Cleanliness: The hotel's hygiene is decent. Service: Bottled water was promptly delivered when requested, and the airport shuttle service was excellent. We booked a 3 AM pickup, and the driver was on time and very friendly. Facilities: The facilities are standard and include all the necessary amenities for a hotel. Environment: The hotel is conveniently located right next to Capital Airport Terminal 2.

The environment here is fantastic, offering incredible value for money, and the service is excellent. The soundproofing on the windows is amazing; once closed, you can't hear a single noise, making it incredibly quiet. It's also exceptionally clean. Overall, a superb experience.

The room was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The service was warm and attentive, and the overall experience was excellent. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic, which alone makes me want to give five stars. There were also two cute alpacas. Plus, they offer airport shuttle service, which is a great convenience. The room size was sufficient, with good ventilation and lighting, and the service was very thoughtful.

Big size modern style room in excellent condition, the mattress and pillows are perfect to have a rejuvenating rest in transit via Beijing Capital airport. But there is an issue with the transfer provided by the hotel: you can arrange everything by phone only, and it can drive you crazy to discuss it with staff not so easy with English. They should provide email or WeChat to discuss details, as otherwise you could have to wait desperately at the airport gate not being sure anybody is coming. One more good point about this hotel is breakfast, it is just what you need on a China-styly morning meal, with some fresh noodles and wantons prepared at sight.

Traveling with two kids on an early morning flight, I was worried about rushing to the airport. I booked this GreenTree Inn online, initially just for a night's stay, but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise! The hotel service was excellent. The shuttle driver confirmed our departure time in advance. The room was clean and tidy, facilities well-maintained, and all disposable amenities were fully stocked. It offered better value for money than other hotels of its kind in the area. The front desk attendant was warm and attentive, making for a great experience. I'll definitely choose this place again for future early morning travels.

About a 10-minute drive from Terminal 3, so airport transfers are really convenient. There are several supermarkets, restaurants, and a McDonald's nearby, making dining and shopping very easy. The soundproofing in the rooms is also pretty good. The staff are very friendly, and the free airport shuttle is such a great deal!

Traveling with a baby, the hotel thoughtfully upgraded our room, which was a very kind gesture. The environment is quiet, facilities are complete, and getting around is very convenient. Our entire stay was smooth and comfortable, making it perfect for families with children. Highly recommended!

I booked this chain hotel for an early flight the next morning. It advertised free late-night congee from 8 PM to midnight. I arrived at 10 PM, but there was only a tiny bit of plain white congee left. When I asked the staff, they said they only provide congee and no other varieties. However, I've stayed at several Qiuguo chain hotels in Beijing before, and their late-night congee always included small buns, steamed rolls, biscuits, yogurt, etc., in addition to plain congee. I don't understand why different hotels under the same brand offer different things. Upon entering the room, I saw a small sign on the desk that read, 'Equipped with a fresh air ventilator,' and I knew it was for pay-per-use scanning, but I couldn't find the device anywhere in the room. Another sign said, 'Travel helper,' but I couldn't find that in the room either, and the staff didn't give me one at check-out. I've stayed at other hotels near the airport before, and the staff always gave out a small bag of travel essentials at check-out. It's not that I absolutely needed the free congee or the small complimentary items. It's more that I feel a bit misled. Anyway, if I ever need to stay at a hotel near the airport the day before a business trip again, I definitely won't choose this one.

We were a little disappointed with the hotel. I called the hotel for the free shuttle bus service but they spoke limited English so we ended up getting our own taxi to the hotel. However they did refund the taxi cost to us when we arrived at the hotel. We were only staying at the hotel till midnight and we were going to ask if we could have breakfast when we arrive but because of the hassle of getting to the hotel we missed the opportunity. The breakfast window is too short. They did say they would give us breakfast in a doggy bag when we leave but they didn’t. The room was spacious with two toilets and a washing machine but the room had a musky/stale cigarette smell. The room was suppose to be for 5 people but they only gave us a room with 3 single beds. Also whilst we were trying to nap in the morning, there was some kind of chinese chatting outside which was distracting. The room served its purpose but if we had to sleep over night it would not have been comfortable. The positives were they allowed us to check in early and there was a free shuttle bus back to the airport and it arrived on time for when we needed it.
