Had an amazing stay at the Hampton by Hilton! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and check-in was super quick and efficient. The room was spotless, and the bedding was so soft and comfy, I slept like a baby. The bathroom had a great dry/wet separation, and plenty of hot water. The hotel breakfast offered a fantastic variety and tasted great too. The location is perfect, with easy access to transportation and lots of dining options nearby. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town!

My friend was receiving treatment at a nearby hospital, and this hotel was about a 15-minute walk away. I chose it for its proximity, and the comfortable stay really helped ease some of the anxiety of her hospital visits. That's why I'm writing this detailed review to share my experience. First, the location was perfect for us – close to the hospital and also right next to the Summer Palace. Tsinghua and Peking Universities aren't far either. There's also a small park next to the hotel, which was lovely for morning or evening strolls. The surrounding area has good roads, making it convenient for walking or taking a taxi. The hotel is located within a complex. While breakfast is provided, there isn't a restaurant for lunch or dinner on-site, but you can order takeout. There's also a Wumei supermarket within the complex, which was handy for buying a few things. The hotel's overall environment felt safe and welcoming. The lobby is bright and spacious and has a 'book bar,' which is great for families with kids, offering many fairy tales and educational books. I saw lots of children playing there, and it seemed very safe for them. The entire place was kept spotlessly clean, with good air circulation and no unpleasant odors, and the walking areas were spacious. The sloped ramp at the entrance to the lobby is a bit narrow, so you need to be careful if you have large luggage. The front desk staff were exceptionally patient, proactively offering thoughtful assistance and even advising on travel precautions. Their service was warm and genuinely helpful.

I rarely stay at a Four Seasons hotel, but I found it to be quite good this time. The area is of a suitable size, the layout is reasonable, the area division is clear, and the decoration and design style is also in my aesthetic taste. The only drawback is that the pillow is a bit soft.

The overall stay experience is very satisfactory! The front desk and service staff are warm and friendly, and the communication is particularly comfortable. The hotel provides free luggage storage service, which is very worry-free. Nestled within the Three Hills and Five Gardens area, the environment here is top-notch. There's a variety of dining options inside the park, and a supermarket just a few hundred meters away. Parking is convenient – you just need to register at the front desk. Check-in and check-out were swift. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient. While the room facilities are a bit dated, they are well-maintained. The linens are comfortable, though hot water supply is limited. I only stayed for one night, and everything was fine except for one minor issue: I was asked to register my license plate number at check-in, but it wasn't actually recorded, which led to a delay when checking out as I had to re-register it. Other than that, it was a good stay.

I came to climb the mountain on the weekend and was too lazy to get up early to stay and rest. I wanted a room with a bathtub, but the ordinary king-size bed room didn't have it, so I discussed upgrading the room. I especially want to praise the two front desk staff, two gentlemen, who were very enthusiastic and took me to visit two king-size bed suites in a row. Finally, I upgraded the room type by paying the difference at the front desk. Each room in the king-size bed suite has a small narrow balcony, and birds often land on it, which is very comfortable. It rained heavily that day, and the beautiful scenery outside the window could not be taken in the room. Two people in the courtyard boil tea around the stove: The outdoor environment is very good, and there are geese, mallards and mandarin ducks to feed.
