Hotel Santa Faz
"Made a last minute booking to Santa Faz, my flight was delayed meaning I didn’t arrive until around 1am. The hotel stood awaiting my arrival, very friendly, smooth and quick booking in process. The rooms are simple but clean, comfortable and ideal for a place for travelling. Of course, it’s not a 5* hotel, so don’t expect luxury, but as the cheaper hotels go, it was comfy, clean and did what was expected!"
Benidorm Centre - Adults Only
"Absolutely brilliant hotel lovely clean room , all staff amazing good choices of food and drink special mention to cristina made are holiday all the more fun with her amazing jokes and good service we will be back thank you !!"
Hotel Andalucía
"Hotel room was basic but spotless, the aircon was excellent and left on all day for us, room cleaned everyday with fresh towels. All staff were helpful and pleasant called us taxis whenever we needed them and they were there within minutes. Big chest freezer full of ice bags perfect for balcony drinks the lady even gave us glasses and straws to take up. Location was perfect out of the hustle and bustle but within walking distance of everything. We were 2 girls celebrating my birthday. Walk to the beach just down the hill, lots of shops across the road and a proper super market. The centre of the old town is about a 10 min walk and into new town I’d say 20. We walked to the strip on our last night and glad we did lots of lovely cocktail bars on the way. Would recommend and stay here again."
Hotel Clopy Rocamar
"Fantastic hotel in the perfect location in the Old Town. Hotel staff courteous and friendly. Rooms very clean. Free WiFi and a lovely roof terrace with plenty of sunbeds. Thank you Rocamar for a very pleasant stay, we will return next year!"
Gastrohotel Boutique RH Canfali
"Wonderful hotel! Unfortunately we stayed for only 1 night and it was just great! Clean, cozy, tasty breakfast, beach, and old town just nearby! Very friendly staff! If we are back to Benidorm again, this hotel will be the first choice."
Hotel B and B Suites
"We had the problem of finding the door open two nights in a row. We found it open both Friday night and Saturday night. The worst part is that we reported it Saturday morning. The breakfast was not up to par, and if we hadn't asked for it, they wouldn't have brought it. In conclusion, the service was unprofessional, and leaving the door open two nights in a row is unacceptable."
Hotel Perla
"Right next to the strip and 5 minutes walk to the beach. Perfect location"
Marina Resort Benidorm - the Original Benidorm Vibe
"Best hen do ever! Very good service"
Hotel Clopy Rocamar
"Everything is great in the hotel, including the road to the beach, and for me it is the best in Benidorm. The beach is 2 minutes away. Clean, cozy, modern, shower gel, shampoo and hand gel - Dove, not from the same can) A simple good breakfast, the ability to take a shower after check-out, they even give you a towel. The room is small, but this is enough for a stay at the sea. The only negative is that the water in the shower drained very slowly and poorly. For this, the rating is 4 for convenience. And the second point, rather Trip.com. It says that there is a sea view, but there was none, no matter how hard you try. And the employee told me that they do not have single rooms with a view of the water, only large rooms. I ask Trip.com to correct this in their description, this is not true, the view is of the street on the neighboring house. It is normal, you just need to write as is and maybe for someone it is important."

"This hotel was no where near as bad as reviews state, yes a couple of maintenance issues but this was quickly fixed, I mean come on what do you expect from a hotel full of stags, the service was great especially from Miguel I think he was the hotel owner but also fixed all of our maintenance issues promptly and efficiently, if your looking for a cheap hotel with great service then book this one."
Flamingo Beach Resort - Adults Recommended
"Suitable for people age 60+ and all hotel servies and entertainment are designed around that age group, it's a old age home vibe . it is not a hotel for young people age 18-40. Its a 2 star hotel not 4. Staff is really nice especially James and Tony at the bar. Rooms are clean but showers drains often clogged and flood your whole apartment. Close to strip, but not on the strip ."
Mercure Benidorm
"Nice and kind hotel But the air conditioning doesn't work well"
Hotel Internacional
"Positives - clean and comfortable beds and plenty of extra bedding with it being so cold in this hotel at night Unfortunately I found this hotel very loud - Joe on reception lovely and actually acknowledged us unlike rest of staff - however from our bedroom we heard everything from chairs above our room to cleaners talking on stairs to guests up and down to the door bell during the night as the front door is locked after a certain point which during our stay was 1 am 2 am 3 am so as you can imagine we struggled to rest - we found this hotel chaotic !! And lots of children up and down slamming doors - there seems to be no management ensuring guests are respecting the hotel for others Location was fantastic right in the middle of old town On arrival we was told there been mix up with our room was now upgrading our room to bigger room Once we entering our room we realised there been no upgrade we gone from double to 3 single beds with hardly any walk way facing a yard and was also told due to this upgrade we was no longer able to have the late check out as this room was a popular room That was their mistake not ours I would not stay here again due to the loud environment during our stay "
Hotel RH Royal - Recommend for Adults
"This was the first time I stayed at this hotel,it was beautiful, all staff very helpful and friendly, food was always great, close to all amenities, entertainment was fabulous,im going back in October, I wont ever go anywhere else than this hotel now,I absolutely love it xxx From Derry Cook"
Climia Benidorm Plaza
"Everything was perfect, except they don't change the sheets in the rooms and I think that's terrible."
