"Highly recommended! Both the front desk staff and the cleaning aunties were super friendly. The food (whether breakfast or dinner) is definitely what I'd recommend most – it's rare to find such delicious breakfast, and they even offer free late-night snacks! The location is also fantastic, within walking distance of the high-speed train station. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is located in a *hutong* (traditional alleyway), so you'll need to communicate clearly with your taxi driver. Apart from that, I truly recommend this hotel!"

The hotel also offers thoughtful wake-up calls and airport transfer services, which I really appreciated. The hotel offers great value for money. Compared to the price, the environment, the stay experience, the staff's service, and all other amenities are all five-star standard. "🌟 Top marks! A smart-designed hotel with an unbeatable location. Choosing M Hotel for my Beijing trip was absolutely the right decision! The location is beyond perfect – right on Qianmen Street, literally steps from the subway exit. It's super close to Tiananmen Square for watching the flag ceremony and Dashilar for exploring, making it convenient to get anywhere. The hotel's decor is modern and stylish, and the rooms are spotless with incredibly comfortable bedding. The smart home system is a lifesaver; voice-controlling the lights and A/C is a dream for lazy guests. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, strong water pressure, and good quality toiletries. I have to praise the service! The front desk staff were warm, patient, and always ready to help, even offering suggestions for sightseeing. Housekeeping was prompt, making me feel completely secure. The only minor drawback is that some rooms face the street and can be a bit noisy, but the hotel provides earplugs, so it didn't affect my sleep at all. In summary: Location, facilities, and service are all excellent, offering fantastic value for money! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit to Beijing. Highly recommend!"

Here are some of the reasons I truly loved staying here: 📱 Before our arrival, the hotel staff reached out via email, suggesting we connect on WeChat to ensure smooth communication throughout our stay. 🚗 We took the high-speed train to Miyun, and the hotel kindly provided a free pick-up service, as well as a return drop-off to the train station when we were leaving. ⛷️ Additionally, the staff arranged complimentary transportation to and from the ski resort, making our experience even more convenient and enjoyable. Every interaction was genuinely pleasant, and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! We can’t wait to return and will definitely be recommending it to anyone traveling to that area.

LLionel_yuHot Springs: Even though not all hot spring pools were open that day, the scenery was fantastic! I recommend going around 6 PM to catch the beautiful sunset views. Look for the higher pool, I think it was the one themed after the Zodiac Sheep, but I've forgotten. Breakfast: The Western pastries were good, and there was a wide variety of fruit. They also offered steak and lamb chops, though eating that much in the morning felt a bit heavy. Takeaway service is available. Bedding: Clean and hygienic, with various pillow types provided. Entertainment & Recreation: Badminton, table tennis, and basketball are all in one hall. If you plan to play, remember to bring your own shuttlecocks and ping-pong balls, as consumables are chargeable. Yoga is highly recommended; both the breathwork healing and Himalayan singing bowl sessions were excellent. Hiking: Behind the hotel, there's a winding mountain road and a direct path. The night views are great. The direct path goes through rock gardens; although a bit steep, it's a good way to shorten your hike. I didn't participate in the Kids' Club or children's crafts, but I imagine kids would have a great time here. Overall, you get what you pay for. While some of the hotel's facilities are a bit dated, the service attitude is excellent.

Instead, they offered a dinner at the Chinese restaurant, which had a good variety of dishes and was quite nice. Gubei Water Town tickets for four: These allowed free re-entry throughout our stay, which was very convenient. Unlimited shuttle service within Gubei Water Town: Extremely convenient and fast. Facilities: Some facilities need maintenance, and the shower system requires an upgrade. Hygiene: Overall good, quite clean. Environment: Located right in the heart of the Water Town, making it easy to get around. There's also an infinity pool for swimming and fitness. Service: Excellent.

