway station. What really stood out was the security – three locks on the door from the main entrance to the room, plus a security booth at the street corner, which made us feel very safe. The lobby has vending machines for snacks and a cozy reading area. Our room was spotless, much cleaner than other chain hotels in the same price range. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the bedding was comfortable with good quality pillows. Overall, it's even better than some hotels costing over 700 a night, like the Atour. I'll definitely stay here again if I'm in the area for business.
