The location is excellent, next to the subway and there is a foodcourt nearby. I stayed at a female dorm and it looks like some girls are living there for longer time as the room was a bit messy with all their stuff. The bed and bathroom were clean. Towels are not provided, you need to bring your own or rent but that seems to be the same iin most hostels in China, as the last hostel I stayed in Shanghai was also like that.
For a trip to Sanlitun, Crystal Orange Hotel is the place to be! The location is unbeatable, perfect for shopping and exhibitions. The rooms are decorated in a premium, minimalist style, with smart curtains and lighting all controlled with one touch. The mattress is soft and helps with sleep, and the soundproofing is excellent. Housekeeping is meticulous, leaving no corner untouched. The laundry and fitness facilities are comprehensive, and the staff are attentive and thoughtful. It offers great value for money. Staying here in Beijing is comfortable and worry-free. Highly recommended!
My recent stay at the Kempinski Hotel Beijing Lufthansa Center in a Deluxe River View King Room was generally satisfying. The hotel's location is excellent, making business commutes very convenient. The river view room offered a spacious vista with good natural light and soundproofing. The public areas were clean and elegant, and the room's cleanliness was well-maintained. All facilities were complete and in good condition. Both the front desk and room service were prompt and attentive. Overall, the hardware and service match the hotel's star rating, making it suitable for business travelers. The only minor drawback is that some of the soft furnishings in the guest rooms appear slightly dated, with room for improvement in the details. Nevertheless, I would still prioritize staying here on future business trips to Beijing.
I chose this hotel for a business trip to Chaoyang, and it far exceeded my expectations! The front desk lady was not only beautiful but also very gentle and patient. I finished writing my materials just before midnight, and she kindly helped me print them for free, which was a huge lifesaver – truly excellent service! Plus, the hotel's location is fantastic, making it very convenient to explore the surrounding area.
The hotel service was excellent! They went above and beyond to help, always responsive and accommodating. My 91-year-old international friend was very happy with their stay here. I'm especially grateful to Ms. Zhao Xiu Ping, a cleaner, who was incredibly warm, meticulous, and patient in taking care of my friend. Thank you, thank you, thank you! May good people be blessed with peace their whole lives!
Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also received a complimentary room upgrade from a room without a window to one with a window, which made the experience much more enjoyable.
The only downside was that the nearest train station is about a 15-minute walk away. However, there are plenty of food options nearby, which made it convenient for meals and snacks. Overall, it was a comfortable and positive experience.
Palace International Hotel was exceptionally well maintained, with spacious, clean, and comfortable rooms which offered us a pleasant stay. Its location was highly convenient, particularly for travelers catching an early morning high-speed rail service from Chaoyang Railway Station. However, what truly distinguished this hotel was the outstanding hospitality of its staff.
We were deeply impressed by the warmth, professionalism, and attentiveness of the operations team throughout our stay. Special thanks to Miss Gao, who was exceptionally efficient, proactive, and meticulous in arranging the wheelchair assistance we urgently required at Chaoyang Railway Station. Her thoughtful coordination and genuine care provided tremendous reassurance and ensured that what could have been a stressful journey was handled seamlessly and comfortably.
Thank you to Miss Gao and the entire team for making our visit to Beijing such an enjoyable and memorable experience. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.
During my trip to Beijing, I stayed in many hostels, and the most comfortable one was Zhexingsun. Compared to other hotels, it was cheap, and the comfort level was extremely high. Speaking of the environment, when I first entered, I noticed it was very much like a star-rated hotel – the reception area and even the hallways were incredibly clean. Although it was a shared restroom, it was separate for men and women, and the washing machines were brand new. So, I didn't feel any sense of unease or fear at all.
Now, let's compare it to other hostels. I want to focus on comparing Zhexingsun and Xiaoding. These are two of the most common chain hotels recommended by many in Beijing, and I've stayed in both. While Xiaoding's facilities weren't bad, what angered me most was its soundproofing. A good night's sleep is crucial when staying in a hotel, but I didn't get a single good night's sleep during my stay at this hotel. Every morning, I was woken up by the sound of doors opening and the cleaning staff tidying up. I could also clearly hear the people next door rummaging through their suitcases and snoring; the walls felt like they were made of paper. Traveling alone is already tiring, and the sightseeing was even worse because I didn't sleep well in the morning and couldn't get up, which delayed my itinerary. So I switched back to Zhexingsun. When I first arrived, I stayed in a dormitory, and then I basically kept changing hotels because of price fluctuations. I didn't expect that staying at Xiaoding would be the most uncomfortable, but I ended up staying here again. Zhexingsun is so comfortable! The single and double rooms are the most comfortable, with good soundproofing and design. The bunk beds are also spacious enough. At Xiaoding, there's just one bed and one table, with hardly any space or extra chairs. At Zhexingsun, the bunk beds have enough space underneath for me to sit and play on my phone, and when I get tired, I can go upstairs to sleep. It's so comfortable! Next time I come to Beijing, I'll only stay at their place, but I'll still choose a newer one.
