Hotels Near Universal Beijing Resort in Beijing

It was a fantastic stay. Exactly what you would expect from a theme park resort. The 1hr early park admission was worth the expensive nightly rate. The food was great though we only ate room service to avoid the crowds. And the room service food was tip tier and great portions and price. If you are looking to save money definitely eat in the room for breakfast and dinner because the room service was surprisingly delicious.

The hotel is absolute top and exceeded my wildest expectations. The staff are incredibly attentive, warm and friendly and are always ready to help (even if you haven't asked, there is always a member of staff who will ask you if they can help with anything). I was quite impressed with the service. I booked an Executive Studio (higher class) and the associated extras are highly recommended. The room is also worth it. An extra compliment to the people at the 'Reception' department! I had a little problem that was resolved very professionally and with the right attitude, for which many thanks. I will definitely come back here.

We highly recommended this Hotel if you plan to visit Universal Beijing Resort. We stayed in the Family room with a Bathtub. Although we are in the lowest level, the double bedrooms are quite isolated from road noise. This Hotel has a grand entrance. The reception is easily located. The crouches are comfortable. The reception staff are very friendly, helpful and professional. Y朵朵 greeted us with warm and welcoming smile and helped our check-in. Everything went very smoothly. She also provided us her Wechat account so that we can ask her any questions about the Hotel. I highly recommend the family room. The view was good and the rooms are hugh. There was a camping tent for hide and seek. Everything was meticulously cleaned. Free water bottles and and useful amneties provided. Funside slippers for children - very thoughtful consideration. Dyson hair dryer, electronic toilet with auto flush and closure or opening of the lid, smart TV - very modern Hotel room. The bed, mattress, and quilt are very comfortable; we slept so well that we refused getting out of beds. 😅 The room temperature can adjusted by the digital control and the room was definitely very cold and comfortable in summer. There is a well-equipped gym and a small children play area. The morning buffet served a variety of Asians (mainly Chinese) and Western styled food. It costs 70 Yuan and it is free for children. We liked the food very much. On the day of departure, we needed to make way to the airport early;and did not have time for Breakfast. After talking to the Hotel staff, they gave us full refund. Also there is a convenient store next to the Hotel. We bought a lot of 'delicious instant noodles' and cakes. In summary, we had a fantastic stay. We found the hotel service excellent. Everyone is friendly and greet you with a big smile. It takes 3 min walk to Beijing Metro and 5 min to get to Beijing Universial resort. The cost of staying is far cheaper than staying in Hotels in Universal Resort. If we are going to visit Beijing Universal Resort in the future, we will definitely stay in Jianguo Hotel again. Highly recommended and value for money 👍.

This was a brilliant hotel with a fantastic room and it was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and enjoyable. If you are going to Universal Studios, it is very convenient as the hotel provides you a free shuttle bus down to the drop off. The service was very efficient, and it was a quick check-in. The staff were very kind and respectful , especially 小杰 as he helped us a lot with any concerns we had. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Transportation: Great thumbs up, get off at Tuqiao Station on Line 1 of Batong Line, turn right and you will arrive 200 meters away. It is 2 stops away from Universal Studios, and the transportation is very convenient. Service: Arrived in the morning just in time for breakfast, 99 for two people, the taste is ok, there are freshly cooked wonton noodles, and the amazing thing is that there is also an automatic coffee machine. The magic robe can be rented at the front desk, the price is not expensive, and it is very clean; the hotel is very new, the whole house is automated, and the front desk will provide the necessary supplies. In short, I am very satisfied.

👍I didn't have high hopes, after all, the price was here, so I just wanted to make do for one night. I was pleasantly surprised. What satisfied me most was that from the moment I booked the room, the staff was very enthusiastic and patiently answered all my questions on the phone. When I arrived at the hotel, the smile of the young lady at the front desk was sweeter than honey, and the check-in procedure was fast and efficient. The room was very clean, the bedding was white and clean, and it exuded a faint fragrance, just like the smell of sunshine. The facilities were also very complete, with TV, central air conditioning, kettle and so on, and they all worked well. The bathroom, although the space was not large, was tidy and the shower water was big and hot, and it was super comfortable to take a bath. Checking out was also very smooth, without all those troubles. Living here is as comfortable as living at home, all thanks to these super caring service staff, love love 💕. The price-performance ratio is simply ridiculously high, it feels like picking up a treasure, and I will stay here again next time! 😎.

Friendly and helpful staff, A great hotel especially if you are going to Universal Beijing… it’s only 10 minutes away. The location is great as it is near to a subway station. The room is spacious, clean and comfy.I Highly recommend and will definitely come back again.

Lobby is very beautiful. The only disappointment I have is if your room doesn’t have window during winter, it’ll be hot and no air. The cooling fan isn’t strong enough and it’s hot. I demanded an upgrade for free which they did and I appreciate it. It’s really hot with no air conditioning. It’s not that cold yet but they already off the air conditioning system. Breakfast is pick up at lobby from 7am. Shuttle bus is first come first serve no registration or booking. Refer to time table on front desk. Not bad location for US. Near mtr.

I had an excellent experience staying at this homestay! The place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it feel like a home away from home. The owner was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating, ensuring that everything went smoothly throughout my stay. While it is located further away from the city center, it’s only a 15-minute drive from Universal Studios Beijing, which was a major plus for me. However, because it is further from the city center, I recommend planning your trip properly to make the most of your stay. The peaceful and welcoming atmosphere made it worth the stay, and I would highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience. Definitely a five-star experience!

The hotel room looks like the pictures! Beautiful and clean. The room is well heated and the hot water is good. I really liked all the great food options nearby too! Location can be hard to find. The hotels not even on MapsMe. I had to ask directions at the station and stop a few times for help. Maybe a map or instructions from Linheli station would be helpful. Other hotels in Beijing do this. Unfortunately, the desk staff. staff were unwelcoming. They did not greet or give a friendly smile. They do not speak any English, and all communication is through an app. They are reluctant to offer any help to you and honestly I don't think they care what happens to you. Be very careful when they handle your passport too, the lady removed a re entry page from my passport, I had to point it out to her to put it back in my passport! I was shocked. Important paperwork should be handled carefully. I asked where to get the shuttle bus and was told to turn right at the hotel entrance. I went to look if there was a sign, there was not. I asked another person for more specific location, she told me wait at the intersection. This is at the end of the road. I asked her to show me where on a map because I didn't want to miss the bus. This can be fixed if the hotel made a map for guests showing where the bus will be - it's at the Jingli Hotel, so staff could just say go to the Jingli Hotel. Another thing that would help if the bus had an English sign with the hotels name. When I was trying to find the bus to return to the hotel I had to ask many drivers for help because all the signs are in Mandarin. Lucky I was early and didn't miss the bus. I'm very glad I only stayed here 2 nights, I will not book this hotel again, maybe try Jingli next time.
