The staff is friendly, with robot to send your parcel up to the hotel room. Can use the washing machine and dryer to wash all your clothes before going back to home, easy and clean. Recommend to visit again because this is new and clean.

Fantastic stay! The front desk lady was super thoughtful, clearly explaining the parking, breakfast location, and times. The room was spotless, every corner gleaming, and incredibly spacious – I could spread out my luggage with no problem. Outside, the lush greenery and fresh air were a treat; waking up to such a beautiful view instantly brightened my mood. The smart toilet was a pleasant surprise, fully functional and hygienic, a really nice touch! There's also a lounge area in the lobby. This place offers incredible value for money, I'll definitely choose it again next time!

The environment was clean, the front desk staff were attentive and had a very good attitude; they offered water as soon as I arrived and again when I checked out. The pillows were especially comfortable. The lobby was also quite nice, with tea readily available. The environment was quiet.

The floor heating is particularly warm, and the air conditioner has to be turned on to cool down. The mineral water in the room is very sufficient, and I am full, otherwise Beijing is still dry. Breakfast is simple, there is a small stall with freshly cooked staple food, not bad. The service staff was very good, prompting the room upgrade plan in time, and giving me a late check-out. No photos, put a few beautiful pictures of Beijing.

This stay completely exceeded my expectations! The staff were incredibly attentive, proactively inquiring about my needs and even helping to coordinate a late check-out, which solved a lot of travel hassles. The breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious; a satisfying meal made catching my train very easy. The location is also very convenient, close to the subway station. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm at Beijing South Railway Station!

I actually booked for one night initially, and the room, including the bedding and layout, was so comfortable that I extended my stay for another night, even though it meant taking a taxi a bit further out. However, their service, I really don't even know where to begin. One day, I was struggling to get out of the elevator with my suitcase and a lot of other stuff in my hands. I was about to get into another elevator and happened to see a staff member, thinking they might help me, but they just walked right past me without even a glance. Fine, whatever. Then, when I was checking out, they clearly saw me approaching to check out, but one person was looking down at their phone, and the other walked away. I had to call them two or three times before they even acknowledged me. It was the same when I was extending my stay and needed to swipe my card; someone was right there, looked at me, and just didn't come over until I called out. And again at checkout, I checked out before 12 PM. Normally, I send over the invoice details and they issue it, right? Since I travel for work for extended periods, I have many expenses to claim daily. I usually organize my reimbursements and work summaries in the evening. It was 8 PM when I was doing this and realized they hadn't issued the invoice yet. So I called the hotel, and I asked why the invoice hadn't been issued, and what did they say? I was speechless. Later, they messaged me on WeChat saying the finance department had left for the day and couldn't issue it. Ugh.

The hotel is in a great location- a 3 minute walk to the metro station, two malls with many different food options, and near the southern train station. The facilities themselves were a bit tricky- the heat settings in the room made it either very hot or very cold, it took a long time to figure out. The shower was a similar temperature, an inch too far to the left and it was scalding hot and an inch to far to the right and it was ice cold, it really took some getting used to. The room itself was very clean and really comfortable to relax in during the evenings as the couch was a nice addition to the small lounge and the bed was very comfortable to sleep in. One of the front desk staff seemed really irritated that we kept asking for more water and if they had a microwave, however, on the whole the hotel staff are very pleasant and will be attentive to your needs. There wasn't much variety of food- it says Asian and Western, but it was entirely Asian. Still, there was an assortment of food to choose from so we never went hungry in the morning and the quality of food was very good too. For my first trip to Beijing this hotel was pretty good given the great location and how good the room is. I would recommend this hotel to others :)

This place is very quiet and comfortable to sleep in at night. The heating is good, and the front desk is great. They upgraded the facilities. I arrived in the early morning. There are barbecue stalls and a supermarket next door. It's worth checking out! It's very cost-effective! It's not far from Dongzhong, about a 20-minute walk.

The hotel's first push for convenient sacrifice, this is the most prominent, just inside the station, from the hotel to the ticket gate in 5 minutes! The downside is that this sound insulation effect is too bad! It is recommended to make improvements on this basis!
