Cleaning was unfortunately non-existent behind the door, a small pile of sand, a wooden part above the head with an inch of dust and a very dirty mini fridge, we would like to point this out and we go out for dinner, we arrived at 4.30pm. upon returning they had removed the dirt behind the door and cleaned the fridge which in my opinion doesn't even work, I left a bottle inside and it remained room temperature, but they hadn't cleaned the headboard and the towels hadn't been brought so I had to go down again to request it and in the end they were brought to us. we get into bed and find the mattresses really uncomfortable, on the left it felt like I was sinking and on the right I instead had my back arched, we turn on the TV but it continues to freeze and skip the signal, at that point, we go down annoyed and we say that we feel bad in the room and that we would like to leave, the answer was ok no problem, so let's book elsewhere. The breakfast here too, unfortunately we found that it was all packaged from the supermarket, even the bread looked like that and was clumsy, the croissants were small and dry, at least these we hoped were fresh. I go to pay and in addition to not even apologizing for the inconvenience, the cost of the room was higher than that agreed for a triple being among other things a double, I pay in cash and not even a receipt even if I asked for it.
