Hotel Cimbel

Have been lucky enough to stay here twice. Beautiful rooms, we had our mini bar refreshed daily and a great wrap around balcony,great service, awesome bathrooms, the pool is lovely as is the pool bar and you can't get much closer to the beach. Worth every penny

The room was clean and tidy, the bed was king size with plenty of bedding. All the staff were pleasant and always ready to help. There is British channels on the TV, select channel one then scroll down there about 8 British channels to enjoy. Great holiday I will return this year

We had a room with a seaview and terrace with swim-up , which was great and became our go to place for sun bathing and chllin out . Tapas alley a short stroll away and 3 streets behind is the main ***** with all the bars and shows, so close to everything you need .

Amazing hotel, we stayed in a side sea view room, 2 adults and 1 child 14, the room was really big, very modern and clean, the whole hotel is immaculate, the staff we all very helpful, we stayed bed and breakfast and the quality of the breakfast was wonderful and there plenty of choice. The pool area was very nice with plenty of sunbeds, the pool was very cold but this was due to the time of year, the location of the hotel is great, right on Levante Beach and a short walk to the old town, the waiter in the bar area in the evening was very very helpful, delivered our drinks and gave our daughter small bowls of Haribos which was a nice touch. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay and will definitely return,

High standard and perfect location. Literally steps away from the beach and walking distance to everything Benidorm has to offer! Breakfast was exceptional. All the staff were very friendly We would definitely return as its location is just perfect

Just returned after spending 10 days here. Location is fab, very clean hotel, there was a lot of choice for breakfast. Room was a little small but met our requirements. I would stay there again. Only downside was i had put in a request months and months before we arrived asking if I could have a room on a lower floor, I am quite claustrophobic and try to avoid lifts if i can. I was told they would consider our request, however on check in I was just told "No sorry we couldnt do that, so we were put of floor 12 (out of 13) and being as I am a pensioner and couldnt have possibly walked up 24 flights of stairs I had no choice other than to have endure the nightmare of the lift (and its not the biggest) many times a day. That however is my only negative
