"This is a 4-star hotel that truly delivers 5-star service. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any requests, making the entire stay feel warm and welcoming. One of the standout aspects was the level of hospitality, which went beyond expectations.
All meals were catered, ensuring that I never had to worry about food. However, while the convenience was appreciated, the taste didn’t quite live up to the high standards set by the service. The flavors were rather average, and I felt that the dining experience could have been better with a bit more attention to quality and variety.
The room itself was modern, clean, and equipped with high-tech features, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. One of the highlights was the bathroom, which had an automatic, always-warm toilet seat—an especially nice feature that made a noticeable difference in comfort. Small details like this really enhanced the experience.
Additionally, I was fortunate to have a room with a great view of the city. Waking up to the city skyline and seeing the lights at night added to the overall ambiance. While the hotel may have been rated 4 stars, the excellent service and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a step above."

The most surprising thing was the location; it's extremely close to the high-speed rail station, just a few minutes' walk away with my suitcase. This is incredibly convenient for catching early morning trains or arriving late at night, without being bothered by track noise. The room's soundproofing is superb, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. The drinks in the minibar were all complimentary, a real treat. The toiletries in the bathroom were of exceptionally high quality, with a wonderful feel and fragrance, unlike anything you'd find in a typical hotel—truly exquisite. Overall, the place was clean and tidy, with thoughtful amenities, making it perfect for business trips, layovers, or leisure travel. Highly recommended!

First off, the service from the manager to the front desk staff is excellent; they greet you as soon as you walk in, and even give you a small gift when you check out. The room is clean and bright, and the toiletries smell great and are very effective. You can tell the owner puts a lot of thought into running this place. The breakfast is also fantastic, with a wide variety including congee, fish soup, fried noodles, steamed buns, fried dough sticks, pastries, fruit, and more. It's completely worth every penny! Highly recommend! 👍

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the sound insulation was good, and the quality of sleep was very high. The front desk service is warm and efficient, check-in and check-out are fast, and free freshly ground coffee is provided, and the details are very good. 設施：這次住了一個老闆新收的房間 裝修風格太喜歡了 有點中古風那種味道 主要他家床墊據我觀察應該是席夢思的 完全媲美那種五六百的大連鎖酒店床墊 完全不誇張
衞生：衞生真的太滿意了 常年出差我最喜歡這種乾燥然後那種滑滑的床品 每次進房間都能看到那種床品熨燙過的痕跡 我住過酒店太多了 是不是一客一換我一看就知道 老闆捨得用這種床品真是上心🎉
環境：周邊也非常方便 旁邊是一個4a景區 老闆的湖景房是能看到龍湖的 早上起來視野特別開闊空氣很好 晚上還有夜景🌃
服務：最要誇的就是服務 他家在一樓就有前台是個咖啡店☕️早上帶一杯咖啡走提神醒腦 一百多價格還有早餐可以在咖啡店吃 體驗感好的不行 老闆也特別客氣 很多酒店兩點鐘入住 十二點就攆人 這老闆平時房間如果空的話 延時退房就是一句話的事情

The swimming pool provided by the hotel is not independent of the hotel. It is built together with a gym. The children want to swim. I went to the swimming pool in the afternoon to take a look. It was steaming hot. When I took the children there in the evening, the water temperature was cold. I can understand that you don’t plan to open it at night because there are fewer guests. The water temperature is not heated, but as a management, you clearly know this situation. You still sold us swimsuits and swimming caps before we went in. What does it mean? It is nothing more than swindling money. You also told me that the water temperature of the human body is ten degrees different. Can't I feel it? Other children who swim said that the water temperature is cold, much colder than in the afternoon.

I accompany my 90-year-old mother to recall the Bengbu Air Force Airport 55 years ago, but unfortunately there is no trace of it. So choose the hotel closest to the train station so you can overlook it from the air. I am very satisfied with the hotel's service, especially the enthusiastic waiters who introduced us to many current developments and commodity prices in Bengbu. Thanks 🙏