Barceló Benidorm Beach - Adults Recommended
Aparthotel Bcl Levante Club
"It's a good place, I couldn't go in the end, but the others went, if you are thinking of booking with trip, I don't recommend it, unless it is with time and a lot, because they are slow, it doesn't matter what level you have in their platform, since they do not have a good service for their best clients, well I imagine that for someone who has just entered the platform, well I imagine that it is even worse"
Poseidon Resort
"The total decadence. We have seen the decline of this hotel year after year. We have been coming for 10 years and, although it has never been a panacea, the deterioration is already unacceptable. Not because of the facilities, but because of the bad service and the terrible attention. Except for the dining room waitresses (not all of them) and the bar waiters (all fantastic), the attention at reception and maitres is deplorable. Entertainment, a key element in the choice of many families, is non-existent and aimed exclusively at the elderly, who already make up more than 90% of the guests. Special mention to “Inma”, a receptionist with a bad manners that borders on the embarrassing. In short, cheap is expensive and we must say goodbye forever to this hotel, which had the potential to position itself as a great resort but has remained a third-rate hostel."
Melia Villaitana
"We were looking forward to a well earned break at a beautiful hotel, having stayed at previous Meliá properties the expectations were high but this fell seriously short. The positives! The Botanic buffet restaurant at the Level had some great food. Restaurant Lima was very good. A handful of staff have great service such as Ximo, Jeyson and Miguel, all from Papamambo. The not so good! We had booked an all inclusive premium room through Jet 2. On arrival after pulling your cases across cobbled paving you find reception closed and to go to the Level reception. We arrived there and were told, we don't have any premium rooms available, you have been upgraded to a junior suite. Great we thought, until we saw the room. Dark, dingy, grass bank infront of us, definitely not an upgrade. Back to reception wanting the room we had booked and paid for. We can show you two more junior suites, one with a sea view! Both were better, one with a large terrace - SO WHY WERE WE NOT SHOWN THESE WHEN WE FIRST CHECKED IN?? By the morning we needed to change rooms due to the smell, a drainage or sewer smell, not very pleasant. We enquired about upgrading to the Level and were told that only the Royal Suite was available. We don't have all inclusive in the Level but you can keep it on this occasion. Great we had paid for this anyway! We would receive a phone call shortly to view the room. Waited and waited, went to reception - did no one call you? NO. Room looks very large and spacious with two balconies, one with sun most of the day. We paid the difference and took the room. Initial thoughts were wow, large lounge area, large bedroom, walk in wardrobe, separate toilet and large bathroom. Dig deeper and there are loads of issues. For a Royal Suite, their second best room, you would expect it to be faultless. Very, very dated not touched in the 20 years the hotel has been open. Door architrave falling off or buckling, lights hanging down, plug sockets not fitting properly, the terrace doors not closing fully and loose cord tiles on the balcony floor - actually dangerous. When you then look further at the Level, the 5* part, it is also very run down. The pool surround flooring has a lot of missing stones, walls have food splatterings on them and when we turned up for breakfast the griddle at the omlete and egg station still had the residue from the previous night meat on it, it has not been cleaned properly. The tables in the square were the entertainment was held, had but had the tables wiped in days. We used a wet wipe from the restaurant to wipe the table and it was black after. Staff, other than those mentioned were not great in their service to down right rude not just to us but also other guests. Presently it is school holidays in Spain and the hotel was about 90% Spanish. The service is definitely better and quicker if you are Spanish. The golf club attached to the hotel is an oasis, we went there on our third day to have a look and asked if we co"
Riviera Beachotel - Adults Recommended
"If you are thinking of booking this hotel and don't have kids you no longer need to keep thinking. Book it! We have been coming to Benidorm for fifteen years (two, three times a year) and sadly only stayed in this hotel three times since 2025. The staff steal the show of this hotel. Could not meet a more friendly, professional and funny team. The last manager/Director of this hotel was brilliant and friendly. So we were a bit apprehensive of the new manager/director as to making changes to the hotel. We had nothing to worry about. If anything, things improved and I don't know how that was possible. To the reception, bar staff, kitchen staff, waiting staff, maintenance, cleaners and director, we thank all of you. We have booked again. Look forward to seeing you all again. Thank you ❤️ John and Linda xx"
Hotel RH Victoria & Spa 4 Sup

Hotel Avenida
"This hotel is lovely in ideal location, rooms are spotless. They get cleaned daily to good standards. Bed very comfortable, bathroom great bath n shower. The only thing that truly lets this hotel down is the food it’s dire n I mean dire sorry but honest opinion. The air conditioning in room is waste off electricity no point having on. Can’t imagine how hot be in room in summer months. That is only 2 things could find wrong but 2 main things I think! Sorry cause I deffo would off come back here just the main things don’t work right.."
Hotel Madeira Centro
"Magnificent location, near the city center and a few meters from Levante beach."
Casual Pop Art Benidorm
"A good thing about it was a free safe and fridge room not too bad location is the best reason to stay Europe only two faults I could find there air conditioning was too far away from the bed in my opinion in a stupid place also when you put your card in to the light a outside light shows if you are in all out in my opinion a very bad idea"
Four Points by Sheraton Costa Blanca Resort
"They were under construction, and the parking lot was full, but everything else was very good."
