La Estación ★★★★
"It was a good experience but the bed was broken and they replaced it at same time overall nice place"
Hotel Bristol 4 Sup ★★★★
"Everything was fine; we checked into our room before 4 pm. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was good, but you have to keep an eye on the plates and cups as some weren't properly cleaned."
Hotel BH Los Ángeles ★★
"Great stay at Hotel Loa Angeles. Our room was ready for our early arrival. It was a very small room but adequate for our needs with a large shower room and a comfortable bed. Near to the beach and restaurants and bars just steps away. We loved it here and would not hesitate to book again"
Prince Park ★★★
"Stayed a week here. Lovely hotel. Room overlooking park & pool. Room spacious and very adequate for our needs. Good shower. Only went to breakfast once as although plenty of food, not much choice. Didn’t bother again altho hubby used everyday as he loves fruit. No food very hot, just warm. Entertainment dire. Geared towards Spanish. Great singer on Friday lunchtime. Nico. Loved listening to him. Enjoyed sitting round pool. Plenty of beds. Bar staff brilliant. Cleaners brilliant. Reception staff - most were amazing and always friendly & helpful. However we had an issue with the rear gate access from park. Although it says locked at 9pm every day, we asked a staff member who said it closed at 10:30pm. For 2 nights we got back around 10pm it was open. The following night we got back (as we thought in time) at 10:15pm. Gate was locked. Staff member other side of gate told us to go through park. We tried but the nearest next gate was also locked. Ended up walking half mile to get round to front of hotel. Here’s where it gets bad service. Told Spanish receptionist what happened. She Told us gate is ALWAYS locked at 9pm. Told her what we’d been told by staff member and how it had impacted us not knowing how to get out of park. She immediately became aggressive and very accusatory. Said “okay it’s my fault, I’ll take blame!!” Told her it’s not directed at her BUT we had been told by staff member 10:30pm. Then became very dismissive and disrespectful towards us and was supposed to report to General Manager. That was 2 days ago and no acknowledgment. Hence 4 stars. If they were all like the Scottish lady on reception, who was so obliging, knowledgeable and friendly, it would have been 5++ stars."
Now Benidorm ★★★
"Only giving a one as the staff were the only decent part about it. Came as a group of 12 for a weekend away. The hotel is dirty, tired and nothing atall like the pictures they advertised. Knew is out of the main area that was OK. Arrived on an early morning flight but were told we couldn't check in until 5pm. The pool was vile had a layer of scum on the top. Prices different every time you went to the bar. Ants in the room. Our shower was smashed in and the sink. Food left in the fridge from previous people. Everyones deposit was short even though the rooms were left as we found them....DONT DO IT! "
Benidorm Centre - Adults Only ★★★★
"Hello, I stayed for 3 days, location very good, but I do not recommend the meals, really not great."
Hotel Andalucía ★★
"Hotel room was basic but spotless, the aircon was excellent and left on all day for us, room cleaned everyday with fresh towels. All staff were helpful and pleasant called us taxis whenever we needed them and they were there within minutes. Big chest freezer full of ice bags perfect for balcony drinks the lady even gave us glasses and straws to take up. Location was perfect out of the hustle and bustle but within walking distance of everything. We were 2 girls celebrating my birthday. Walk to the beach just down the hill, lots of shops across the road and a proper super market. The centre of the old town is about a 10 min walk and into new town I’d say 20. We walked to the strip on our last night and glad we did lots of lovely cocktail bars on the way. Would recommend and stay here again."
Hotel Clopy Rocamar ★★★
"Central location"
Hotel Clopy Rocamar ★★★
"Incredible value for money in a central location Clean and spacious It has a fridge and kettle which is not always the case in Espana And being right in the old town - a few minutes walk to the beach or bars & restaurants Also it’s Surprisingly quiet despite being in the middle of the town and we stayed during the high season and at the weekend"

Hotel Santa Faz
"Only stayed 1 night .and was absolutely perfect. The position is ideal for all amenities. The staff were great and the room was adequate for the two of us .Was not not expecting the selection we had at breakfast. Was on a small scale but had the usual choices of English/Continental and various pastries. Would definitely stay again"

