Traveling to Capital Airport, I searched online and found this hotel had the highest rating. What I valued most was their service, as my friend and I (two girls) had three heavy suitcases – two large and one small. Upon arriving at the hotel entrance, the staff enthusiastically helped us with our luggage and thoughtfully weighed it for us. The front desk offers complimentary luggage storage, and we even received a free upgrade to an Executive Double Room with a window. There were complimentary fruits in the room, making us feel right at home. After a tiring day of travel, we immediately felt relaxed. The air conditioning in the room was comfortable, and we didn't hear any planes taking off or landing, so the soundproofing was quite good. The hot water supply was ample, breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent. What truly stood out was the complimentary airport shuttle service. The front desk called to remind us half an hour in advance, and the staff helped us with our luggage on and off the shuttle. We arrived in just 15 minutes, which solved a major problem and was incredibly thoughtful. Upon checkout, we even received complimentary eye masks and tissues. Overall, it was a very satisfying trip. If I have the chance to visit Capital Airport again, I will definitely choose this hotel. Oh, and the front desk staff, both male and female, were all very attractive! This is a very serious review from me, and I hope it helps those of you who are undecided.

This location was ideal for my short layover. Conveniently located adjacent to Beijing Capital International Airport, it offers virtually every amenity you could imagine. The value is also excellent considering what you save by taking advantage of the complimentary airport shuttle service. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding hospitality. I ordered room service, and the food arrived hot, delicious, reasonably priced, and surprisingly high quality. Breakfast was another highlight—I highly recommend adding it to your stay, whether you dine in the restaurant or enjoy it from the comfort of your room. I especially want to recognize Deane at the guest services desk. Exceptional customer service is becoming increasingly rare, and Deane reminded me what genuine hospitality looks like. When I needed a little extra time before checking out, he patiently listened to my request, helped me work through my admittedly imperfect Chinese, and went above and beyond by arranging a special accommodation that allowed me to remain in my room beyond the standard checkout time. At no point did I feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Instead, I felt genuinely welcomed as a guest. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help transformed what could have been a stressful travel day into a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Employees like Deane are a tremendous asset to any hotel, and he deserves recognition for the positive impression he leaves on guests. This personalized level of customer care is exactly why I would recommend this hotel to anyone flying into or out of Beijing, and why I will absolutely stay here again. This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel's airport shuttle service was incredibly convenient, using an 8-seater business van. The driver was very kind and helped with luggage. It only took about fifteen minutes to get to the airport, so there was no rush at all for our flight. The room was spotlessly clean, with no strange odors, and once the doors and windows were closed, we couldn't hear any outside noise. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes with a homely taste. There's a supermarket right outside the hotel, making it easy to buy water and snacks, so the location is excellent. The self-service laundry room is equipped with a dryer and an iron, which was super practical for long trips, allowing us to wash, dry, and iron our clothes promptly. Overall, the facilities are complete, and the service is thoughtful. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next layover.

The room is spacious, perfect for travelers with lots of luggage, offering ample storage space for even large suitcases. The entire room was impeccably clean, and toiletries were fully stocked. The dedicated airport pick-up service was prompt, and the driver was friendly, making the entire process smooth. This is highly recommended for those arriving on late flights and needing a convenient place to stay temporarily.

I stayed here the night before to take my child to the airport for an early morning flight, and it was very convenient. There's also a park nearby, and I even had a Beijing hot pot dinner. The hotel offers a 24-hour shuttle service, which is a huge plus. I also enjoyed a swim, it was great!

It was great! I booked in advance, and the airport pickup was super quick. If I hadn't had the pickup and taken a taxi, it probably would have cost tens of yuan just to get out of the airport. The hotel environment is also very good, the air conditioning is strong, and the hot water for showering is excellent.

The location is very good to find, the business district is only a few minutes walk, travel is very convenient. Although the room is not big, the layout is reasonable and there are some. The bedding was clean and tidy and slept very comfortably. The front desk service attitude is also good, check-in and check-out are very fast. Chose because of the transfer and price.Looks a bit worn out. Had to wait for the next available transfer because while the manager gave me info the car already left.But I get there so it is fine.A couple of cafes nearby and a small shop where you can buy snacks.No fridge in my room but I didn't needed it anyway. Smoke smell in the vent.But for the price it is fine.
