Hotels in Capital Airport and New International Exhibition Center, Beijing

What truly impressed me about this hotel was the staff's attitude. They were incredibly friendly and always went the extra mile for guests. They helped with luggage when getting in and out of cars, and even carried bags for us when the road outside the hotel entrance was under construction. When I ordered takeout, they said a robot would deliver it, but every single time, a front desk attendant personally brought it to my room door. They could have easily left it at the lobby desk for self-pickup, like many other hotels do. They consistently did many extra things that made us feel very well taken care of. The airport shuttle, a Coaster-like vehicle, was comfortable and never crowded for both trips. The room facilities were excellent, and the interactive area with alpacas and squirrels in the middle was very cozy and adorable. The hotel staff clearly receive high-quality professional training, which is fantastic.

The room is spacious and the service is great. They offer free airport shuttle service, and the hotel is close to the airport, making it perfect for early morning flights or layovers. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and I highly recommend it to anyone flying out of Beijing.

Manager Xiao Min at the front desk is truly excellent. Every time I come, I book through him, and he always arranges everything perfectly. The hotel is very close to the airport. The free airport shuttle can be found on the outermost lane between gates 5-7 on the 1st floor of Terminal 3. I was flying back home at 5 AM, and the standard check-in time was 12 PM. However, the front desk allowed me to check in at 10 AM. If you need to check in even earlier, you might have to pay an extra fee. This is something to keep in mind for those with early morning flights. The room was spacious and very clean, and I received an upgrade to a lake view room.

It's super close to Capital T.2 Airport, and the transfer only took about 10 minutes. The staff were all very friendly and the decor was lovely too.

Within a short walk, there were all sorts of delicious restaurants, and the hotel was close to an ecological wetland, making it perfect for a refreshing post-meal stroll.

The location is convenient. The front desk staff proactively helped me with my numerous luggage upon arrival. Overall, the experience was great, and disposable amenities were well-stocked. It's a suitable place to stay if you have an early flight the next day.

The room was clean and tidy, and the Atour Planet pillow was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast offered a good variety, especially the soy milk, which was really authentic. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting to Capital Airport. The only downside was the gym; it was pretty bad, and the treadmill was very basic.

Our late flight arrived in Beijing, so we chose a hotel near the airport for convenience. We picked Fairfield by Marriott since it's part of the Marriott group. They even had an airport pickup service available late at night, which was great! 👍 With the windows closed, there was absolutely no noise from planes taking off or landing, so if you're considering an airport hotel but are worried about noise, you can definitely stay here with peace of mind.

We only spent one night in the room, but the experience was good. The room was clean, there were plenty of towels, two pairs of slippers, and plenty of pillows. The bathroom had all the necessary accessories. We liked everything. The room didn't have a window, but we didn't really need one. The air conditioning and huge TV worked great. We were happy with everything.
