MMikaP9292The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Downstairs, on the first floor there's a coffee shop (Cotti Coffee) which was very convenient for a coffee lover like myself. I'm quite pleased with the overall experience at this hotel.

The room is clean and tidy, the whole house is very convenient to use intelligently, and the facilities are very new and complete. On the way home, we received a call from Xiao Chang from the hotel, telling us that our backpacks were left in the hotel. We only found out that we had left more than 100 kilometers away, so we were very anxious at the time. Miss Xiao Chang immediately helped us contact the courier and sent it directly home for us, which made us feel at ease. We were very moved and grateful for her actions! At the same time, it also made me feel the effect of the daily work management of Vienna Hotel (Bengbu Wanda Branch), and cultivating excellent employees is the best proof.

GGuest UserThis is the worst experience of the Atour Hotel. First, there are cigarette butts in the bathroom of the room, so that the shower room smells of smoke after opening the door. Second, the elevator is too loud. We are disturbed by noise at night. Call the front desk and explain that it is the sound of the elevator. There is no way to solve it; The third was the early morning. There were children in the second floor room crying. We heard it clearly in the room. We didn't sleep well all night. This is the worst experience we have ever stayed in. Atour does not match the price at all.

The swimming pool provided by the hotel is not independent of the hotel. It is built together with a gym. The children want to swim. I went to the swimming pool in the afternoon to take a look. It was steaming hot. When I took the children there in the evening, the water temperature was cold. I can understand that you don’t plan to open it at night because there are fewer guests. The water temperature is not heated, but as a management, you clearly know this situation. You still sold us swimsuits and swimming caps before we went in. What does it mean? It is nothing more than swindling money. You also told me that the water temperature of the human body is ten degrees different. Can't I feel it? Other children who swim said that the water temperature is cold, much colder than in the afternoon.

They always smiled when talking to me, which was very kind. The room was also very clean and comfortable. I slept very peacefully at night. 首先是服務，前台工作人員特別熱情，辦理入住很快，還貼心地詢問了對房間樓層的要求，讓人感覺很温暖。進入房間後第一印象就是乾淨整潔，地板光亮，床單被褥潔白平整，衞生間也沒有任何水漬，住着很放心。最讓我驚喜的是隔音效果，本以為快捷酒店會比較吵，結果夜晚非常安靜，一覺睡到天亮。床墊軟硬適中，枕頭也很舒服，整體住宿感很舒適。
性價比超高，下次來這邊還會選擇這裏，也會推薦給朋友們！
