On the way home, we received a call from Xiao Chang from the hotel, telling us that our backpacks were left in the hotel. We only found out that we had left more than 100 kilometers away, so we were very anxious at the time. Miss Xiao Chang immediately helped us contact the courier and sent it directly home for us, which made us feel at ease. We were very moved and grateful for her actions! I sincerely say here: Thank you Miss Xiao Chang! At the same time, it also made me feel the effect of the daily work management of Vienna Hotel (Bengbu Wanda Branch), and cultivating excellent employees is the best proof.

The swimming pool provided by the hotel is not independent of the hotel. It is built together with a gym. The children want to swim. I went to the swimming pool in the afternoon to take a look. It was steaming hot. When I took the children there in the evening, the water temperature was cold. I can understand that you don’t plan to open it at night because there are fewer guests. The water temperature is not heated, but as a management, you clearly know this situation. You still sold us swimsuits and swimming caps before we went in. What does it mean? It is nothing more than swindling money. You also told me that the water temperature of the human body is ten degrees different. Can't I feel it? Other children who swim said that the water temperature is cold, much colder than in the afternoon.

HHuanhuanlele668899I accompany my 90-year-old mother to recall the Bengbu Air Force Airport 55 years ago, but unfortunately there is no trace of it. So choose the hotel closest to the train station so you can overlook it from the air. I am very satisfied with the hotel's service, especially the enthusiastic waiters who introduced us to many current developments and commodity prices in Bengbu. Thanks 🙏

But the soundproofing is so-so. Only one socket has electricity, and the one beside the bed doesn't have electricity either.