Apartamentos Maryciel by Mc
"We loved it! The apartment had two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine, bathroom with shower, hairdryer and toiletries, laundry room with clothesline, living room with sofa bed and a huge terrace with incredible views. We will definitely be back."
Hotel Servigroup Castilla
"While the hotel was very clean and great air conditioning, that is the only credit I would give this place!,the food was awful, rolls and crackers were stale, the cooked food was that you would serve in a prison!, cold, over cooked food, and a chef that was unable to cook an egg!!,fried eggs were so burnt, and pouched eggs raw,no atmosphere to the place, bar empty in the evening, never again!! Avoid or you will be disappointed!!"
Los Álamos
"I'm now sat up all night because the reckless cleaner never told anyone she ripped my cpap machine across the room when making up the bed. Receptionist agreed to order a new pipe from a medical centre, three more sleepless nights. Receptionist refused to replace the split mask so the machine didn't work for the week we were there. Wondering where he took his medical degree?? Another receptionist lied and told me they ordered the mask, they admitted later they didn't. Another staff member abused me to my wife because I was shouting, yes, I was, at their arrogance and incompetence. REALLY?? They don't want you to sleep here. Been annoyed by a deep low frequency vibration through the building all night. It's 4am and I gave up and had a walk around. There's a huge exhaust pipe coming out of the ground and the diesel pool heaters been running since about midnight. Deafening down there. Unbelievable. No entertainment unless you're 70+ and Spanish. Food I wouldn't serve our dog! Cheapest sausage and bacon I've ever seen. Final straw... We were out early to catch our coach to the airport, waited upto an hour and nothing. Went back into the hotel to be told by another dim receptionist that they had a change of pick up time for us but it didn't occur to them to tell us. On purpose?? Made SIX calls to the manager today and were met with lies again, she had no intention of speaking to us. The bank will sort this hotel out now."
Riviera Beachotel - Adults Recommended
"Amazing hotel - amazing staff! Me and my husband stayed here for 8 nights in June. We had a late night flight and didn’t arrive to the hotel until around 4am - we had a lovely check in, was given a lunch bag and some helpful info. The hotel is lovely and clean - cheap drinks and the food was amazing!! Lots of choice and the staff in the restaurant were all super lovely too! We enjoyed the food every day! Lots of selection! We had a front facing room but didn’t seem to be bothered by the noise as the window when closed made the outside quiet. English TV channels - lovely hot shower. Wanted to stay here for Christmas this year but unfortunately closed for renovation. Will 100% stay here again - great location!!"
Magic Natura Resort
"Had a fantastic time, lodge was clean and well stocked, only drawback - we were right next to the gates for the bin truck and deliveries that came at 5.30am most mornings and my husband was awoken by staff emptying the bin outside our lodge in the early hours. Walls are very thin, neighbours next door were very noisy and could hear them use the loo, shower, discipline their children….air con was amazing as was there during the very hot heatwave. The resort was amazing, loved the landtrain and it was regular, didn’t use the evening entertainment much as more suitable for the young children. Food was very good, David in the premium area was so kind and would always try to remember everyone’s orders previously and serve them on his robot…..easy to access the zoo and waterpark, bring water shoes or socks for waterpark as floor gets VERY hot…..or buy them for a reasonable price onsite. Zoo was lovely and loved watching the elephants and deer from the infinity pool! Would definitely return x Thank you xx"

Hotel Servigroup Diplomatic
"Spectacular hotel you always want to return, the rooms are perfect, the staff is 10 and the food is delicious, for some reason the hotel is full and the comments are very good. I love it 🥰"
Hotel Benidorm City Olympia
"Excellent location just a few dozen meters from the seafront Comfortable rooms and excellent housekeeping Highly recommended!"
Hotel Mareny Benidorm
"Hotel Mareny Benidorm situated in the old town, . its cleanliness, friendly staff, and excellent air conditioning, it provides a comfortable stay. Although the view from the room is not remarkable and the bathtub is half-sized, it remains a solid choice for a budget-friendly stay in the old Town"
Port Benidorm Hotels spa
"Very nice hotel I was on bed and breakfast but that was great"
Hotel Cuco
"Thoroughly happy with our break! The Hotel was clean, the staff were polite, our cleaner came every day. The food choice was less than most larger all inclusive hotels but the quality was very good and there always something nice to eat. The entertainment wasn’t great, but we came to enjoy the Town and never planned spending our evenings there. Would recommend especially for couples or small groups of friends, I think kids may get a little bored."
