Hotels in Qianmen (Front Gate) and Chongwenmen Commercial Area, Beijing

The hotel's location is excellent, right on Qianmen Street. My family and I enjoyed walking around Qianmen every evening. Deyun Club and Tong Ren Tang are also very close, as are many other traditional shops. It's an easy 8-minute walk to Zhushikou subway station, which is very convenient. Just a bit further is Zhengyangmen, which offers great night views. The decor has a charming antique style, the service is attentive and thoughtful, and the arrangements are well-organized. Overall, our stay was very comfortable and offered great value for money. I highly recommend it!!! Also, many thanks to the front desk for upgrading us to a first-floor room, we really appreciate it!

The room was great, the Little Yellow Duck room was quite spacious and even had a bathtub. The facilities were good; the hairdryer worked well. We also had an extra bed added. The amenities were both aesthetically pleasing and practical. The service was excellent; they were very responsive to all our requests. While waiting to check in, there were even craft activities for children, and all the staff were very enthusiastic. The courtyard hotel was beautifully converted from an original courtyard house and hutongs, and you could tell a lot of effort went into maintaining it. The cleanliness was satisfactory. The location is excellent, right outside Qianmen, and it's easy to get a taxi.

Qiu Guo's service truly lives up to its name, feeling like a bountiful autumn harvest. I originally booked a king-sized bed, but upon check-in, the front desk saw I had two children and inconveniently upgraded me to a family room for free. After checking in, it was already past 8 PM, and the front desk attendant mentioned that the hotel restaurant offered snacks. My eyes lit up! We had just climbed the Great Wall and explored the Olympic Sports Center with the kids, so we were exhausted and ready to collapse. To our surprise, there was a free dinner with rice porridge, millet porridge, and steamed buns with green onion oil and meat – so comforting and nourishing. My second daughter, who usually dislikes soup, ate a whole bowl of millet porridge and two steamed buns. Back in the room, I unexpectedly discovered I had my period and stained the bedsheet. The showerhead for the kids' bath also wouldn't turn on. Feeling flustered, I immediately contacted the front desk. In less than two minutes, a young woman from the front desk arrived with a fresh bedsheet and a beaming smile, ready to assist. The room decor was cozy and artistic, and the toilet was smart. The complimentary drinks and bottled water were a pleasant surprise. We could also store our luggage for free. When we picked it up, they even gave us two small tote bags filled with toys that the kids loved. I never imagined encountering Qiu Guo would bring such a touching and heartwarming experience.

Better than expected! The environment was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were all incredibly warm and polite. Right outside, you'll find hutongs and the Dashilar commercial street (though prices there are a bit steep). The hotel is very close to Tiananmen Square (about a 10-15 minute walk from exit 7, or over half an hour from exit 3). Taxis and the subway are both super convenient. This hotel is definitely worth recommending, especially since we booked during an off-peak period, so the price was excellent. Just a few days later, the rates had already gone up! A truly pleasant experience 👍 (Friendly tip: If you don't like sweets, definitely skip the local specialty!)

This hotel is conveniently located near Zhushikou Subway Station. As soon as you step out of the alley, you're on Qianmen Street, and Dashilar is also close by. It's super easy to get to major attractions with direct transfers. The room isn't huge, but it's well-equipped, clean, and hygienic. There's a big rooftop terrace that's really handy for drying clothes. The service is very warm and welcoming. I'll definitely stay here again when I come back to Beijing in the winter.

The room is spacious and comfortable, with a duplex design featuring beds on both levels. It's perfect for a family of four in one room, and convenient for looking after elderly family members and children. With two bathrooms, breakfast at the hotel is easy since the elderly and children wake up early, or you can order takeout. The staff provide excellent service. Taxis are readily available, but if you're taking the subway with others, you'll have a bit of a walk as the subway station at Tiananmen East Gate is a little far.

Whether it was the front desk staff, the housekeeping team, or the breakfast restaurant employees, everyone was incredibly friendly and kind. Even though they were all very busy, they were patient and thoughtful in their service. My parents also had a very comfortable stay and slept soundly. Thumbs up :)

The hotel boasts a wonderfully comfortable environment and is fully equipped with amenities. Its location is superb, nestled in Han Family Alley, part of the historic Eight Great Alleys. Cycling through these alleys offers a unique and fascinating glimpse into authentic Beijing life. It's also very close to Tiananmen Square, just a 10-minute walk from Qianmen and Dashilar, making it incredibly convenient for visiting the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. The service is excellent, and they even provide a washing machine, dryer, and microwave. Highly recommended, I'm very satisfied! 😊

The rooms are clean, location is convenient for getting around, and the front desk service is good. Facilities are complete, and they even have robots that deliver food.

Cleanliness: What I was most satisfied with was how clean the environment was; there was no dust or stains. Environment: The environment was quiet, soundproofing was good, and the mattress was very comfortable to sleep on. Service: It was peak season with a lot of guests, but the front desk service was very attentive. Upon checking in, I was immediately offered a cup of roselle tea. Food deliveries and takeaways were brought by robots, which was very convenient. Special Handmade DIY: Didn't get to experience it. Mystery Time Gift: The room was stocked with various free snacks, drinks, and refillable drinking water, which was very considerate. Late-Night Diner: They provided pickled vegetables, rice porridge, and millet porridge. I had an early departure in the morning, but the front desk processed my check-out and payment very quickly. Excellent service. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and will definitely stay here again if I visit Beijing in the future.
