一開始進房間後卡片刷不開房門，處理了兩次後，保安過來給打開了房間。掀開被子，一個活蜘蛛在爬。迅速爬到床頭下面，都來不及打死。打電話聯繫前台，衹有保安過來看了看。保安説現在沒有阿姨換床單，如果要換衹能他來換.……，要求前台給換了隔壁房間。早上樓上的手機鬧鐘一直震動。聽的清清楚楚，隔壁的房間的鬧鈴和走廊的説話也非常清楚。隔音很不好。衹能説是一次不太愉快的入住體驗。整體問題的處理也沒有感覺到很愉快。可以説刷新了對如家的認知

環境不錯，連鎖酒店，房間很多，有家庭房，可以選擇的範圍比較廣。位置在蚌埠適中，離百貨大樓和龍子湖都不遠。點外賣可以點到全市的美食。適合旅遊吃飯居住

千萬不要定普通大床房，一米五床的那個户型，和商家放的圖毫無關係，而且前台明確告知這個房型都是離電梯近的，非常吵 感覺自己住在過道一樣，窗户是一個和門一樣寬的窗户，根本不是大窗户，一進門就是床，也就三四十公分的距離，整體户型是一個L，行李箱攤開都費勁，我那還是小號行李箱，屋裡一點都不亮堂，一次性拖鞋打開一股子異味，我還以為是空調的味，真服了，沒住過這麼差近的酒店！

其他的都挺好的，就是設施壞了也不知道修，淋浴的線斷掉了，導致洗澡的時候水很小，洗澡很不舒服。還有洗臉枱，上面放水洗臉刷牙，洗臉盆下面水也是嘩啦啦的流
