春節在這裏住了幾天，每天從夜裡12點至凌晨四點多被晚回的客人影響無法入睡，吃安眠葯入睡都會被吵醒，隔音太差！和前台服務員建議能否在電梯內貼一告示提醒晚回的客人，服務員説她們會提醒，結果又遇結婚辦喜事的入住，需要調整房間便沒有續住。前面已經評論過衞生條件還是比較不錯，有地方停車，早餐就是每天給一盒豆奶，沙琪瑪，蛋糕，選擇這裏就是因為離家近。價格在攜程訂比在前台訂優惠很多。

問個無線網密碼，很簡單8個9，非不説，説無線網密碼在電視機旁邊，找了半天都沒有，又説在電話機旁邊，結果電話旁邊也沒有，自己對房間佈局都不瞭解，告訴客人8個9很難嗎，又不是要你銀行卡密碼，如此的服務態度，不得不點評一下，説的含雙早，結果給的麪包牛奶，德不配位。

聲明一下，我不是刷差評的，但是蚌埠這邊的酒店我住了很多次，包括美度，前台的態度待客很乾凈利索。但是今天兩個保潔阿姨同時在一個樓層早上不到八點打掃衞生對話聽的一清二楚，反饋給前台前台態度挺好的，但是保潔還在大聲的説“我們聲音哪裡大了..？”對講機裏的聲音我都聽的一清二楚，我覺得該有的正常對話可以有但是要注意時間段和自己的音量尤其是自己身為服務行業的一個態度吧？
