The rooms are decorated in a premium, minimalist style, with smart curtains and lighting all controlled with one touch. The mattress is soft and helps with sleep, and the soundproofing is excellent. Housekeeping is meticulous, leaving no corner untouched. The laundry and fitness facilities are comprehensive, and the staff are attentive and thoughtful. It offers great value for money. Staying here in Beijing is comfortable and worry-free. Highly recommended!

A decent base for exploring outside Beijing, with a few pros and cons There are two subway stations around Dequan Hotel, but both are more than a 10-minute walk away. Renting a bicycle is highly recommended as it makes commuting much easier. Since the hotel is located in the outer suburbs of Beijing, getting into the city center takes over an hour and requires transferring between 2–3 metro lines. Beijing is huge, and attractions are far apart, usually taking at least an hour to reach. If you stay here, it’s best to plan activities that are outside the main city center. We stayed in a two-story loft room. The layout separates the space into two zones: the bathroom, sink, and a small sofa are downstairs, while the bed is on the upper floor. This means you’ll have to climb down the stairs if you need the bathroom in the middle of the night. The window in our room overlooked nearby rooftops, offering a wide, unobstructed view. On the downside, there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain, and the fridge in the pantry didn't work at all, despite us checking both the plug and the switch. The breakfast had a mix of options. The freshly made dishes were mostly vegetables, which was great for health-conscious travelers. There was also a section for steamed and fried convenience foods. However, the bread was dry and tasteless. The salad and dressings were good, and they provided coffee, ice, filtered water, and a microwave. The hotel rents out part of a larger building, and right next door, you'll find restaurants and a supermarket. Don't forget to stop by and check them out!

This trip to Beijing, I stayed at the veteran five-star Kempinski Hotel. The hygiene was absolutely excellent, and the bath amenities and towels really highlighted the hotel's quality. The room was a bit small, which is an unchangeable aspect of its original design, but the mirrors around the room were a thoughtful touch to alleviate the feeling of a cramped space. On the day of check-in, the male front desk staff member informed us again that rooms were tight, making us wait in the lobby for over half an hour before our three rooms were finally settled. This has never happened at other hotels of comparable standing. The hotel should have a clear plan for guests checking in. I hope they improve their service professionalism and the efficiency of the front desk so that guests can have a smooth and pleasant check-in experience.

My stay at the Beijing Landmark Hotel's Comfort Room far exceeded my expectations – it deserves a massive thumbs up! The hotel's location is superb, right next to Liangmaqiao Station on Subway Line 10, just a few minutes' walk away. This makes it incredibly convenient for getting to Sanlitun, Blue Harbor, or the embassy district for business. While the room wasn't huge, it was spotlessly clean and exceptionally well-lit. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a very stable and peaceful sleep, even in the bustling East Third Ring Road area. Thoughtful amenities like a mini-fridge were provided, showing great attention to detail. The hotel service was impeccable; the front desk staff were warm, professional, and efficient during check-in, and the cleaning ladies kept everything spotless, making us feel very welcome. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, with both Chinese and Western options. The freshly made noodles and preserved egg and lean pork congee were absolutely delicious and offered excellent value for money. Right outside the hotel, you'll find the picturesque Liangma River waterfront, perfect for a leisurely stroll or an evening jog. As an established four-star hotel, it combines the reliability and thoroughness of a veteran establishment with a warm, lively atmosphere. I highly recommend it for both business trips and family vacations – I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Beijing!

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western pastries, hot porridge, freshly cooked noodles, and fresh fruits. The ingredients were fresh, and the flavors were light. The cleaning staff tidied up daily at set times, and any requests to the front desk were met with a quick response. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, suitable for both leisure travelers and business trips. I've already recommended it to my colleagues and will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to the area.

This hotel is very close to Sanlitun and Tuanjiehu Park. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beijing, highly recommended! While not on the busiest street, the location is wonderfully quiet. Tuanjiehu Park is within walking distance, perfect for a morning run or stroll. Getting to Sanlitun by taxi is just the starting fare, and it's even quicker by shared bike. The value for money and convenience are excellent. Plus, there are tons of dining options nearby, even late at night.

Whatever I asked for during my stay, even small details, they actively followed up and dealt with it immediately, never procrastinating. Every inquiry was answered, and every issue was resolved. The room was comfortable, and the service was warm and efficient, taking care of every single detail perfectly. This kind of service, with both warmth and speed, is something I wholeheartedly recommend to everyone! I'll definitely be back.

During my trip to Beijing, I stayed in many hostels, and the most comfortable one was Zhexingsun. Compared to other hotels, it was cheap, and the comfort level was extremely high. Speaking of the environment, when I first entered, I noticed it was very much like a star-rated hotel – the reception area and even the hallways were incredibly clean. Although it was a shared restroom, it was separate for men and women, and the washing machines were brand new. So, I didn't feel any sense of unease or fear at all. Now, let's compare it to other hostels. I want to focus on comparing Zhexingsun and Xiaoding. These are two of the most common chain hotels recommended by many in Beijing, and I've stayed in both. While Xiaoding's facilities weren't bad, what angered me most was its soundproofing. A good night's sleep is crucial when staying in a hotel, but I didn't get a single good night's sleep during my stay at this hotel. Every morning, I was woken up by the sound of doors opening and the cleaning staff tidying up. I could also clearly hear the people next door rummaging through their suitcases and snoring; the walls felt like they were made of paper. Traveling alone is already tiring, and the sightseeing was even worse because I didn't sleep well in the morning and couldn't get up, which delayed my itinerary. So I switched back to Zhexingsun. When I first arrived, I stayed in a dormitory, and then I basically kept changing hotels because of price fluctuations. I didn't expect that staying at Xiaoding would be the most uncomfortable, but I ended up staying here again. Zhexingsun is so comfortable! The single and double rooms are the most comfortable, with good soundproofing and design. The bunk beds are also spacious enough. At Xiaoding, there's just one bed and one table, with hardly any space or extra chairs. At Zhexingsun, the bunk beds have enough space underneath for me to sit and play on my phone, and when I get tired, I can go upstairs to sleep. It's so comfortable! Next time I come to Beijing, I'll only stay at their place, but I'll still choose a newer one.

This is a gorgeous authentic hotel, in a great location with nearby restaurants and subway, but tucked away, with its own peaceful terrace and garden space. It’s very friendly, with a popular cafe on site and some cute cats. It’s great value for money as the rooms are spacious. Great choice that is different and cheaper than the many corporate but somewhat soulless hotel rooms

The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a very restful sleep. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm, attentive, and provided super enthusiastic service, making the check-in process efficient and quick. The location is superb, offering great convenience for getting around and dining out. The environment is quiet and peaceful, not noisy at all. It offers fantastic value for money and is highly recommended. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip.
