From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests, making the entire stay feel warm and welcoming. One of the standout aspects was the level of hospitality, which went beyond expectations. All meals were catered, ensuring that I never had to worry about food. However, while the convenience was appreciated, the taste didn’t quite live up to the high standards set by the service. The flavors were rather average, and I felt that the dining experience could have been better with a bit more attention to quality and variety. The room itself was modern, clean, and equipped with high-tech features, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. One of the highlights was the bathroom, which had an automatic, always-warm toilet seat—an especially nice feature that made a noticeable difference in comfort. Small details like this really enhanced the experience. Additionally, I was fortunate to have a room with a great view of the city. Waking up to the city skyline and seeing the lights at night added to the overall ambiance. Miss sister saw that the children we brought liked robots, and took the initiative to arrange the robot to send welcome fruits and children's slippers and toothbrushes. Praise! This stay completely exceeded my expectations and deserves a five-star review! The most surprising thing was the location; it's extremely close to the high-speed rail station, just a few minutes' walk away with my suitcase. This is incredibly convenient for catching early morning trains or arriving late at night, without being bothered by track noise. The room's soundproofing is superb, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The drinks in the minibar were all complimentary, a real treat. The toiletries in the bathroom were of exceptionally high quality, with a wonderful feel and fragrance, unlike anything you'd find in a typical hotel—truly exquisite. Overall, the place was clean and tidy, with thoughtful amenities, making it perfect for business trips, layovers, or leisure travel. Highly recommended!

The room is quite big and beautiful, the children like it very much, there is a parking lot at the entrance of the hotel, you can park for free, and it is very close to convenient to take luggage. Breakfast is not bad, you can let the kitchen cook extra small wontons or noodles. The hotel has a laundry room, some clothes and children's dolls are washed, and the dryer is very fast. The entrance of the hotel is a flyover, and you can reach Wanda Plaza on the opposite road through the flyover.

第二次過來了 依舊非常滿意 設施：這次住了一個老闆新收的房間 裝修風格太喜歡了 有點中古風那種味道 主要他家床墊據我觀察應該是席夢思的 完全媲美那種五六百的大連鎖酒店床墊 完全不誇張 衞生：衞生真的太滿意了 常年出差我最喜歡這種乾燥然後那種滑滑的床品 每次進房間都能看到那種床品熨燙過的痕跡 我住過酒店太多了 是不是一客一換我一看就知道 老闆捨得用這種床品真是上心🎉 環境：周邊也非常方便 旁邊是一個4a景區 老闆的湖景房是能看到龍湖的 早上起來視野特別開闊空氣很好 晚上還有夜景🌃 服務：最要誇的就是服務 他家在一樓就有前台是個咖啡店☕️早上帶一杯咖啡走提神醒腦 一百多價格還有早餐可以在咖啡店吃 體驗感好的不行 老闆也特別客氣 很多酒店兩點鐘入住 十二點就攆人 這老闆平時房間如果空的話 延時退房就是一句話的事情

Traveling with parents and children. The hotel has a good location and the environment is OK. But there is one thing that is very unsatisfactory. The swimming pool provided by the hotel is not independent of the hotel. It is built together with a gym. The children want to swim. I went to the swimming pool in the afternoon to take a look. It was steaming hot. When I took the children there in the evening, the water temperature was cold. I can understand that you don’t plan to open it at night because there are fewer guests. The water temperature is not heated, but as a management, you clearly know this situation. You still sold us swimsuits and swimming caps before we went in. What does it mean? It is nothing more than swindling money. You also told me that the water temperature of the human body is ten degrees different. Can't I feel it? Other children who swim said that the water temperature is cold, much colder than in the afternoon.
