"This is the worst Atour hotel I have stayed in in recent years. There is only one small sprinkler head and I am afraid of sanitary problems. I turned on the air conditioner and adjusted the warm air temperature to 27 degrees. As a result, it got colder and colder, from 24 degrees to 22 degrees. The table also became colder. It is very old and does not look like it was opened in recent years. There are no details at all. I applied for a delayed check-out until 16:00 on Ctrip, but the front desk said that it could not be found, which is very funny!"

However, while the convenience was appreciated, the taste didn’t quite live up to the high standards set by the service. The flavors were rather average, and I felt that the dining experience could have been better with a bit more attention to quality and variety. The room itself was modern, clean, and equipped with high-tech features, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. One of the highlights was the bathroom, which had an automatic, always-warm toilet seat—an especially nice feature that made a noticeable difference in comfort. Small details like this really enhanced the experience. Additionally, I was fortunate to have a room with a great view of the city. Waking up to the city skyline and seeing the lights at night added to the overall ambiance. While the hotel may have been rated 4 stars, the excellent service and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a step above."

"I chose this all-season trip to Shanghai. The hotel is very new and clean. Huaishang District is a bit away from the city. It is quieter to live around. The front desk service is very good. I sent gifts and fruits to the children. I sent extra towels and bath towels. The breakfast variety is OK, relatively light type! The hotel can order a lot of takeaways, and the biscuit clip is delicious at the hotel. I don't feel like I have to go to the net red store to queue up!"

"Hygiene: The hygiene was appalling. See the pictures. Hair was everywhere, even on the toilet seat (you know what I mean). There was also double eyelid tape left by someone else on the table. Environment: I felt unsafe. Three public elevators (and elevators to various places in the building, like a dance hall, billiards room, and karaoke) led to rooms on two floors, and the room doors were always open. When I arrived, the door was wide open. The front desk said the cleaning staff left the door open for ventilation, meaning anyone could enter the hotel with the door open. We have no idea what anyone could do in there. Service: The front desk staff were very friendly and I was satisfied."
