This is the only major hotel in Bengbu that offers pet-friendly rooms! They reserve a few rooms specifically for guests traveling with their beloved pets. For a smaller city, this is incredibly accommodating, as many hotels in smaller cities don't allow pets. For that reason alone, I'd highly recommend Bengbu to pet owners! As a pet-owning family, those who travel with their pets often have higher standards for their lifestyle, and I hope this hotel continues to maintain its pet-friendly policy. I also hope they pay extra attention to the cleanliness of their pet-friendly rooms!

This is a hotel with ”bad value for money”! This is a hotel that will amaze you after you check in! This is a hotel that you will want to come back to after you stay! For me who has traveled all over the world, this is not the most luxurious hotel I have ever stayed in, but it is definitely the hotel I want to stay in the most. Before checking in, I didn't have too much expectation for this price hotel, especially during the Spring Festival, but after checking in, I felt that everything exceeded my expectations. The room layout is reasonable and spacious, the facilities are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is rich and delicious, and the service is superb! Whether it is the reception in the lobby, the handling of the front desk, or the service in the restaurant, it feels like treating guests as family. Too many compliments to give! This is my most thoughtful review of a hotel, and I really want to give the most beautiful likes. During the stay, I flew a drone at the door and sent the photos I took. I wish the hotel a prosperous business! I will come again!

One of the standout aspects was the level of hospitality, which went beyond expectations. All meals were catered, ensuring that I never had to worry about food. However, while the convenience was appreciated, the taste didn’t quite live up to the high standards set by the service. The flavors were rather average, and I felt that the dining experience could have been better with a bit more attention to quality and variety. The room itself was modern, clean, and equipped with high-tech features, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. One of the highlights was the bathroom, which had an automatic, always-warm toilet seat—an especially nice feature that made a noticeable difference in comfort. Small details like this really enhanced the experience. Additionally, I was fortunate to have a room with a great view of the city. Waking up to the city skyline and seeing the lights at night added to the overall ambiance. While the hotel may have been rated 4 stars, the excellent service and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a step above.

The hotel is convenient for traveling, the waiters are super friendly, the room facilities are complete, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. It is not far from the hotel. The Acaiwang Shop in Huaihe Cultural Plaza is very unique and delicious.

Front desk staffer Xiao Du was incredibly warm, meticulous, and professional! 👍🏻 The hotel is quite new with excellent facilities. The only downside is that it's a bit far from the city center. I heard Jackie Chan even stayed here for his concert, haha. Right next to the hotel is Tushan Mountain, and from the higher floors, you can even see the Huai River in the distance. The views are pretty good!

On the way home, we received a call from Xiao Chang from the hotel, telling us that our backpacks were left in the hotel. We only found out that we had left more than 100 kilometers away, so we were very anxious at the time. Miss Xiao Chang immediately helped us contact the courier and sent it directly home for us, which made us feel at ease. We were very moved and grateful for her actions!
