"This hotel was no where near as bad as reviews state, yes a couple of maintenance issues but this was quickly fixed, I mean come on what do you expect from a hotel full of stags, the service was great especially from Miguel I think he was the hotel owner but also fixed all of our maintenance issues promptly and efficiently, if your looking for a cheap hotel with great service then book this one."

"If you are thinking of booking this hotel and don't have kids you no longer need to keep thinking. Book it! We have been coming to Benidorm for fifteen years (two, three times a year) and sadly only stayed in this hotel three times since 2025. The staff steal the show of this hotel. Could not meet a more friendly, professional and funny team. The last manager/Director of this hotel was brilliant and friendly. So we were a bit apprehensive of the new manager/director as to making changes to the hotel. We had nothing to worry about. If anything, things improved and I don't know how that was possible. To the reception, bar staff, kitchen staff, waiting staff, maintenance, cleaners and director, we thank all of you. We have booked again. Look forward to seeing you all again. "Stayed in a 'premium' Tahiti Lodge with hottub on a 'ultra all inclusive' basis....what a dissapointment. The concept is great in theory - a holiday park with a zoo and water park right next door...the kids enjoyed it but for the adults the reality is unfortunatley far from great. There was no one major thing wrong, but just many many individual things that it actually became a bit of a comedy of errors and far too many list. Just as an example the sewage smell due to broken drains right next to our lodge, no wifi in the rooms, mildly warm often unlabelled food, dangerous railings around the hot tub, everything needed a deposite (towels, cups, safe, iron etc), customer service was often replaced with its on the 'app' that isnt accurate or doesnt work, the huge rat on the decking on the final night, tone dead evening entertainment, walls made of not kuch more than paper.......the list goes on and on and on. Didi from Customer Serivce did try to help as much as she could in all fairness, but no one actually visited us in the lodge so i could show them all the issues, i didn't want to spend my holiday getting wound up, logging issues constantly. If someone would like to reach out, i'm more than happy to provide feedback of all of the issues and areas for improvement so they dont get repeated complaints, but not i'm not paying for the luxury of providing feedback for free here so they can improve. To summarise, this is not a 'premium' 4 star resort in its current state, its quite run down and short staffed. Try Pirates Island if you can, much more modern, clean and tidy for what we saw on our day trip there."

"The hotel’s location is great, and the room is quite comfortable. However, upon checking in, I was assigned a room with a malfunctioning air conditioning unit. I promptly requested maintenance, but they didn’t send a technician. After multiple calls to the receptionist, they finally agreed to change my room, but their attitude was quite unpleasant. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options."

"This little hotel is in the heart of the old town which is very beautiful. Small and friendly with none of your usual benidorm holiday makers .we stayed in April and found no street noise at night . The staff are so helpful and polite and can not do enough for you .This hotel is spotlessly clean they changed our towels and bedding every day, and the beds OMG they are so big and comfy id of loved to take mine home . We had room 407 with a terrace and could hear and see the sea it was so calming and peaceful. Excellent stay , Excellent staff, Excellent location, Excellent hotel would highly recommend. Thank you RH SOL .We will definitely return."

"Wasn't sure what to expect but we was really pleased with this hotel was clean and friendly staff. The location was great too. Nice 20 minutes walk into town. Walk through park and you don't notice the hill. Only off putting thing for me was we had €80 takin from our room out of my handbag! I did report to reception but heard nothing back. Otherwise great hotel."
