GGuest UserStayed 4 nights on my own. Got a very good deal on Trip.com. Friendly checkin. They let me in 2 hours earlier as I arrived early. Then I could even check out 2 hrs later as my flight is later in evening. The location is very central. You can walk everywhere. The rooms are good size and you have a tv. It's nice having the space as you spend a bit more time indoors in February. The weather was not great but still great fun for going out in nearby places.

GGuest UserRooms are a little dated but You get a free safe in the rooms, saves you messing about with leaving a deposit at reception which most hotels do. You have to keep your door pass with you at all times because you won’t be able to use the lift or access the pool area. we was on the second floor so we didn’t need to use the lift. The breakfast was really nice, the evening meals was themed nights but there was something for everyone Always sunbeds available. We was lucky enough to get a pool view that we didn’t ask for so that was a bonus. Close to the ***** and beach. Would recommend.

RRobert J KerrI stayed here before, so when I came back to Benidorm, I stayed here again. This time, I was higher up and had a great view of Benidorm and the ocean. The staff were fantastic again. Next time I'm in Benidorm, i will stay here.

JJudith PapafotiouThe room and bathroom were not maintained, the doors and window frames were damp and swollen with water, the sink support was rusty, the room was very basic and old, there was little light except from the window, the curtain was dirty and torn, and it was noticeable that there was a lack of maintenance and lighting. The buffet service was very good, with elaborate and homemade food, free on everything except for drinks, which you pay for when you enter, and the waiters were very attentive when it came to clearing away dishes and cleaning. The gym is just what you see in the photo, super small and all with closed glass, a treadmill, a bike, an elliptical and weights of a maximum of 10 kg.

MManofleythRecently refurbished and very clean. Nice pool area and dining room set out well for buffet style service. Breakfast was excellent. Dinner was reasonably priced and good selection but a little cold. Rooms were well appointed and nicely cleaned daily. Location was a little away from the livelier part of Benidorm but handy for Old Town an Poniente beach. All in all a good hotel and would stay again.

GGuest UserThe apartments are very good, regular cleaning. Kitchen equipped with just enough, the truth is we were able to manage. Two 90 beds joined together served as a double bed. We were on the 13th floor and the views were spectacular, what I liked the most was the terrace, with a glass railing. The location is good, Out of the hustle and bustle, but close to everything. On a hill, views of it, the city and the Sea. You can use the facilities and activities of the hotel around the corner. Heated pool, sauna, gym, entertainment. The receptionists were very friendly and solved a problem with the reservation. If you come in summer, the apartments have swimming pools downstairs with a solarium area. In general it is very good. The building reaches the 33rd floor, it can be seen from any point in Benidorm, very high. There are vending machines with water and food.

GGuest UserHotel bien, pero el personal muy poco amable y poco resolutivo, tuve un error a la hora de reservar y no me ayudaron en nada, me dieron el número para ponerme en contacto con gente que me lo podría solucionar y no me cogían ni el teléfono, me dieron otro número y era de una persona particular, muy poco resolutivos y poco comprensivos ya que como hotel donde yo he reservado deberían de tener un medio de contacto donde solucionar estos problemas y no lavarse las manos tan fácilmente.
