For a smaller city, this is incredibly accommodating, as many hotels in smaller cities don't allow pets. For that reason alone, I'd highly recommend Bengbu to pet owners! As a pet-owning family, those who travel with their pets often have higher standards for their lifestyle, and I hope this hotel continues to maintain its pet-friendly policy. I also hope they pay extra attention to the cleanliness of their pet-friendly rooms!

Next to Wanda in Bengbu, the single-family house has convenient parking. The overall feeling is Southeast Asian style, which is also the consistent Junting style. The various orchids in the lobby also set off the atmosphere of the Spring Festival. The front desk, restaurant, and guest rooms are polite and enthusiastic. The elevator and room use the check-in card to go up and down, which is very safe. The room uses a separate power card to get electricity. The breakfast restaurant and coffee bar are integrated. The dining environment is good and the variety meets basic needs. The laundry room is also convenient for changing clothes. The room is of normal size. Two twin beds together make a 2.4-meter big bed, which is very convenient for a family to rest. Newly renovated, just opened, the front desk also equipped the room with an air purifier. The disadvantage is that the water in the shower room is slow! The four-star standard is fully met! Now 499 yuan/two nights, it is worth recommending!

However, while the convenience was appreciated, the taste didn’t quite live up to the high standards set by the service. The flavors were rather average, and I felt that the dining experience could have been better with a bit more attention to quality and variety. The room itself was modern, clean, and equipped with high-tech features, adding a touch of luxury to the stay. One of the highlights was the bathroom, which had an automatic, always-warm toilet seat—an especially nice feature that made a noticeable difference in comfort. Small details like this really enhanced the experience. Additionally, I was fortunate to have a room with a great view of the city. Waking up to the city skyline and seeing the lights at night added to the overall ambiance. While the hotel may have been rated 4 stars, the excellent service and thoughtful amenities made it feel like a step above.

The hotel is convenient for traveling, the waiters are super friendly, the room facilities are complete, and the breakfast is rich and delicious. It is not far from the hotel. The Acaiwang Shop in Huaihe Cultural Plaza is very unique and delicious.

This is the worst experience of the Atour Hotel. First, there are cigarette butts in the bathroom of the room, so that the shower room smells of smoke after opening the door. Second, the elevator is too loud. We are disturbed by noise at night. Call the front desk and explain that it is the sound of the elevator. There is no way to solve it; The third was the early morning. There were children in the second floor room crying. We heard it clearly in the room. We didn't sleep well all night. This is the worst experience we have ever stayed in. Atour does not match the price at all.
