On the way home, we received a call from Xiao Chang from the hotel, telling us that our backpacks were left in the hotel. We only found out that we had left more than 100 kilometers away, so we were very anxious at the time. Miss Xiao Chang immediately helped us contact the courier and sent it directly home for us, which made us feel at ease. We were very moved and grateful for her actions! During the stay, there was noise from the upstairs decoration. I didn't inform in advance. I contacted the front desk to change the quiet room. There were other minor problems that were not serious, but the front desk business level needed to be improved. The service of the sister who changed the room to help carry the luggage was quite good. Breakfast is on the third floor, coffee is next to the service desk on the first floor, there are American styles, sugar and milk essence can be added by yourself. The hotel provides children's toothbrushes, no children's slippers, and adult slippers. Overall, it is acceptable, and there is a chance to choose to stay here.
