This room is perfect for a family trip; it's very kid-friendly and the views from the window are incredible! Whether from the bedroom, living room, or even while soaking in the tub, the scenery is absolutely delightful – you can enjoy the lush greenery while bathing. The service is also very warm and welcoming, and there are cafes nearby, which is super convenient. Choosing the right Airbnb really makes for a relaxing and perfect vacation!

Planning a bike ride around Yanqi Lake for the May Day holiday, I was looking for a place to stay. The Kempinski was ridiculously overpriced, and I'm glad I didn't book it after seeing how chaotic and crowded it was, like a busy marketplace. I only found out the Aloft was a Marriott property after arriving. Check-in had a long queue, but there was staff guiding everyone, which was helpful. I was also glad I wasn't on a pet-friendly floor. The coconut chicken hotpot at the ground floor restaurant was delicious and affordable, perfect for one dinner – can't eat rainbow trout every night, right? A small detail at breakfast really stood out: when someone was leaving and asked for a takeout box for leftovers (saying it was a shame to waste food), the staff member took a box and lid from the cabinet. The lid accidentally fell on the floor, landing face down. Immediately, a gentleman in a suit nearby said to get a new one and tossed the fallen lid. This shows that the overall service training is excellent. The only downside was the poor soundproofing of the doors; you could clearly hear conversations in the hallway. They have a gym and a swimming pool. For kids, they've made the most of the limited space with well-designed play facilities. Another unique touch is the chemical equations painted on the walls. Highly recommended!

The hotel has a nice concept or safari theme but somewhat under delivered. The pictures were nice but I think these are old pictures as it definitely needs upkeep or we think due for renovation and cleanliness of the surrounding needs more manpower. Pool is questionable and not inviting. Plus side: Very close to the great wall you can literally walk about 1km away to the gate. And the nearby grocery is a cheap way to buy local gifts to bring home. However you are far from the main Beijing City as in more than 1 hour by taxi and 2 hours if you get caught in the rush hour of beijing cost which cost about US$20 one way. The room is clean, big and decent for the price but really needs repair and I really question the security of the door as it was no secondary lock. The hot water is plenty, aircon is nice, internet is ok, soap is great. Service: They are family run I think 3 or 4 people, they try to accommodate but unlike other hotels in China, they don't try to utilize tech to translate. I understand they are kinda old. They don't automatically make up the room even though we stayed for 3 nights. so our garbage filed up. But we are ok with it. They were waiting even though we arrived at 2am which we appreciated. And the iced coffee is nice. Bad: Food maybe it is not our preferred taste. It is definitely not a buffet and we only eat once. You have alternative restaurants across the street or in the Great Wall commercial area but it is expensive. So will we recommend it, maybe. Yes, if you want a quiet place to unwind and want to explore the great wall for more than a day. no, if you want to explore beijing, it is far from the city and conscious of cleanliness and upkeep.

Took advantage of the pre-holiday quiet to go hiking with my family and our dogs. The hotel's location is unbeatable – it offers the best views of Yanqi Lake and is incredibly convenient for accessing the trails. This time, I even managed to get an upgrade to a suite for my parents, and the front desk service was excellent. We're already planning to come back in the summer when we can eat outdoors with the dogs!

The suite was very spacious and well-equipped. Both the bedroom and the outer balcony faced the lake directly, offering beautiful views. It was incredibly relaxing just sitting on the balcony and zoning out. The room service was very thoughtful; I requested water several times because I was brewing tea, and it was always delivered quickly. It was a great experience, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time.

This is my second time staying at Jiadu. I like it as always. I can see the owner's care. The layout of the room, the design of the library and the small furnishings show that the owner is a very tasteful person. I also saw the yellowed Selected Works of Mao Zedong in it. There are surprises everywhere. This time, some small electronic devices were added to the room, and the details were still in place. The breakfast was still very delicately presented, meticulous and tasted great. I believe I will choose this place next time I come to Huairou.

The hotel facilities are very new, especially the smart toilet. I am used to using smart toilets at home. I was not used to staying in hotels without smart toilets before. They are very satisfied with this! The location is also very good. It is in a community with free parking. The community is also very quiet. It is also very close to Huaibei Ski Resort. The front desk service is also great! The only drawback is that the table is too small and there are too many things to put on it. The overall evaluation is that it is worth the price! recommend!

The room layout was cozy and comfortable, and the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, ensuring a great night's sleep. The soundproofing in the room was excellent, making it so quiet and relaxing. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and the toiletries were of high quality.

The hotel is located in the Yanqi Lake Convention and Exhibition Center. It is quite distinctive. The rooms are simply decorated, clean and sanitary, with complete and convenient facilities. There are ample parking spaces. The hotel is very close to the Yanqi Lake West Mountain Trail and the railway station.

This resort is truly of a Hyatt level: Beautiful, modern, and clean. The staff are well-trained and professional. I was particularly impressed at the way they followed my dietary preferences and cooked everything per my requests. In the evening, for example, they’d discuss what I’d like to have for breakfast, and so my mornings there never had any issues. Also, on the second day, I asked for a room with a bathtub and was upgraded to such room — absolutely free of charge!! I’m so grateful!!! There are MANY MANY areas at the resort for people to enjoy themselves separately, without bothering each other or interfering with one another’s activities. My favorite pastime? — lying in a hammock with a purring cat on my stomach:))) Simply amazing!!!!
