Great staff very helpful and prices were good. Hotel overall was OK clean and quirky. Beds comfortable and large walkin shower you got a kettle in the room but no cups coffee ect. But location not very good for us. It was in the middle of the residencal bit of town. Parking was a nightmare as everywhere is residential only if you do manage to find a blue parking space you have to top up ever few hours. We ended up parking in a car park at an Extra cost of €22 hotel pool is across the road.

What a fantastic hotel lovely and clean, friendly staff, and the food was really good better than a restaurant as they grilled the fish meat and veg to order and the variety of salad veg pasta dishes on display was outstanding Anyone wishing to come here will be well looked after .

Clean hotel and rooms replenished daily. Always something for all at breakfast. Only issue is the noise, guest partying all night and staff did not want to know. My room had one small window and looked directly in to a shaft that was also extremely noisy. Set in a quiet area and around 15 mins walk to old town.

Fantastic Hotel, the breakfast was lovely, great selection of breakfast, freshly cooked and all the staff so friendly. Room was excellent, very clean and spacious. Pool area on level 6 is such a nice area to chill out from the night before. All the staff from reception, bar, restaurant, maids throughout all so friendly. Hotel is situated perfectly for Old & New Benidorm, a short walk to the beach and Tapas Alley, wouldn’t hesitate to stop at the Hotel again.

We booked here as the price was good and it looked very clean, when we arrived hardly anyone there spoke English( I know we travelled to Spain) however Benidorm is known for having good English speakers, the staff hardly acknowledged us and all the entertainment was in Spanish so you couldn’t understand anything, however the beds were super comfy and rooms were clean with great balcony’s! The food was standard and filled a whole nothing to scream and shout about but was substantial, definitely not for the younger age range! And wouldn’t say it’s a holiday type hotel seems more like a hotel for the Spanish people to be closer to the coast…

Great staff the hotel was great to stay just need to up grade there bedding such as pillows and mattress. Entertainme tont was not good for British as all acts where Spanish and only had 2 night pablo from bar needs to cheer up a litte.

The one star rating is for the staff and drinks quality the rest is shocking we was all inclusive and the food was absolutely shocking and noise late at night is awful stayed 4 nights had possibly 1 nights desent sleep.but it was a very clean hotel.