GGuest UserThis hotel is absolutely fantastic! I was traveling with two elderly people in Beijing, and our days were packed. We'd usually get back after 8 or 9 PM. The hotel's service was incredibly attentive; they provided so many amenities, all individually wrapped, so there was no 'you use it, then I use it' situation. They even offered foot-soaking tubs, and delivery food could be brought right to our room, which was a huge relief. The front desk is staffed 24/7 and they even offer wake-up calls. Housekeeping cleans daily, and the snacks and drinks on the table are complimentary. I think the most comfortable aspect of this place is the service; the staff are neither overly enthusiastic nor overly cold—they're just right, making communication feel incredibly comfortable and stress-free. I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but this place is genuinely excellent!!! Right before my flight, I realized the yogurt I bought wasn't sealed! But I was about to head to the airport! I asked the front desk if I could buy a roll of cling film to seal it myself for checked luggage. The front desk attendant went to check for me and gave me a huge roll! 🥹 I absolutely love this place! Every word I've said is true, no exaggeration!

They even provide a fruit platter. Breakfast is varied and delicious. The Chinese restaurant's fish head and broccoli are both fantastic, and there's a 12% discount too!

MM56405****Absolutely fantastic! The two kids played in the room until midnight without any need for adult supervision. The moms just chatted and drank the whole time – it was so relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel is super close to the ancient town, only a five-minute walk. There are supermarkets downstairs and restaurants right outside the door, which is incredibly convenient. The owner is really nice and was quick to resolve any issues we had. Remember to bring some sausages when you go; there are lots of little cats downstairs waiting for you to feed them!

When checking in, you need to register your vehicle to park in the underground parking lot 🅿️, otherwise, you might be charged a parking fee. We had three king-size rooms, and 1119 had the best view, overlooking the lake from the balcony, with a beautiful sunrise in the morning. The room directly opposite could see the golf course behind, which was great for sunset views. The bathroom and bathtub are in separate spaces opposite each other, designed with two sinks for simultaneous use. The front desk is on the second floor, and the connecting corridor to the hot spring ♨️ is also on the same floor, though it's a bit of a walk. The buffet restaurant is on the first floor. Complimentary fruit was provided in the room.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, nestled in a hutong, very close to Zhangzizhong Road subway station – less than a 4-minute walk away. It's also near popular attractions like the Forbidden City and Jingshan Park. After visiting Jingshan Park, I encountered traffic restrictions, making taxis and buses inconvenient. I ended up cycling back to the hotel on a shared bike, which only took fifteen minutes. Cycling through the surrounding hutongs offers a unique charm. Although the hotel isn't new, it's clean, and the bedding is spotless. Crucially, facing the hutong means it's incredibly quiet, which is perfect for someone sensitive to noise like me. Plus, the hotel rooms have windows that can be opened for ventilation, which is a major plus. Many hotels in Beijing have sealed windows and rely on heating, making the air feel stuffy and stagnant. There are also many local eateries around the hotel, making it very convenient. All in all, it offers fantastic value for money.

Ms. Zeng answered my call and, hearing the anxiety and panic in my voice, immediately offered to bring a thermometer and some ice to our room. After hanging up, she personally delivered them, helped guide my child to take their temperature, and noticed the child wasn't feeling well. Ms. Zeng softly asked about the child's condition and offered to boil some warm water for us. She explained how to use the in-room kettle and reminded me to contact the front desk anytime if the child felt unwell. Her tone was gentle throughout, and her actions were swift and efficient. The next day, I called the front desk again as my child was still feeling a bit unwell and I didn't know where the nearest pharmacy was. Ms. Zeng patiently gave me directions to the closest pharmacy and, considering it would be difficult for me with a child, suggested I could **have the medicine delivered to the hotel, and she would personally bring it up to our room.** Ms. Zeng was proactive and thoughtful: she immediately noticed my anxiety and panic and offered her assistance. Detailed care, perfectly delivered: She paid attention to my young child's condition, providing a thermometer and ice, solving a real problem. Efficient response, problem-solving: Faced with a guest's sudden need, she didn't shirk or delay but proactively brought delivered medicine to the room, truly easing our worries. Approachable attitude, professional demeanor: She provided service with a smile throughout, used appropriate language, and was patient and meticulous, making me, a tired traveler, feel reassured and respected.
