FFanfanbufanMy stay at Mandarin Oriental Qianmen, Beijing, was truly unforgettable, and I deeply appreciated the brand's consistently high standard of service. From the moment I arrived at the hotel entrance, my butler, Melody, personally greeted me and assisted with check-in. Throughout my entire stay, from check-in to my departure, she maintained a perfectly proactive yet unobtrusive service rhythm – meticulous and thoughtful, yet making me feel comfortable and at ease. Whenever I needed assistance, she was promptly there, while also maintaining appropriate boundaries. This professional yet warm and personalized service truly showcased Mandarin Oriental's service excellence. I also want to specially commend Carla at the front desk. She was incredibly efficient and professional during both check-in and check-out, with smooth processes and a very warm and friendly attitude. The dining experience was equally impressive. While dining at The Courtyard, Iris provided professional and detailed introductions for each dish, making the meal much richer and more enjoyable. For in-room dining, I chose to have hot pot in the courtyard, and Daisy and her team made thorough preparations. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and the overall setup was exquisitely arranged, creating a fantastic ambiance and perfect photo opportunities. The experience was absolutely exceptional. Regarding the SPA, I'd like to extend a special thanks to Tiana at the front desk. She patiently explained the different treatments and helped me choose one that was perfectly suited for me. The next day, I returned for a facial treatment. The entire process was incredibly smooth and relaxing, and both therapists, Ivy and Sunny, were highly professional. The experience was excellent. Every single staff member I encountered during my stay was highly dedicated, and you could truly feel the team's commitment to service quality. My experience at Mandarin Oriental Qianmen, Beijing, was delightful, and I look forward to returning in the future.

AAnonymous UserThis was the best hotel I have probably ever stayed in!! Everything was super amazing! I was here with my cousin for the weekend to visit Universal Studios. It was super convenient and close to the park. Most hotels I’ve been to, the air is quite dry and dusty and it gets my allergies going, but it was super clean. I also requested a non-smoking room and so it smelled very fresh in the room. The shower and bath were very relaxing, the soaps and shampoos provided smelled really nice too! They had lots of amenities in the room from toothbrushes, nespresso coffee, bath salts, a soft bathrobe, slippers and even a shoe horn to slip on your shoes! The room was very spacious and we were lucky to get a view of the park! The breakfast was also amazing! There were lots of food items to chose from! They had both traditional Chinese breakfast and English style breakfast items. I loved the pastries and salad bar! They also had fresh made juices that were very nice to drink in the morning, I loved the watermelon pear juice! There was also a central station where you could ask the chefs to cook noodles or your choice of eggs. Overall super satisfied!! The hotel service is definitely top tier. The staff were all incredibly friendly and kind. We weren’t sure on the first morning how to use the latte machine and the staff immediately helped us and brought it to our table. There was even a free shuttle to and from Universal studios, however they do pickup and leave the park a bit early, I believe around 8:40pm. I’m assuming it’s to avoid the traffic jam after the park closes. We ended up calling a cab both times because we were enjoying the breakfast too much! Even when we checked out of the hotel, the staff outside still helped us into our cab to the train station. The only real con I would say is that it was a bit hard to exit the parking area due to there being two weddings happening that weekend. Our cab drivers weren’t sure where to exit out from, but it wasn’t super hard to get out.  Overall, this was a great stay and I would definitely come back! KkikowangCame to Beijing for Mayday's final mainland concert at the Bird's Nest and decided to stay a few extra days to explore. I specifically booked the Renaissance as it's super convenient for cycling to attractions near the Forbidden City. Coco from the hotel called me a day in advance and even added me on WeChat to communicate, which was a great touch. Check-in was seamless, and I was really happy with everything throughout my stay. The room service was excellent too; they proactively provided an extra five or six bottles of water daily, and any small requests I had were handled promptly. I'd definitely choose the Renaissance again on my next trip to Beijing!

YYongyuanzaijianfeidexiaochihuoTraveling to Beijing with my kids for a concert, after much deliberation, I still chose the Mandarin Oriental, a hotel I've always loved! Their consistently thoughtful service and excellent food proved my decision was spot on, haha~ The location of Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing is unbeatable; it's very close to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, with plenty of shopping malls and great dining options nearby. The large terrace on the 5th floor offers stunning views, and this time I even managed to capture the Forbidden City at sunset~ The semi-buffet breakfast with a la carte options is very convenient, and all the pastries are handmade daily, which my kids thoroughly enjoyed~ Many thanks to Rosie from Guest Relations, as well as Aimyon and Stena, who made my four-night stay truly delightful!

GGuest UserRoom: Nice, modern and clean. It was nice having access to the mini bar. Bed was large and comfortable. Bathtub was big but uncomfortable. Shower pressure was amazing. Did not love the circular design or the glass toilet door. Breakfast: Big selection, loved having congee and 豆腐脑 for breakfast. Lots of western options too, including baked beans. Frest squeezed juice was really nice. Service: Concierge was very helpful in helping me with food and online deliveries.
