This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! Both the lobby and the outdoor courtyard are outstanding. It features a charming outdoor courtyard with a great atmosphere, complete with a brick wall perfect for photos that truly captures Beijing's character: a prominent 'Beijing' sign, traditional sand swallow kite decorations, and a fun 'Princess, get rich!' banner. It's a fantastic spot for pictures. The courtyard also has casual tables and chairs, perfect for resting after a long day of sightseeing. The greenery adds a touch of life, and there are photo opportunities everywhere. It's an ideal spot for anyone visiting Beijing and looking for great photo ops.

This guesthouse was the most pleasant surprise of our trip! From the moment we stepped in, there was absolutely no unpleasant odor. The floors, bathroom, and bedding were all spotlessly clean, and the sheets and duvet covers smelled of sunshine, which put my germaphobe mind completely at ease. The decor is simple yet cozy, and it's perfect for taking photos. Everything you could need was provided: air conditioning, a projector, and toiletries. They even thought of disposable face towels and toilet seat covers – the attention to detail was truly impressive. The host was incredibly kind and gentle, sending us location pins and directions in advance, and proactively sharing local tips for sightseeing and dining. Any questions we had were answered in an instant. The location is super convenient for exploring and dining out, and getting a taxi is easy. It's quiet and not noisy at all, so we slept wonderfully. Overall, the experience far exceeded our expectations. This will definitely be our first choice when we visit this area again!

This hotel is a 20-minute drive from Beijing South Railway Station. We checked in at the hotel at 12 o'clock in the evening. The room was very small, the bathroom sink was also very small, and the check-in experience was very average. It was about 300 yuan a night, and we were just transitioning, so we couldn't expect too much. The front desk lady was very good and gave us breakfast for the day. We later asked for a few more bottles of bottled water and slippers, and they gave them to us. The breakfast was quite average, but there were also fried egg whites, boiled eggs, porridge, and soy milk, and only the steamed buns were delicious.

The room was surprisingly clean and tidy, with soft, odorless bedding. The bathroom was spotless, with a great wet/dry separation, and also completely odor-free. The attention to detail was evident everywhere, making my stay feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The facilities were excellent too; the high-speed Wi-Fi was perfect for streaming and working without any lag, and the silent air conditioning ensured a peaceful night's sleep. Everything I needed was readily available. The front desk staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, making check-in and check-out quick and efficient. They were also very patient in answering my travel questions, which made me feel right at home.

I've stayed at Jintai Home several times before, but this is my first time at the Beijing South Railway Station location, and it's by far the most satisfying experience. The service attitude is excellent, the room is very cozy, and there's plenty of space – not cramped at all. Both beds are 1.2 meters wide, the bathroom has a wet/dry separation, and there's even a portable vanity mirror. And those little cookies in the snack pack are delicious!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect—from the clean and spacious room to the complete set of toiletries provided. The location is a major plus. It was very easy to find, and having direct access to the subway made traveling around so convenient. Even though it is slightly away from the city center, the subway makes everywhere feel close by. Plus, there are supermarkets and plenty of restaurants right around the corner. Highly recommended for the affordable price and the comfort you get! ☺️👍

The hotel front desk staff were friendly and upgraded me to a city view room. The room was well-equipped, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom were a great design. The TV screen mirroring worked flawlessly. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay. The location was also quite convenient. There's even a restaurant in the hotel lobby on the first floor where you can dine.

The room was excellent, and I'm extremely satisfied. It was very clean, not at all damp, and had no strange smells. I brought my child to Beijing for an 11-day trip. For the first few days, we stayed at Building 2, Yongli International, which cost over 500 a night. As soon as we opened the door, a foul odor hit us, and the room was quite damp. Since I had booked it before we even arrived in Beijing, we had no choice but to endure it for 5 days. After that, I resolutely decided to switch accommodations. I then found '99 Youxuan' on Ctrip; the reviews were mostly positive, and the location was very convenient. It was only a three to four-minute walk to the subway station and Intime Department Store, with plenty of diverse dining options nearby. We booked quite late, so only a smaller room was available as everything else was fully booked. However, even the smaller room was excellent, and my kids absolutely loved it. They kept saying it was significantly better and much cleaner than our previous accommodation. Both the front desk staff and the cleaning lady were incredibly kind and welcoming. Their attitudes were consistently warm and friendly, which I really appreciated. I'm truly satisfied with everything, and the value for money is outstanding. I highly recommend this place. Furthermore, the bed linens and duvet covers are changed for every new guest. Every day, we'd see the cleaning lady tidying up and replacing them with fresh ones.
