Hotels in Capital Airport and New International Exhibition Center, Beijing

Our stay was absolutely delightful. The hotel's overall service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the staff were warm and friendly. The airport shuttle bus was spacious and comfortable, and the welcome fruit platter, late-night snacks, breakfast, and small farewell gift upon check-out all demonstrated the hotel's genuine care for its guests. The two alpacas and little squirrels in the courtyard added a wonderful touch of warmth and fun to our trip. I'd particularly like to thank one of the hotel staff members. Yesterday, Beijing experienced a heavy downpour, and the ride-sharing car my family and I were in got a flat tire due to flooded roads, leaving us stranded in the middle of the street and unable to return to the hotel. It just so happened that her family was picking her up from work, and after learning about our situation, she proactively helped coordinate and drove us all back to the hotel entrance, politely refusing any compensation. For us, who were in such a difficult predicament at the time, her help was incredibly valuable and left us feeling incredibly touched. This small incident truly made me appreciate the staff's sense of responsibility and kindness, and it left me with an excellent impression of the hotel's service philosophy and management. To be able to cultivate such sincere, professional, and helpful employees, I believe this hotel is truly worthy of guests' trust. If I ever return to Beijing in the future, I will definitely choose to stay here again. I wish the hotel all the best and continued success to every staff member.

About a 10-minute drive from Terminal 3, so airport transfers are really convenient. There are several supermarkets, restaurants, and a McDonald's nearby, making dining and shopping very easy. The soundproofing in the rooms is also pretty good. The staff are very friendly, and the free airport shuttle is such a great deal!

The hotel is very close to Capital Airport. There's a shuttle bus every 20 minutes to Terminal 3, which takes about 5 minutes, making it super convenient for flights. You can see planes taking off and landing, and there's a bit of noise when they're taking off or landing in the direction of the hotel. Facilities: A bit old, especially the carpet. Hygiene: Good. Environment: Good. Service: Good.

My flight was delayed until the early hours, forcing me to rebook for the next day. I chose Cordis because it was close by and offered a shuttle service. As a brand under Langham, I know the price and brand positioning are what they are, so I shouldn't expect too much. However, the front desk agent didn't say a single word during the entire check-in process. After handing me the room key card, they didn't even mention the floor, and I had to ask myself (since the room number was four digits, it was hard to guess the floor). I also had to proactively ask about the shuttle departure times, and they didn't inquire about breakfast needs. The whole time, I felt like I was checking in with a machine. The soundproofing was mediocre; I was woken up early in the morning by thumping noises in the hallway outside my door. Strangely, though, I barely heard any airplane noise. Furthermore, I don't understand the room's layout. There's an enormous wardrobe door with a mirror next to the bed, and directly opposite the bed is another mirror covering half a wall. The bed is surrounded by mirrors. Even putting feng shui aside, anyone waking up in the middle of the night would be startled by this. The shuttle driver deserves praise for proactively helping with luggage.

I booked this hotel for a layover in Beijing. Even though I only slept for two hours, it was a really great stay. The hotel offers airport shuttle service. I arrived at Capital Airport close to midnight, and by the time the driver picked me up and I got to the hotel and showered, it was almost 2 AM. My room had a view of the airport right outside the window, so I could see the big planes, but it wasn't noisy at all thanks to the double-pane windows. We booked a 4 AM shuttle back to the airport, and since there was no traffic in the early morning, it only took 4 minutes to get to the terminal. Very convenient!

The hotel's airport shuttle service is fantastic, completely saving the hassle of taking taxis back and forth. It's only about a fifteen-minute drive from T3 terminal, so you won't have to wait long at all. The room decor is cozy and it's kept very clean, with no strange odors. When the door is closed, you can't hear any outside noise. There's a convenience store right by the entrance that stays open late, and for late-night food deliveries, a robot brings it directly to your room, which is super convenient! It's a really great hotel!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The front desk service was outstanding—professional, attentive, and welcoming. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our experience was memorable, making us feel valued and well cared for from the moment we arrived.

I was quite satisfied with the hotel's room, facilities, and breakfast. However, I'm a bit speechless about your service attitude. When I checked in, the front desk staff seemed reluctant to process my check-in. Two colleagues repeatedly handed my documents to each other, and you didn't seem to remember what I said. I asked if you could help me register for a car to the airport tomorrow, and you told me you'd do it after I checked in. But then you forgot, and only remembered after I reminded you.

Blown away by the hardware details! It's rare to find radiators for heating in the north, which are so much more comfortable than central air conditioning, and there's absolutely no dryness. The outlets include Type-C ports, making charging super convenient. The 55-inch TV displaying a welcome message with my name was a fantastic touch, really adding to the experience. Xavier at the front desk was both enthusiastic and efficient, and even helped me with a room upgrade. This is definitely my go-to choice for a comfortable layover!

We only spent one night in the room, but the experience was good. The room was clean, there were plenty of towels, two pairs of slippers, and plenty of pillows. The bathroom had all the necessary accessories. We liked everything. The room didn't have a window, but we didn't really need one. The air conditioning and huge TV worked great. We were happy with everything.
