Hotels in Capital Airport and New International Exhibition Center, Beijing

Our stay was absolutely delightful. The hotel's overall service was meticulous and thoughtful, and the staff were warm and friendly. The airport shuttle bus was spacious and comfortable, and the welcome fruit platter, late-night snacks, breakfast, and small farewell gift upon check-out all demonstrated the hotel's genuine care for its guests. The two alpacas and little squirrels in the courtyard added a wonderful touch of warmth and fun to our trip. I'd particularly like to thank one of the hotel staff members. Yesterday, Beijing experienced a heavy downpour, and the ride-sharing car my family and I were in got a flat tire due to flooded roads, leaving us stranded in the middle of the street and unable to return to the hotel. It just so happened that her family was picking her up from work, and after learning about our situation, she proactively helped coordinate and drove us all back to the hotel entrance, politely refusing any compensation. For us, who were in such a difficult predicament at the time, her help was incredibly valuable and left us feeling incredibly touched. This small incident truly made me appreciate the staff's sense of responsibility and kindness, and it left me with an excellent impression of the hotel's service philosophy and management. To be able to cultivate such sincere, professional, and helpful employees, I believe this hotel is truly worthy of guests' trust. If I ever return to Beijing in the future, I will definitely choose to stay here again. I wish the hotel all the best and continued success to every staff member.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the bus stop. It's perfect for catching an early flight, and their airport shuttle service is a nice touch, running hourly from 4 AM. Since it's only about a 10-minute drive to the airport, you can get a little extra sleep. The room was very clean, with disposable toothbrushes and cups, and the bedding was spotless. I stayed one night, and the surrounding area was quiet; I didn't experience any of the noise issues mentioned in other reviews. Definitely great value for money!

I booked this hotel for a layover in Beijing. Even though I only slept for two hours, it was a really great stay. The hotel offers airport shuttle service. I arrived at Capital Airport close to midnight, and by the time the driver picked me up and I got to the hotel and showered, it was almost 2 AM. My room had a view of the airport right outside the window, so I could see the big planes, but it wasn't noisy at all thanks to the double-pane windows. We booked a 4 AM shuttle back to the airport, and since there was no traffic in the early morning, it only took 4 minutes to get to the terminal. Very convenient!

Overall, it's pretty good. However, the bathroom is a bit too transparent, which might not be ideal for families or business travelers, but it's fine for couples. It's quite clean and hygienic, so I'd recommend it.

Big size modern style room in excellent condition, the mattress and pillows are perfect to have a rejuvenating rest in transit via Beijing Capital airport. But there is an issue with the transfer provided by the hotel: you can arrange everything by phone only, and it can drive you crazy to discuss it with staff not so easy with English. They should provide email or WeChat to discuss details, as otherwise you could have to wait desperately at the airport gate not being sure anybody is coming. One more good point about this hotel is breakfast, it is just what you need on a China-styly morning meal, with some fresh noodles and wantons prepared at sight.

About a 10-minute drive from Terminal 3, so airport transfers are really convenient. There are several supermarkets, restaurants, and a McDonald's nearby, making dining and shopping very easy. The soundproofing in the rooms is also pretty good. The staff are very friendly, and the free airport shuttle is such a great deal!

The hotel's airport shuttle service is fantastic, completely saving the hassle of taking taxis back and forth. It's only about a fifteen-minute drive from T3 terminal, so you won't have to wait long at all. The room decor is cozy and it's kept very clean, with no strange odors. When the door is closed, you can't hear any outside noise. There's a convenience store right by the entrance that stays open late, and for late-night food deliveries, a robot brings it directly to your room, which is super convenient! It's a really great hotel!

I specifically chose the Langliz Hotel for this business trip, and the entire stay far exceeded my expectations. It's now on my list of regular accommodations in the city, and I'll definitely book it again for future trips. The hotel's biggest highlight is its excellent location. It's just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, making commuting to various shopping districts and attractions incredibly efficient. Wanda Plaza is right downstairs, offering a wide variety of restaurants, snack shops, and supermarkets, perfect for evening leisure and shopping. While the hotel doesn't offer breakfast, the extensive food options within Wanda Plaza make it easy to find all three meals a day, providing a high degree of freedom. The front desk staff were attentive and meticulous, providing quick and efficient check-in. They proactively informed me of the elevator location and room information, patiently answering any questions I had. Their service was gentle and polite throughout. The room's interior was simply yet luxuriously decorated, spacious and airy, and spotlessly clean, free of odors or dust. The brand-exclusive zero-pressure mattress was soft and supportive of my back, allowing for complete relaxation after a long day. The bathroom featured a well-designed wet and dry separation, with fast and stable hot water pressure, and high-quality toiletries. The room's soundproofing is excellent; hallway noise and traffic sounds are barely audible, ensuring a very restful night's sleep. The hotel's dedicated gym deserves special praise. Open 24/7, it's fully equipped with treadmills and strength training equipment, all regularly maintained and kept clean. Even during business trips, I can still exercise and relieve work fatigue. There's also a self-service laundry room with washing machines and dryers, making laundry a hassle-free experience for long-distance travelers. Public areas are cleaned daily, with hallways and the lobby always spotless. Security is excellent, providing a high level of safety. Considering its location, facilities, and attentive service, the Langliz offers exceptional value for money and is ideal for business trips and short getaways. I highly recommend it.

The room was very comfortable, and the 1.8m king-size bed was great for sleeping. It was also warm in winter, and the environment was relatively quiet. The service attitude was excellent, and the toiletries were well-stocked.

Only stayed here for 8 hrs before an early morning flight but it's an excellent hotel with incredibly helpful staff. Got a free upgrade at check in, didn't get the guys name but he was super friendly and very efficient, spoke good english too. Room was spotless and comfortable, air-conditioning was superb and the kid friendly decoration was well received. Location is great for airport and free transfer to terminal makes a big difference when travelling with kids and lots of luggage!! Can't comment on the food as we weren't there long enough for that, plenty of places nearby to eat as well. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Beijing.
