Nuo is a luxury hotel with everything you would expect from it. Gorgeous and spacious rooms, lovely service, comfortable bed & pillows and delicious buffet with lots of options (vegetarian, Chinese & western). We liked that it was a 7-10 mins walk from Universal, so a little away from the crowds and the loud shows at night. My only “complaint” would be that the hotel layout is a little odd, you need to walk through the restaurant to go to the pool on the first floor.

We stayed at the hotel as we were visiting Universal Studios Beijing. The hotel had a free shuttle service to and from the Studios which was super handy! The room was beautiful, although I would say far too hot, we're aware it's winter but the heat was too much we hardly slept the first night. The business room was great although the description should say that it's a room with an indoor facing window...so the card they provided saying that we should open a window if we were too hot was a little pointless. Breakfast was so-so in our opinion. We prefer both Chinese and Western breakfasts but their range wasn't great for Western. I would recommend providing simpler continental breakfast options such as cheese/ham for on the toast and larger proper croissants instead of donuts and other slightly strange options. Overall, the location was perfect, the staff were super lovely and the room was beautiful (albeit a little too hot but we felt it pointless to change as we only stayed two nights). We lost our room keys during the day and the ladies at the desk helped to replace them with no fuss (thank you!). Would recommend but bring your own breakfast haha.

This hotel should be the basic standard for all other hotels. It was great, room was clean, they had a mini fridge with free drinks, and even the Chinese AI ‘xiao du’ which you tell to do whatever, turn on/off the tv, open the drapes etc. Plus free shuttle to Universal Studios in the morning 7:30, 8:10 and 9:30 am. Make sure to register the day before. If that is too early for you then the Qunfang metro is about 5-8 minutes walk, and just 2 stops away from Universal Studios metro. It’s perfect if you want to Universal but otherwise, it’s a little distance from the nearest mall or any busy areas but given the metro is so close, no worries I guess.

Let’s talk about the location first. It’s just across the street from the subway station and two stops from Universal Studios. Booked a 1.5-day ticket to Universal Studios. I entered the park in the afternoon on the first day and returned to the hotel in the evening. I saw that the environment was great, the facilities were complete, and they were very new. Big bathtub, the child froze at night. After taking a bath, I didn’t go out to eat. I ordered takeout. This location has all kinds of takeout. The children ate Pizza Hut, porridge, and we ordered lobster and bullfrog. They were all super delicious. My child was already 1.5 meters tall for breakfast the next day. The front desk It was a gift for our children. It was heart-warming. You can also rent Harry Potter costumes at the hotel. It was really okay without going out. It snowed heavily the next day when we came out of Universal Studios. We originally booked one night, but decided to stay another night. , I took the wrong room type, there was no bathtub, I told the front desk, and they changed the room. We had to pay the difference, but the front desk waived it for us. The little girl was very gentle and kind. I was the most satisfied with this trip. once. Personally, I feel it's more convenient to live here than in Universal. recommend.

First of all, it is about 300 meters away from the subway, and then the room is really clean. The children in the theme room don’t like it too much. They are very happy. Others are smart and convenient. The hotel has a free bus to and from Universal Studios. When I left, I gave the children a small gift. It was really good. I will stay here next time.

The room was smaller than what i expected from the picture. I guess it's a budget hotel after all. Sheets and room smells a bit but nothing too unbearable. The front desk does not really speak english but communicable with baidu. Yes, they have a shuttle to universal but the bus conductor only spoke chinese and not really helpful. Wasnt sure on how to get back to the hotel so just took taxi hailing from the parking lot.

It is a very convenient location for those who are going to Beijing to see Beijing Universal Studio. It is 5 minutes away from the metro station, so you can go anywhere. The hotel is very clean. Toiletries are changed daily. there is a very delicious restaurant right next door. If you don't change the picture of the address of the hotel you posted on Trip.com, it's a bit confusing to find the hotel. Attached is a photo of the current exterior. maybe it's easier for non-Chinese speakers like me.

When I went to Universal Studios, I originally stayed in Jingjue, but Jingjue locked the property, kept increasing the price, and refused to extend my stay. I had a lot of luggage, so I had to find a room nearby. Although the room was older and smaller, the front desk was small. My sister is very nice. She tries her best to meet all requests. She stayed for 2 days. On the first day, she had no room and could not upgrade. She promised to upgrade to a parent-child room on the second day. It was really much bigger. She took the initiative to send soda on the first day. On the second day, she offered We got back late, and the child wanted to drink soda again, so we asked if we could sell it. The young lady directly gave us 2 bottles of Coke. We were really responsive to our requests and made our stay comfortable.
