This is not a 4 star hotel. We paid for all inclusive but it is a waste of money. The food was bland and cold we only ate in the hotel restaurant one night as the food was bland and cold. The salad section was not labelled so I asked the hostess if all the items were vegetarian which she told me they were but one of the pasta salads had tuna in it. We had breakfast on our first morning but didn’t go back again as the bacon was like leather and the only hot vegetarian food was eggs and beans both of which were cold. The cocktails are awful, they are poured straight from a machine but this doesn’t lead to consistency. We asked for 2 mojitos which were poured one after the other and one was watery and the other sickly sweet. One morning we lifted a pillow to find feet marks on the sheet we told two separate members of staff across two days but the bedding was never changed. The kettle was full of limescale. We will not be visiting this hotel again.

Lovely clean hotel..all inclusive package with a great choice of food. Friendly staff and a special mention to ANNA who does the entertainment, such a lovely lady who included our group nightly. Hotel is a short walk to Old Town and is very central.

Definitely never seen a 4 star hotel in a month of Sundays! Even though it’s in the old town it was ROUGH! Loud, drunken hen and stag doos, tired and cramped pool area, 20 minute wait at the pool bar for a bar attendant to turn up (we weren’t on all inclusive, we were paying for our drinks as we went!) worlds slowest lifts, stinky drains, people been sick in the morning with their doors wide open, I could go on! The area is a dive! Would not recommend! We left a day early it was that poor!

The staff was great! Some of them where not that secure in English so then I just used google translate. The food however was not 4 stars worthy. Even when we arrived right at opening for dinner service most of the food was not even warm! The where so little taste to things and few opetinetys to spice things up. Sadly people ended up trowing so much food away. Breakfast is fine and there is a nice spread. Location was very good, it's close but also quiet from the Main Street. It is modern and have a pool on the top floor, witch as Norwegians was way to cold in may! Would have been nice to test the play room, but it was not open yet. The room was very clean and nice, and they even tock my babys sleep sack by mistake and gave it a round in the laundry, thankfully I got ti back the next day. The kid loved the hughe bed to jump around in!

Had a fantastic time from start to finish the hotel is beautiful. The rooms are amazing. Everything was comfortable mattresses pillars and the shower was lovely. The food was amazing. We done bed and breakfast and thoroughly enjoyed the food as it was different most nights it was amazing can’t fault it at all

Went here on a girls trip . Hotel was clean and comfortable. Food was very appetising. My highlight was the entertainment at night in the hotel. Anna the showgirl was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly and bubbly, and she had us out dancing and singing with her. Anna is a massive asset to this hotel in my opinion. Thank you hotel Olympus and thank you anna. I hope to see you again whenever we return. X🙂
