The service was attentive and thoughtful, and the facilities were complete and modern 🏡. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time 👍!

Our overall stay was great. The guesthouse has a serene and peaceful environment, far from the hustle and bustle. Parking wasn't an issue as we drove; there were plenty of spaces in the courtyard. The front desk staff was very welcoming and proactively offered us a free room upgrade, which was a lovely gesture. The room was clean and airy, with fresh air and an expansive view. The guesthouse's courtyard is well-equipped with a large lawn, a gazebo for relaxing, and a small vegetable garden. There were also cats, bunnies, and ducklings in the yard, which the kids absolutely loved. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all very friendly and provided excellent service. The only downside was the breakfast experience. Upon check-in, the staff asked for our preferred breakfast time, and we assumed the food would be ready accordingly. However, when we arrived at the agreed-upon time, there were mostly just scraps left, which significantly detracted from the experience. We hope the guesthouse can improve its breakfast service by ensuring food is kept warm and served on time. Aside from breakfast, everything else was very satisfactory.

The hotel is in the villa area, with a good view, separate wet and dry toilets, complete facilities, and good service. I am quite satisfied with the hotel as a business traveler.

The room was a bit dated. While the staff were quick to verbally acknowledge requests, actually getting items delivered was very slow, and they often forgot altogether. Initially, the room I entered had an odor. I went downstairs, and the front desk smoothly switched me to a new room that didn't smell. However, that night I discovered the duvet cover was dirty... I called a staff member who said there were no new duvets available, so they could only change the duvet cover. On the second morning, I asked for a disposable bathtub liner. It wasn't delivered all morning... When I asked the front desk, they said they were too busy and even questioned why I didn't call multiple times to ask. Apparently, it was my fault for not hounding them enough.

The hotel is in a great location, just opposite the No. 101 Middle School. Although it is close to the highway, there are few cars. They also gave us a thoughtful reminder before check-in. The room was very clean and the hygiene was very good. The front desk service was very thoughtful and careful. Although we were woken up by the alarm on the morning of the second day of check-in, the housekeeper explained it in a timely manner and gave us many gifts (cleaning and care products, bear towels, key chains, etc.) to express our apology. The children were very happy. We can actually understand that. It was a pleasant stay. We will choose again.

Staying here while driving, the hotel's parking is very convenient. Just remember to grab a parking ticket each time you leave to get free parking. The service is great, and bottled water is replenished promptly.

Natural white noise~ Huhu sleeps well and fragrant 🍧 If you want to drink coffee ☕ read a book 📖, there is in front of the homestay. The design is the same as the art museum. It is very good to visit. It is suitable for a daze. The main chestnut 🌰 latte and chestnut cake are completely unfamiliar with the level of the city center. The hotel is located on the shore of Yanqi Lake in Huairou District, Beijing, in a beautiful environment, and is a 10-minute drive from Hongluo Temple and Yanqi Lake Scenic Area. The hotel rooms are newly renovated, clean and tidy, and the bedding is new and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is commensurate with its three-star rating, and the food is quite good.

Our whole family came to the hotel for a vacation and booked two deluxe lake view rooms. The scenery of Yanqi Lake is truly breathtaking; sometimes boats glide across the water, and sometimes egrets gracefully fly by. The room's design has a Song Dynasty aesthetic, and the large showerhead is incredibly comfortable. During the World Cup, they had football match schedules. Both the Chinese food and breakfast were delicious. Everyone said they want to come back again!
