Hotels in Capital Airport and New International Exhibition Center, Beijing

I stayed at this wonderful hotel for one night during a layover in Beijing. Here’s what I want to say: if you’re flying with a layover and need a place to stay overnight, this is the place to go! The hotel is located just a 10–15 minute drive from the airport. Guests can arrange a transfer service that picks them up at the airport and takes them back the next morning. I arrived at 6 PM and contacted the hotel from the airport—this service is completely free if you book through Trip.com (a huge thank you to that wonderful service!). A hotel representative explained exactly where to catch the shuttle in excellent English. Thanks to the clear instructions, finding the shuttle bus stop was easy. As I mentioned, the hotel is a short 10–15 minute drive away. Nearby, there are other transit hotels, as well as cafes, convenience stores, and massage parlors—basically everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel itself is spotless, and the rooms are spacious, cozy, and very comfortable. The service and staff are excellent. The food selection is fantastic! My room rate included not only breakfast (a very varied buffet) but also dinner (soup, rice with vegetables and meat, and pasta with vegetables)—everything was delicious. There is an enclosure with live llamas in the hotel courtyard—a unique and charming touch—with tables nearby where you can have coffee or a cigarette. There is also a free coffee machine near the reception area. My room was spacious and equipped with absolutely everything I needed, plus a complimentary gift from the hotel—a really nice touch. After spending the night in this wonderful place, I want to say a huge thank you to all the hotel staff who maintain such high standards of service and a lovely atmosphere. I will definitely be back and will recommend it to friends. If you are reading this review, I highly recommend staying at this wonderful hotel too!!!!! Thank you for the magnificent welcome❤️

Two years later, I'm back at the Cordis Beijing Capital Airport. It wasn't until I saw the airplane model in the lobby that it clicked: Donghai Airlines, The Langham Shenzhen, and Cordis Donghai are all under the same ownership. No wonder they share the same prefix! Of course, as a guest, the owner might not be the most important thing; it's the management company and their level of professionalism that truly matters. The Cordis brand ensures that the management and service here will never disappoint. It's the same friendly atmosphere, warm service, and exquisite food. I was particularly impressed by the staff I encountered in departments like the Front Office, Concierge, Ming Court, and The Place all-day dining restaurant. A special thank you to Front Office Manager Serena, Front Desk Manager Jessie, Duty Manager Lock, Assistant Director of F&B Tom, Ming Court Manager Terry, and The Place Restaurant Manager Anson, among others. Their dedication and guest-first approach truly made me feel the warmth and professionalism of Cordis. Cordis Donghai is definitely worth another visit!

I had an early morning flight the next day, so I decided to stay overnight in advance. I initially booked a twin room because it was cheaper, but upon arrival, the front desk upgraded me to a king room for free. The room was clean and quiet. In the evening, I bought pies and cold dishes from the courtyard to eat, which was very convenient. If you have a larger group, the restaurant also offers stir-fried dishes. The airport shuttle service was excellent.

My recent stay at the Hilton Beijing Capital Airport T3 was much better than expected. Despite being an older hotel, it's remarkably well-maintained. The rooms are spotless, clean, and the hygiene is impeccable – you can't tell it's aged at all. What impressed me most was the high ceiling design, which created a very comfortable and airy sense of space, making the stay incredibly relaxing. The hotel offers complimentary parking, which is a huge convenience for those driving to the airport, saving the hassle of extra parking fees. The staff were all very friendly and attentive, from check-in to check-out, and were quick to respond to any queries. While the facilities aren't the newest, they are well-maintained and highly functional. The location is superb, with a seamless connection to Terminal 3, so you'll never have to worry about missing a flight again. Overall, it offers excellent value for money and is a top choice for an airport transit stay. Highly recommended.