The hotel's location is super convenient, right next to a Line 6 subway station, making it a breeze to get around and explore. Our room was clean and tidy with good natural light, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, we slept really well. The staff were all very warm and attentive, always quick to respond. The breakfast had a great variety of options and tasted delicious. Overall, it's excellent value for money, and we had a truly comfortable stay. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Beijing!
My stay here was absolutely fantastic, exceeding all my expectations. The room was clean and comfortable, well-equipped with everything I needed, and every detail showed great care. The price was very reasonable, and the breakfast was abundant and delicious, truly offering excellent value for money. The hotel's location is superb, with convenient transportation links; both the subway and bus stations are within walking distance, making it incredibly easy to get around for sightseeing or business. Both the service and the facilities made for a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

GGuest UserThe lady at the front desk was incredibly nice and helped us upgrade to a twin room. The room was very clean, and the price was reasonable, making for a really comfortable stay. There are lots of food options nearby on the ground floor, which was super convenient, especially with this hot weather. I'll definitely be back!
AAnonymous UserCleanliness: I personally felt the housekeeping was up to standard.
Environment: The overall vibe was nice, with a cozier, warmer style.
The price was also quite affordable for Beijing. They were very accommodating to unaccompanied minors; we were two 16-year-old students, and they registered us and communicated with our parents while still protecting our privacy.
The staff were also very enthusiastic and helpful. The facilities were comprehensive. The hotel is conveniently located near a subway station and bus stop, and Sanlitun is just a short walk away, making transportation very easy.
The only minor drawback might be that the hotel's WiFi signal wasn't great. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay, and I'd come back again.
TTiffanyWangThe staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful, and my room was clean and comfortable. The location is super convenient with plenty of food options downstairs, and getting around is easy with good transport links. Plus, my company is within walking distance, making it an excellent choice for business trips!
RRaymondkongEverything about this hotel was fantastic! The hygiene was impeccable, the service was warm and professional, and the facilities were modern and complete. I felt incredibly safe and comfortable during my stay. A perfect experience! The cleanliness was spotless, the service was warm and attentive, and the facilities were modern and well-maintained. I had a super comfortable and secure stay!
GGuest UserHotel rooms were big and clean, big bathroom also. We had contacted the hotel on Wechat previous to our trip to ask could we arrive earlier than check-in time which they said wasn't a problem. However we had to wait over 5 hours for a room to be offered to us. We were travelling with young children which made it trickier and we were exhausted. I think the main issue was with the language barrier which we used translation apps to overcome but in hindsight we should've booked the previous night in order to get a room early. Their check-in time is marked as 8am but they told us there is was closer to 3pm. Other than that, the staff were lovely and the hotel is clean. Breakfast wasn't great; the restaurant was under renovation and breakfast packs were available but there were no options for food and what we were offered was a low quality chinese breakfast. Overall though it is a lovely hotel and once their canteen is back open, it would make a stay there more enjoyable. It is in a lovely area also and there is a fantastic grocery store nearby.
WWireless957A huge shout-out to the hotel's front desk staff! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the front desk team greeted me with big, warm smiles that instantly melted away my travel fatigue. Check-in was handled with professional efficiency, and they patiently explained all the hotel facilities. Check-out was just as thoughtful; they asked about my stay and even offered some local sightseeing tips. They truly are the warm face of this hotel, making every stay incredibly comfortable and pleasant!
GGuest UserThis is the best choice for applying for a Spanish visa. The hotel is just across the street from the back entrance of the Gateway Building, about 50-60 meters away. From Sanyuanqiao Subway Station, take Exit G and walk straight for about 200-300 meters. Look ahead for the hotel, and up for the Gateway Building. The hotel isn't large but the service is excellent. It's clean and hygienic, has everything you need, and the hot water is fantastic. They even allowed a late check-out, which was incredibly thoughtful. Definitely five stars! 👍🏻 I'll choose this place again for my next trip. 👌🏻
GGuest UserHaiyou Hotel (Jintailu Branch) is a great value-for-money option in the Guomao business district. I originally booked a standard room, but the front desk proactively upgraded my room type, which was a pleasant surprise. The bedding and facilities are up to Haiyou's usual standards – not luxurious, but perfectly functional. The location is genuinely convenient. It met my expectations and is definitely recommended.
