Benidorm Centre - Adults Only
"Great hotel and excellent staff Cristina was amazing. A funny and bubbly staff member who was very helpful! Would come back!"
Hotel Andalucía
"Hotel room was basic but spotless, the aircon was excellent and left on all day for us, room cleaned everyday with fresh towels. All staff were helpful and pleasant called us taxis whenever we needed them and they were there within minutes. Big chest freezer full of ice bags perfect for balcony drinks the lady even gave us glasses and straws to take up. Location was perfect out of the hustle and bustle but within walking distance of everything. We were 2 girls celebrating my birthday. Walk to the beach just down the hill, lots of shops across the road and a proper super market. The centre of the old town is about a 10 min walk and into new town I’d say 20. We walked to the strip on our last night and glad we did lots of lovely cocktail bars on the way. Would recommend and stay here again."
Hotel Clopy Rocamar
"This little Hotel is just great. Rooms clean. Shower amazing. People are lovely. No complaints. The only thing is when I come back again I will upgrade my room only because the Balcony is very small. LOCATION AMAZING"
Gastrohotel Boutique RH Canfali
"Winning in the location, the facilities are very general"
Hotel B and B Suites
"We had the problem of finding the door open two nights in a row. We found it open both Friday night and Saturday night. The worst part is that we reported it Saturday morning. The breakfast was not up to par, and if we hadn't asked for it, they wouldn't have brought it. In conclusion, the service was unprofessional, and leaving the door open two nights in a row is unacceptable."
Hotel Perla
"This has got to be hands down the worst hotel we have ever had the misfortune of staying at. Its a loud party hotel designed for teens to get drunk and fight. On 3 occasions we seen staff break up fights in the bar area and one man was beating another with one of the snooker ques. The food is awful and a member of our family suffered badly with bed bug bites. The lifts were always broken meaning we had to carry everything up 7 flights of stairs. Please please don't book this hotel."
Marina Resort Benidorm - the Original Benidorm Vibe
"Best hen do ever! Very good service"
Hotel Clopy Rocamar
"Everything is great in the hotel, including the road to the beach, and for me it is the best in Benidorm. The beach is 2 minutes away. Clean, cozy, modern, shower gel, shampoo and hand gel - Dove, not from the same can) A simple good breakfast, the ability to take a shower after check-out, they even give you a towel. The room is small, but this is enough for a stay at the sea. The only negative is that the water in the shower drained very slowly and poorly. For this, the rating is 4 for convenience. And the second point, rather Trip.com. It says that there is a sea view, but there was none, no matter how hard you try. And the employee told me that they do not have single rooms with a view of the water, only large rooms. I ask Trip.com to correct this in their description, this is not true, the view is of the street on the neighboring house. It is normal, you just need to write as is and maybe for someone it is important."

Poseidon Resort
"The total decadence. We have seen the decline of this hotel year after year. We have been coming for 10 years and, although it has never been a panacea, the deterioration is already unacceptable. Not because of the facilities, but because of the bad service and the terrible attention. Except for the dining room waitresses (not all of them) and the bar waiters (all fantastic), the attention at reception and maitres is deplorable. Entertainment, a key element in the choice of many families, is non-existent and aimed exclusively at the elderly, who already make up more than 90% of the guests. Special mention to “Inma”, a receptionist with a bad manners that borders on the embarrassing. In short, cheap is expensive and we must say goodbye forever to this hotel, which had the potential to position itself as a great resort but has remained a third-rate hostel."
Hotel Madeira Centro
"The hotel is centrally located, recently renovated, and the buffet is excellent."

Magic Natura Resort
"We were recently invited to experience the Magic Natura Animal, Water Park & Polynesian Lodge Resort in Benidorm, courtesy of Magic Hotels Group and EasyJet Holidays. My colleague Gill joined me on the trip, along with her two grandchildren aged 6 and 2, giving us a real opportunity to assess how suitable the resort is for young families. We were hosted on an Ultra All-Inclusive Premium package, which included access to the onsite zoo and water park, a one-hour spa visit, entry to a medieval dinner show at a sister resort, and a brunch experience in town. We arrived at around 11am, where we were warmly welcomed at reception and found the initial check-in process smooth. However, the official room access time of 5pm proved difficult after an early flight with young children. After some discussion, the team kindly arranged for us to access our cabin an hour earlier, which was very much appreciated. One of the positives of the resort is that guests can use the facilities immediately upon arrival, so the children were able to head straight to the pool while we waited. This helped ease the long travel day significantly. The resort itself is spread across a hillside, offering impressive views but requiring a fair amount of walking. Thankfully, a shuttle train and regular buses run throughout the day, making it much easier to get between lodges and facilities. Our accommodation was a spacious cabin designed with families in mind, featuring a double bed and bunk beds. The private hot tub was a welcome luxury after travelling, although it is best suited to two adults rather than a full family. One practical issue was the absence of a cot on arrival, despite prior requests. We were also informed that cots incur an additional daily charge, which is something families should be aware of when booking. I used the hot tub and sauna at the spa once, but didn't have any other treatments, therefore I can't comment on those. We use the main pool with the kids, but I noticed that the infinity pool near the spa has a beautiful view of the animal enclosures of the zoo. This pool area is much bigger and had plenty of sunbeds for the guests. A major highlight of the stay was the onsite zoo, which is extensive and well worth dedicating a full day to. The adjoining Aqua Natura Water Park was also a big hit, particularly with the children, and the included access made it easy to move between activities. While sunbeds were limited to certain areas, the water park itself was well maintained and enjoyable. Food throughout the resort, however, was inconsistent. Buffet dining offered limited options, particularly for vegetarians, with few clearly labelled dishes and a reliance on basic items such as chips, salad, and rice. This made meal times frustrating at times, especially when catering for different dietary needs. We had also planned to use our included speciality dining experience at the Rice restaurant, but were informed that only a single set menu was being off"

Hotel Montemar
RH Princesa Hotel & Spa
"Excellent hotel in quiet location close to the old town. Hotel is clean and tidy and all the staff are friendly and professional. We were all inclusive and the food was of excellent quality and plenty of it. Outside of the three main meals there was a food truck serving snacks like burgers, toasties etc. Besides the main bar the is also a pool bar. Outside areas are pretty confined with main pool in lower area which is complimented with a jaccuzi. In the upper area there is another smaller pool with a couple of water slides. Also wet area for smaller kids. Beside this pool is an area with caged soccer pitch and other kids entertainment. There is also a smaller kids club in the hotel. Although I never checked it out there is a gym, spa and indoor pools which I believe had a separate charge of 8€. Couple of things I would highlight. Both pools weren’t easy to access if you had a disability. One thing I found strange was the all inclusive policy. I was a “gold” member and yes there was a lot of choice of food drink etc. Yet if I wanted a packet of crisps at either bar I would have had to pay but if I asked for a bowl of crisps they were free. Similarly I could ask for a small tub of ice cream it was free yet more branded lollies and ice cream had to be paid for. So with everything else being included what is the point of charging a couple of euros for a bag of crisps? All in all though a very good hotel and I would certainly go again"