The hotel facilities are great, but the service needs improvement. (1) One of the main reasons I chose your hotel was the airport shuttle service. When I checked in, I asked the front desk about the shuttle arrangements and told them my friend had a flight that evening and I needed to accompany him to the airport. The front desk staff informed me that I could take the hotel shuttle to the airport that night. However, when I further inquired about returning to the hotel from the airport, the front desk told me that if the hotel had already dropped me off at the airport, they would not provide a pick-up service from the airport back to the hotel. I questioned this at the time because the hotel advertises an “airport shuttle” service, and I understood “shuttle” to include both drop-off and pick-up services. So, I confirmed with the front desk: if I took the hotel shuttle to the airport, only using the drop-off service, should I still be able to use a pick-up service from the airport when I returned? After my repeated inquiries, the front desk finally agreed to arrange for a pick-up. Although I ultimately chose to call my own taxi for both going to and returning from the airport and did not actually use the hotel's pick-up service, the entire communication process felt very unreasonable. If the hotel has restrictions on the number of times, routes, or conditions of use for the airport shuttle service, they should clearly state them when guests check in, rather than telling guests directly, “if we drop you off, we can’t pick you up,” after they inquire, which leads to guests misunderstanding the hotel's service. (2) During this stay, I brought a foreign friend to the hotel. I had already explicitly told the front desk in advance that this friend was just a visitor, would not be staying overnight, and would leave that same night. The front desk still asked for his passport. After explaining the situation multiple times, I cooperated and provided the passport, clearly requesting that it be handled as a visitor's situation. However, the next day, before I left, when I inquired again at the front desk about the registration details, I learned that the hotel had still processed the information as if he were a registered guest. I was also confused by this. If the hotel has a regulation requiring registration for foreign visitors, I can understand and cooperate, but the front desk should clearly inform guests about the nature, purpose, and specific rules of the registration during the process, rather than having the guest discover a discrepancy between the actual registration and the previous communication only after repeated inquiries.

This trip's hotel stay was great! The hotel's airport shuttle service is super convenient, getting you to either T2 or T3 in about fifteen minutes. They even offer a wake-up service in the morning, saving you the hassle of finding a taxi yourself. The rooms are clean, fresh, and odor-free, with comfortable space. Breakfast was tasty and satisfied our morning meal needs. The supermarket right next door makes shopping incredibly easy – an excellent location. The self-service laundry room is fully equipped with dryers and ironing machines. Dirty clothes get dried quickly and can be ironed smooth. The hotel has comprehensive amenities, including health teas in the lobby and free snacks. The service is thoughtful, making it perfect for travelers needing to go to and from the airport.

This is my go-to choice for business trips; I stay here for long periods every year. The rooms have all been renovated and upgraded, and the facilities are excellent. The airport shuttle service is convenient, and the lounge benefits, including the laundry credit, are a great plus. My only minor feedback is that the new interns need more training, especially regarding room cleaning. The rooms are very new; it's a new hotel that opened this year, and the prices are very reasonable. The hotel staff at the front desk are very responsible and helpful! Highly recommended. It's also convenient to stay near the hospital; quiet and clean.

Due to a flight change, I needed to stay in Beijing for one night and didn't want to leave the airport terminal, so I booked this hotel. Its location is indeed very convenient. Since I don't mind small rooms at all, I really liked the single room; it had everything I needed and was clean. The shared bathroom was convenient for showering. The only minor drawback was that the toilet stall was quite small. Also, perhaps because I was traveling alone, I only received one room key card. However, electricity in the room requires the card to be inserted, so if I took the card with me when going out to shower or buy something, any devices charging in the room would stop. Overall, it was still great, and I would consider booking here again if a similar situation arises in the future.

This hotel is a real gem! As soon as I walked in, I was blown away by the ambiance, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The room was quiet and made for a great night's sleep; the bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get up. The front desk staff were beautiful and kind, and their service was excellent throughout my stay. The breakfast and airport transfer were great bonuses, making the overall experience fantastic value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling!
